Exceptional Hospitality & a Beautiful Beachfront Retreat Our stay at ITC Grand Goa was truly memorable. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush gardens, spacious rooms, a pristine beach, and a relaxing pool area. What stood out most was the genuine warmth of the staff—one evening, they noticed we were celebrating a special occasion and surprised us with a thoughtful dessert, making the experience feel extra special. The food was outstanding with plenty of variety, and every meal was a delight. The peaceful surroundings, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail made it easy to unwind. From morning walks on the tranquil beach to relaxing by the pool, every moment felt luxurious. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return to this beautiful resort.

Couldn't have chosen a better place for a family getaway. The kid loved the pool, while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms. The spa was a wonderful way to relax. The staff went out of their way to ensure we all had a great time.

Right from the entry gate, the security team welcomed us warmly with a “Namaste,” which made us feel special from the very beginning. The entire stay was excellent, with a very warm and smooth welcome from the front office team.The room and the comfort was definitely the best part of our stay, beautifully maintained and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were there for two days to celebrate our friend birthday, and the entire celebration was arranged so beautifully that it became truly memorable for all of us. A special mention to Bar Manager Vikash, and his entire team who was extremely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality made us feel perfectly overlooked our dining experiences through out. Also, kudos to the chef at Kebab and Curries, who personally came to welcome us and ensured we had an amazing dining experience. The food and service were exceptional.Madras Pavilion was another highlight of our stay, the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing! The Mysore dosa prepared by the chef was incredibly tasty and one of the best we’ve had. Special thanks to Sourav, Anurag, and the entire Madras Pavilion staff for being so warm and personally connected with us throughout our stay.It was a wonderful stay filled with great hospitality, delicious food, and memorable moments.

Food and ambience is good . Chef Anirudh has been exceptionally great and other staff too at pavilion restaurant . They made very delicious food and hospitality is amazing. Check-in and checkout has been smooth. Very clean and tidy. Best part is private beach and it’s safe too. Kids have many activities to keep themself engaged and they r fun too. Highly recommend

Our expectations were quite high, as we have visited other 5-star properties in Goa as well. During checked-in my Room was not ready. However Amit at the front desk was extremely warm and helpful. He tried his best to make our experience special and even arranged a complimentary Lunch in the restaurants, which we truly appreciated. Overall, The staff overall were very helpful, and the service was good. We also appreciated the small detailing done in the room after cleaning.
