Wow! What an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was exceptional, the staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance made the stay truly memorable. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again!

A truly beautiful and peaceful place by the beach. The architecture is stunning, with a calm and positive atmosphere that makes the stay feel genuinely relaxing. The hotel has two restaurants—a multi-cuisine restaurant and an Italian restaurant—so there are plenty of options for dining. The food, ambience, and beautiful beachside setting make the overall experience special. What I loved most was the peaceful environment, beautiful design, and positive energy of the property. It’s a wonderful place to slow down, enjoy the sea, and spend quality time. A beautiful beachside hotel with great architecture and a lovely dining experience. Highly recommended! 🌊🌴✨

Thirty minutes into my stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and unfortunately the experience has already started on a disappointing note. A week before arrival, I specifically booked and paid for a Twin Bed Room with a Pool View. The reservation was made well in advance, so there should have been absolutely no ambiguity about my requirements. A couple of days before check-in, the hotel called to remind me that the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. Fair enough. I respected that and arrived at exactly 3:00 PM. What I did not expect was to wait another 25 minutes for my room to be allocated. Even more surprising was being told that I had booked a King Bed Room, which is simply incorrect. The room type was one of the key reasons for making the reservation in advance. As a guest, it is frustrating to have to explain and defend your own booking details during check-in. The overall process felt disorganized and lacking attention to detail. There was no sense of ownership of the issue and no confidence that the reservation preferences which had been booked and paid for were actually understood. This visit is particularly important because I am here with my son to celebrate his birthday. I was not expecting upgrades, complimentary benefits, or special treatment. I simply expected the hotel to honour the reservation that was made and provide a smooth arrival experience. For a property positioned as one of Goa’s leading luxury hotels, having the correct room ready at the published check-in time should be the minimum standard, not an achievement. Hopefully the remainder of the stay improves, but based purely on the arrival and check-in experience, the first impression has been far from what one would expect from the Hyatt brand.

Grand Hyatt Goa is an absolute beauty of a resort. The spaciousness, the architecture ,the facilities and service are second to none. The location itself is ocean facing. The staff are warm and welcoming. The 'Dining Room' restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience. The Sunday Brunch at this restaurant is second to none with Live music and a lavish layout. Nidhi the restaurant hostess will ensure all your needs are taken care of while Vimal, the asst F&B manager will cater to your every culinary desire. Delve Gracias is a buggy operator who will proudly show you the property in his golf cart, while Pratiksha is a perfect hostess in The Dining Room. A stay here will rejuvenate and refresh you.

We recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa with our 4-month-old baby, and honestly, we were quite nervous before the trip. But this property made traveling with a baby feel so comfortable and stress-free. Right from check-in, everything was extremely smooth and quick — we didn’t have to wait at all. For the baby, we received the crib, tub, and everything else very promptly. Every single staff member — from the servers to the guards — was so responsive, polite, caring, and genuinely helpful. Nobody ever ignored guests, which unfortunately happens at many places. The buggy service was excellent, food across all the restaurants was delicious, and the property itself is stunning. The views, the suite interiors, and especially the swimming pool were absolutely beautiful and very unique. Shamana Spa also gives a truly ultra-luxury experience. But the absolute highlight of our trip, and honestly what made this holiday so enjoyable for us with a baby, was our butler Ankita. She was the sweetest, extremely fast, resourceful, and always went above and beyond to make us comfortable. She helped us everywhere, accompanied us around the property, even helped us with the baby whenever needed, and planned our entire day so perfectly. I genuinely cannot imagine this trip being such a success without her amazing service and care. We stayed for 3 nights and honestly never even felt the need to leave the property because we enjoyed it so much. Would highly recommend Grand Hyatt Goa for families with kids. Truly one of the most comfortable and memorable luxury stays we’ve had.
