It was such a wonderful experience for our family of three on our first trip to Goa with our toddler. We truly loved the time we spent there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always easily accessible whenever needed. The entire property was clean, well-maintained, and very child-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was amazing, and the buffet dinner offered a huge variety of options while maintaining excellent hygiene standards. Mobor Beach was also easily accessible from the property, with very few outside tourists around, making it peaceful and enjoyable. It was one of the cleanest beaches we have seen in Goa. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting South Goa without a doubt.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort. I was booked in an ocean view room and the view was stunning. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout. A special thanks for the lovely complimentary birthday cake arranged for my wife - it was such a thoughtful surprise. The breakfast spread was impressive with a large variety of options to choose from. Rooms were clean, service was prompt, and the overall experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Superb experience. Was there for a very short stay for 2 days and it turned out to be one of the best stay. Property is very well maintained with all amenities. the staff at the property is very well behaved and ready to serve with special mention to Olivia & team who made our small family get together memorable.

2/5 stars Very disappointing stay. We chose Holiday Inn Resort to celebrate my 20th birthday and were told that something special would be arranged, but nothing was done. Not a huge issue on its own, but disappointing considering it was a milestone birthday and expectations were set by the hotel. The bigger problem was the condition of the rooms. Bathrooms smelled bad, bathtubs were old and poorly maintained, there were plumbing issues, frequent power cuts, and insects in the room. Definitely not what you expect from a property that claims to be 5-star. Service was equally poor. The room landlines were often unreachable and we had to wait over 30 minutes for basic items like plates and cutlery despite calling multiple times. I've stayed at Holiday Inn properties many times before and the service used to be much better. Unfortunately, the quality, maintenance, and hospitality at this resort seem to have declined significantly. Would not return and would recommend looking at some of the newer hotels in the area instead. Thanks for a memorable birthday trip Holiday Inn!! Memorable for all the wrong reasons!!

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Goa from 20 June 2026 to 22 June 2026, and the biggest disappointment was the service and the quality of problem-solving by the staff. We had booked a King Bed room but were given two twin beds joined together. The junction between the beds had electrical switches hidden directly under the pillow area. Every time we lay down, our heads would hit the switches. To make matters worse, one of those switches controlled a bedside lamp that was switched on, which is a safety concern in itself. What was even more surprising was the response from reception. When I reported the issue, I was told that they could "pull the beds forward" as a solution. I genuinely couldn't understand how that was supposed to help. Moving the beds away from the wall would only create an awkward gap behind the bed while still leaving us with two joined twin beds instead of the king bed we had booked. It felt like a response given simply to say something rather than actually understand and solve the problem. The second major disappointment was on our anniversary, 21 June. I had requested a small cake and clearly informed the hotel that I was happy to pay for it as it was just a simple surprise for my wife. The request was acknowledged, but despite reminders, nothing arrived when it was supposed to. Eventually, at around 12:20 AM, a cake was delivered, but after the moment had already passed. The staff member who brought it was polite and clearly not at fault, it appeared he had been informed late. The issue was that the request itself was not taken seriously or executed on time. Had I known this would happen, I could have easily arranged something myself. Unfortunately, this reflected the overall pattern throughout our stay. Requests were heard but not acted upon promptly. Almost everything required reminders, follow-ups, and repeated calls. The feeling was that guest requests were being managed rather than actually addressed. What makes this especially frustrating is that the property itself is excellent. The location at Mobor Beach is beautiful, the landscaping is exceptionally well maintained, the grounds are lovely, and the beach access is fantastic. The resort looks and feels like a premium property. However, hospitality is not just about the building and the location. It is about execution, attention to detail, and making guests feel heard. In our case, the property exceeded expectations, but the service consistently fell short. The small things that matter most were repeatedly missed.
