We had an incredible stay at Novotel Goa Resorts & Spa, and it truly stood out for its exceptional service and hospitality. The highlight of our visit was a gentleman named "Pamai" at the Chy Bar. He not only served us fantastic custom-made drinks but went above and beyond to make us feel special. He engaged in wonderful conversations and kept in touch throughout our stay, showing genuine care. His refusal to accept a tip with a smile, explaining that his service was just out of hospitality and kindness, was truly refreshing and rare in today's world. Kudos to him for his noble soul! Pros: Great value for money with comfortable and practical rooms. Excellent breakfast spread. Location is ideal: close to Candolim but still secluded, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The pool is surrounded by beautiful greenery, adding to the relaxing vibe. Cons: The buffet dinner had limited options for our tastes, though it was still delicious. The beach is a bit of a walk (10-15 minutes), but this is offset by the quiet, serene environment. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a more peaceful, yet well-located, resort experience.

We had a wonderful stay (Nov 2025) at Novotel Resort & Spa Goa! The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great mix of South Indian, North Indian, continental dishes, fresh breads and bakes! The dinner buffet had fewer options compared to other Novotel properties we’ve stayed at in Pune, Hyderabad, and Candolim Goa, but the overall experience was still excellent! A special mention to Dipti Joshi, who was extremely attentive and offered exceptional hospitality — not just to us, but to every guest around. Her warm approach truly elevated our experience. She also arranged a small cake quickly after learning it was our anniversary, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, a truly pleasant and memorable stay!

The Novotel Goa Resort & SPA hotel surpassed all my expectations! The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze. It was within 10mins walking distance of all popular landmarks and the cleanest and one of the longest beaches in Candolim. Great location as it is away from the main road, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the food was good value for money. The staff was very accommodating in allowing for a late check out as an exception. The staff was welcoming, professional and accommodating right from the moment we checked in with pleasant ladies - Avi and Mandavi. The front desk staff were very receptive and helpful. The price justifies the great service and the room was spacious, clean, bright, and the view of the greenery from it was splendid. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. Thank you, Avinash, for going above and beyond to accommodate our needs for the room, travel arrangements with Kailash who was again very knowledgeable in guiding us on the best day trips. The staff did a great job of keeping our room clean. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, with a great variety of options for breakfast. The service was attentive and efficient, and we were looked after extremely well by Biswajit, Simran and Sukamal. Thank you Biswajit for organizing a tasty lunch during our last day as it helped to keep our energy levels up during the flight delays. The pool was a decent size; kept clean and again we were looked after by Shankar very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our special SPA treatment at the hotel and the ladies did a great job in taking our stress and tiredness away. We were quite saddened by leaving the hotel to get back home and it gave us comfort knowing during our stay we had built a family at the hotel with pleasant people who always had a smile no matter what challenge they may have been facing. One area of improvement would be to ask the DJ to keep the noise down during evening conference parties as on one occasion the music had a very high base sound giving the sensation of constant pounding and disturbed sleep. I highly recommend the hotel, their customer service is second to none, the staff are very friendly, professional and made all the effort to go beyond expectation to make our 33-year wedding anniversary extra special and we will certainly return during our next visit! We hope to see you all again very soon.

Me and my wife Ela came on a 8 days stay. We thoughrly enjoyed it. From security guard openingbtue taxibdoot to check in, we gotba verybpisitive vibes of the staff and friendly news. This stayed and got better as we met more courteous staff Some names to mention are Sukamal, Simran, Sneha, Laxmi (in clothes shop), Rahul (resturant) and many more The person who really made a memorable hols was shankar who at our age of 64 thought us swimming in 5 lessons He was the reason we learnt swimming. He was just fantastic and he is a real asset to ur hotel. He is so courteous and intelligent in the way he thought us. We owe him alot. The moment I realised he can teach us we cancelled going any where and learnt swimming from him No praise is enough. Overall wonderful staff. Even room cleaning staff were very courteous. Well done to all.

Extremely disappointing experience with Service and Management I had an extremely disappointing experience during my visit to your hotel for breakfast today. As someone from a corporate background who chose your establishment expecting professionalism and hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of service standards and managerial responsibility. Despite asking multiple times, no one provided the bill not even the manager, who completely ignored the request. There was no followup no apology no basic courtesy. What made matters worse was the behavior of the manager who was visibly gossiping with staff near the kitchen area instead of attending to guests. Their loud conversations, including the use of inappropriate language were clearly audible to guests which is absolutely unacceptable in a professional hospitality setting. At no point did anyone approach to ask for feedback or show any concern about customer experience. This level of disregard reflects very poorly on your hotels management and service standards. I strongly recommend your team re-evaluate how you handle service, especially for corporate guests. Based on this experience, I will not be returning , nor would I recommend your establishment for any kind of professional or dining engagement. Please do not contact me further. I’ve already wasted enough time here.
