We had an amazing stay at the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa in Miramar. The property is absolutely beautiful, and our beach-view room was the highlight of the stay. Waking up to the stunning ocean view every morning was truly unforgettable. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent quality throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary beer on arrival, and the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and a special anniversary cake, which was a lovely touch. The best part of the property is undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the pool area, along with the convenient private beach access. The combination of excellent hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful service made our stay memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this resort for couples and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Goa. The resort is known for its beachfront setting and sea views, which certainly lived up to our expectations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • Wonderful Stay: Stayed at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa during the first week of January and had a fantastic experience overall. • Excellent Hospitality: The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. • Beautiful Location & Ambience: The beachfront location gives the resort a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool area is very well maintained and beautiful. • Great Service: Service at both the restaurant and poolside was attentive, quick, and professional. • Family & Child-Friendly: The resort is very family-friendly and has an excellent kids’ play area, which was very helpful while traveling with a toddler. • Special Appreciation: Special thanks to Racheal from the reception team and Delana Pai for making our stay extra comfortable and memorable. Overall: A great resort with excellent hospitality, beautiful ambience, and family-friendly facilities. Highly recommended and would definitely love to visit again.

We came here for our infant’s first vacation, expecting a memorable and comfortable experience, but this hotel has completely ruined it. Absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. We arrived at 4 PM and shockingly our room was still not ready. Despite booking and paying for a beach-front king bedroom well in advance, we were kept waiting for hours only to be told at 6 PM that no king rooms were available and were instead offered a twin-bed room. This is completely unacceptable and reflects terrible management and zero regard for guests. The staff is highly unprofessional, unapologetic, and painfully inefficient. Service is extremely delayed, coordination is nonexistent, and nobody seems to care about the inconvenience caused — especially to guests travelling with an infant. This has been one of the most pathetic hospitality experiences we have ever had. The only reason we are still staying here for the next few days is because the payment has already been made. Otherwise, we would have left immediately and not stayed here for even a single minute. Would strongly NOT recommend this property to anyone, especially families travelling with children or babies. Save your money and your peace of mind.

In the summer of 2025, my best friend and I wanted to escape the Delhi heat and spend a few days by the sea. Having never been to Goa, it was the obvious choice. As a wheelchair user, accessibility was a key consideration when choosing where to stay. After being assured that the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa was fully accessible, we booked our stay and had a holiday we still cherish. While the property's accessibility and beachfront location were excellent, what truly stood out was the warmth and generosity of the staff, who made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Earlier this month, when we decided to return to Goa, the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa was the obvious choice. This time, however, the staff went above and beyond, making an already memorable experience even more special. To name a few - Mr. Swarnava Bhadra and Aparajita at the front desk, who ensured we were promptly allotted a spacious, wheelchair-accessible room; Prakash ji and Kaushik ji from Housekeeping, who kept our room impeccably maintained; Swara, Aldrin, and Sudhir from In-Room Dining, who patiently attended to our requests at all hours and, in Sudhir's case, displayed exceptional honesty by returning Rs. 1,500 that we had not even realised was missing; Executive Chef Shibendu, whose stories, anecdotes, and homemade Snickers bars were an unexpected delight; Afsar, Warinku, Bhupendra, Sawani, and their colleagues in Food & Beverage, who welcomed us with genuine warmth at every meal; Dharamraj ji, Vaibhav, and Ananya in the Lounge, whose kindness never went unnoticed; Shriram Kamat ji at the Concierge, who ensured our airport transfers ran seamlessly despite the heavy Goan rains; and, last but certainly not least, Mr. Moncy, Jabina, Priscilla, and Shayamal Da at the Spa, who helped us leave behind all the stress we had been carrying. Every member of the team treated us with kindness, respect, and warmth, making us feel not like guests, but like family. We leave Goa with wonderful memories and look forward to returning to the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa many more times in the years to come.

Had a wonderful stay at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa, Panjim. The location is excellent with beautiful sea views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable for a family vacation. What made our experience truly special was the warm hospitality from the staff. A special thanks to Chef Gurudatta for the delicious food and personal attention. We also sincerely appreciate the excellent service and support from Kalpesh, Bijoy, Praveen, Rachel, Shilpa, and Shweta. Their kindness, professionalism, and caring attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of options, and the overall food quality was excellent. The property is very well maintained, kid-friendly, and perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Panjim. Overall, it was a memorable experience and we would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended for families and couples visiting Goa.
