This was our second visit to Alila Diwa Goa, and once again, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is stunning, especially during the monsoon season when the lush greenery makes the surroundings even more beautiful and peaceful. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. Every request is attended to promptly, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. What impressed us the most was the warmth and care shown towards our kids and toddler. They made them feel so welcome and comfortable that it truly felt like a home away from home. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service and genuine care. We look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

As international travelers, we were blown away with the quality of this resort. The staff and the property were amazing. There was a bit of a hiccup with pickup initially, but the rest of the stay was seamless. The property is gorgeous, with so many beautiful botanicals all over the place. The staff is always so willing to help and very welcoming. They remember anything you tell them and it’s clear that your experience is a top priority for them. We had a great experience with the whole staff, but Bhaskar from dining, Velecia from guest services, and Pratik from house keeping all stood out. But again, we had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. Highly recommend Alila Diwa for anyone looking for a place in South Goa

An amazing stay with wonderful hospitality! Our recent stay at your property was absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, the entire staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast spread was truly outstanding—one of the highlights of our mornings. I wanted to share a quick note on our experience for your consideration. In our room, there was a placard stating that guests could request a complimentary fruit basket. We called to request it but received nothing after waiting for over 20 minutes. We then headed down to the pool, and upon returning later, noticed it still hadn’t been delivered. We called a second time to follow up, but unfortunately, the basket never arrived. Because it was a complimentary offering, we didn't want to push the issue, but it did feel like a minor slip in service coordination. On a positive note, we did receive a lovely congratulatory pastry in our room, which we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated! Additionally, we were assigned the exact room category we booked with no upgrades. While I am not a World of Hyatt member and certainly didn't expect an upgrade by default, it is always a pleasant surprise when properties offer a slight bump to expecting couples when rooms are available. Thank you again to the entire team for a wonderful and relaxing getaway. We look forward to visiting you again in the future!

Service and Alila Moments experience are good. Although I didn’t like the pre checkin experience. It was horrible and full of misinformation. However, my stay experience was flawless. It is quite peaceful and good enclosed vista. There is a mini theatre with good selection of movies, playroom for small kids, teens, and family. Restaurants are very good and have a wide variety of options. Swimming pool is big to not fill crowded and the guide is vigilant about the happenings in the pool so you feel secure. Rooms are clean tidy quite spacious so no complaints there. Gonsua beach is horrible and so unclean. I wouldn’t recommend if going to beach is important for you. In addition, if you go to beach and come back with sand all over you it is quite a walk from the drop place to a shower where you can clean yourself.

We had the most amazing time at Alila Diwa. The team took so much effort to keep guests comfortable and happy, it was almost unbelievable! A very special shout out to Valecia who took so much care of us and made my birthday so very special. The cake she provided was customized and didn't feel like a generic cake that could have been given to anyone. The room had a "happy birthday" bedsheet as well, all this orchestrated between checking in and entering the room. You guys are amazing and I can't wait to come back! Thank you so much❤️
