AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Great Ambience. Location is close to the beach. Fantastic breakfast spread. We loved the staff the stay experience and the service. The staff is so polite m helpful...we definitely booking it next time we visit Goa. Had a wonderful experience. I celebrated my birthday 🎊 there was good fun 😊 our kid loved the swimming n garden he enjoyed so much. Thankyou so much. Felt like relax 😎 Overall very good 😊 experience nd hospitality. The frontdesk Rahul helped us a lot. And clean beat rooms nd lot of amenities to enjoy. Wonderful 👍 stay. Definately will recommend to others and we liked the yummy food nd live counters. Very courteous service nd friendly ppl around. Good crowd n well maintained place.

Hotel is going under renovation. Should get renovated by November 2026. The older rooms have a lot of noise permeation. Hopefully the newer rooms have better noise insulation. Connecting Rooms have a lot of noise problem from the adjoining rooms. There is no noise insulation between the connecting doors. The service was good. The food also was good.

I am Accor platinum, stayed extensively in Accor properties. By and large, I had a good experience with Accor group, they deliver what they commit. This Novotel was disappointment from the word go. First the rooms - it is advertised as 62 sq mt. By no way, it is 62 sq mt. It is duplex but very cramped room. We actually felt very claustrophobic there. Then rooms were old, balcony was never cleared (I actually made video and showed to housekeeping). Then load of teething issues : WiFi took 2 hours to work, lot of noise from adjoining room which took 3 phones to Frontdesk and even then not resolved. I had 2 bookings : one of 2 days and one of 1 day. I promptly cancelled 3rd day booking. Front office staff was actually nice and they were trying to solve the issue. But when base product itself is so bad, you can't put much bandaid on it. By no standards, this property should claim themselves as 5 star. Though rates are also not of 5 star, but they are advertising incorrectly. Only saving grace was breakfast, which was delicious and staff again was prompt. But would definately not be staying here again.

Best stay here, very good spread of breakfast. Ordered dal khichdi for dinner, it was high price but they also provide salad and achar and curd, so it get balanced. Rooms are clean and well maintained, property is best for spa.

We stayed at Novotel Goa resort and spa candolim for 3 nights and I must say … it was totally worth every single penny. From the service to the amenities, everything was top notch. The thing that impressed me the most was the staff and service , very helpful , very courteous. The ambience is amazing and very well planned. It’s the best resort for people travelling with babies and kids. They have a soft play zone and a kids play area which is very well maintained and fun for kids. The buffet breakfast was just too good and widespread . We had a huge variety to choose from. I was travelling with a 1 year old so I needed help with baby meals and they were so generous to provide baby meals free of cost according to our needs. Any help we asked at any time, they were always ready and kind to do it for us. A special mention to a staff called dipti who helped us with our baby meals that we packed on the go. We also loved the souvenir shop. It was very reasonable with unique pieces. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to goa and especially for people travelling with kids and babies. You will definitely love it and not be disappointed. Attaching a few pictures for reference
