Had a fantastic and comfortable stay with them. I was greeted with a warm welcome and the staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was lovely as always. There was some construction going on but the staff made sure that I was not disturbed which I really appreciate. The rooms were hygienic and comfortable. Location is great, very peaceful, walking distance to the beach, lovely swimming pool with sunken bar. The spa and gym facilities are great too, however I think Novotel resort & spa has a better gym. As a frequent visitor to Goa, I’ve never been let down by Novotel. Thank you so much for your hospitality, will be back soon.

I with my family and two infants visited Novotel in September and we were their guests for a week. The hospitality was top notch with great food in buffet with sufficient varieties of starters main courses and desserts. The staff handling the reception area were very helpful and gave their best everytime we had any queries or questions. The staff and chef were on their tires whenever we entered the restaurant area and helped us manage our kids and without making any objection offered infant friendly food with and without the instruction which made our stay more smooth. The security guards and valet service were there 24*7 and always greeted us with a big smile irrespective of the time. A 5 star stay for sure . Highly recommendable for family travelling with kids as they have separate kids play area too . Thanks Accor group for amazing experience.

A Wonderful Dining Experience with Great Hospitality and Amazing Food Visited for dinner and had a wonderful experience! We were warmly welcomed by FOM Toli, who kindly showed us around the property. The ambience was beautiful, creating the perfect setting for a lovely evening, and the food was absolutely amazing. Overall, a fantastic experience with great hospitality, delicious food, and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

A disappointing experience, specially when you are on a holiday with family and friends. We had booked based on the brochure and marketing pitch. The actual place wasn't anything like what we expected a Resort & Spa. The hotel is almost 15 years old; rooms were basic. The staff was working overtime to make sure that the guests are comfortable. Special mention of the young team in the restaurant who tried their best. The chef was personally visiting the table to offer anything that the guests might need. They were compensating for the management's lack of involvement, maybe. The place needs refurbishment owing to the competition around the area. This hotel has no special physical features like Beaches, Hills, other natural features. The beach is close by; walking distance but the weather doesn't permit in July. The resort has to up the game to charge premium and encourage revisits. I visited thrice since then but didn't stay here

The staff was welcoming and offered great service throughout our stay. The Elegance Suite was amazing for its spaciousness, set-up, and balconies. The stay would have been perfect if there were some sort of live events within the property in the evening and a deck to view the sunset. Recommended otherwise!
