Subject: Feedback on Recent Stay (July 26 – July 29) – Raveesh Kumar Dear Taj Fort Aguada Management Team, I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa from July 26 to July 29, 2026. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable experience, and I wanted to extend my appreciation to your team while also sharing a couple of suggestions for improvement. What We Loved * Location & Views: The setting of the property is absolutely stunning, offering incredible coastal vistas and a serene ambiance. * Staff & Service: The hospitality was warm, courteous, and welcoming, reflecting the high standards of the Taj brand. * Rooms: Our accommodations were comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained throughout our stay. * Food Quality: The culinary team did a wonderful job—the dishes served were consistently delicious and enjoyable. Areas for Improvement * Buffet Dining: During peak hours, the dining area felt quite chaotic and overcrowded. Better crowd management or streamlined seating arrangements during breakfast/dinner hours would greatly enhance the experience. * In-Room Dining: We experienced occasional delays with room service orders. A quicker response time for in-room requests would make a noticeable difference. Final Thoughts Despite these minor hiccups, our overall experience was truly delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. We had an amazing 3-night stay at Taj Fort Aguada, and it exceeded all our expectations! The hospitality is truly at its best. Every staff member was incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The welcome during check-in was heartfelt and made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The resort offers breathtaking sea views from almost every corner. The Bayview Point is absolutely stunning and is a must-visit. The buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We had booked the Premium Sea View Suite with Private Terrace for 3 nights. The hotel pleasantly upgraded us to the Deluxe Sea View Suite for the first 2 nights. The Deluxe Suite is spacious, beautifully designed, and has modern interiors. However, the view from the Premium Sea View Suite is even more spectacular, so we shifted back to our originally booked room for the last night to enjoy those incredible sea views. My kid enjoyed a lot with the pool,rabbits and activities for kids in giggles. Loved the spa,steam and sauna. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to visit Taj Fort Aguada again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our recent stay at Taj Fort Aguada, Goa was nothing short of exceptional. Having travelled to many luxury hotels, I can confidently say that what truly sets Taj apart is its people and their genuine passion for hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our stay, every interaction made us feel valued. The property itself is beautiful, but it was the people who made our holiday truly unforgettable. A very special thank you to the Food & Beverage team. Every meal was an experience in itself—excellent quality, impeccable service, and incredible attention to detail. I would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Sujay, the F&B Director. It is rare to see a senior leader so approachable, humble, and personally involved in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. His dedication, leadership, and genuine care are reflected in every member of his team. He took the time to interact with guests, understand their preferences, and ensured everything was perfect. That personal touch made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team at Taj Fort Aguada for creating memories that my family and I will cherish for years to come. We are already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re planning a trip to Goa, this is the place to stay for outstanding hospitality and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Oh I had the best 3 nights 17th July to 20th July with my son! We booked in for my birthday and it was made memorable by TAJ! I am delighted I booked it and it had been the best birthday spent in a long time. The staff welcomed us with cake and gifts in our room. Our room was upgraded...then on my birthday the next day they got another cake and a 🎁 gift ! With musician playing melodious music. Staff, room , food and service all was top notch! Each staff imbibes the etos of values that Taj attaches with its legacy with. I couldn't have asked for more ....infact I recommend all to take this break on their special days with Taj. You can absolutely bank upon them for great memories.

The property itself is a tourist spot. It is one of the best stays that we had in Goa and did not feel even a tiny bit bored , there is always something to do in the property. Also offers access to all the neighbouring Taj properties for amenities like spa pool, etc. The beach access was nice and easy. The rooms were wide and gave spectacular views of the Arabian Sea. The service was top notch as expected , when we opted for pickleball and were coming back it started pouring so heavily so we started running. A taj employee gave gis umbrella to us selflessly getting himself wet. The food was out of the world and the buffet was extremely massive. Great stay great experience and would definetly recommend to visit
