We had the most amazing time at Alila Diwa. The team took so much effort to keep guests comfortable and happy, it was almost unbelievable! A very special shout out to Valecia who took so much care of us and made my birthday so very special. The cake she provided was customized and didn't feel like a generic cake that could have been given to anyone. The room had a "happy birthday" bedsheet as well, all this orchestrated between checking in and entering the room. You guys are amazing and I can't wait to come back! Thank you so much❤️

It was a beautiful experience at this resort. Right from the time we checked in, they were very welcoming. It was our first trip with our 1.5 year old and they made it very memorable. They gave us a free upgrade, outstanding service, made us baby food at anytime of the day and whatever we requested and it was delicious. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed. What stood out for us other than fantastic hotel and cleanest beautiful rooms, was the customer service - from managers, to receptionist, to housekeeping team everyone was so lovely. Probably one of the best experience we have had. They were also very accommodating with late checkout request. Will definitely come back here when we visit goa again. And a Big shoutout to the entire Alila team for making our first stay with out toddler so memorable. ☺️😊 Thank you, love Pooja/Jigar

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alila Diwa Goa. The rooms were immaculate, and the room service was prompt and of the highest quality. Every aspect of the experience was top-notch, from the warm and attentive management team to the stunning location. A special shoutout to Velecia, the Guest Relations Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. All the staff were incredibly supportive and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—highly recommend Alila Diwa Goa!
