AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Great Ambience. Location is close to the beach. Fantastic breakfast spread. We loved the staff the stay experience and the service. The staff is so polite m helpful...we definitely booking it next time we visit Goa. Had a wonderful experience. I celebrated my birthday 🎊 there was good fun 😊 our kid loved the swimming n garden he enjoyed so much. Thankyou so much. Felt like relax 😎 Overall very good 😊 experience nd hospitality. The frontdesk Rahul helped us a lot. And clean beat rooms nd lot of amenities to enjoy. Wonderful 👍 stay. Definately will recommend to others and we liked the yummy food nd live counters. Very courteous service nd friendly ppl around. Good crowd n well maintained place.

We stayed at Novotel Goa resort and spa candolim for 3 nights and I must say … it was totally worth every single penny. From the service to the amenities, everything was top notch. The thing that impressed me the most was the staff and service , very helpful , very courteous. The ambience is amazing and very well planned. It’s the best resort for people travelling with babies and kids. They have a soft play zone and a kids play area which is very well maintained and fun for kids. The buffet breakfast was just too good and widespread . We had a huge variety to choose from. I was travelling with a 1 year old so I needed help with baby meals and they were so generous to provide baby meals free of cost according to our needs. Any help we asked at any time, they were always ready and kind to do it for us. A special mention to a staff called dipti who helped us with our baby meals that we packed on the go. We also loved the souvenir shop. It was very reasonable with unique pieces. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to goa and especially for people travelling with kids and babies. Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Novotel Resort & Spa Goa, Candolim. The resort is spacious, green, and well maintained, with clean rooms and a lovely pool area. What truly stood out was the staff—always smiling, courteous, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the stay. Breakfast had a good variety and quality. The location is convenient, close to Candolim Beach yet peaceful. Overall, a memorable experience and would definitely love to return.

Dear Novotel Team, I think i have given overall feedback to you in person but for the betterment, I will provide the combined feedback here as well but before I get into it, thanks Mandavi (I apologise for spelling it incorrectly). The rooms, service were nice. The food ordered through room service was quite nice and the spread was great. The location and the property beautiful, with the grand stairs (although confusing) The swimming pool and the backside with the games available for anyone to play at any time was something unexpected and quite good. The food in the buffet was average but the overall experience did make up for it. Thank you for hosting us.
