An ok hotel. Food was good but not great compared to over hotels. Staff really good, rooms fine, great location. The entertainment is basically all French the animation team will let you join in, but did feel like an outcast in the hotel as updates and entertainment was 90% French. Nice hotel but I wouldn't return.

Wow, we booked this last minute with low expectations and were really happy with what we got. It's reasonably priced! Modern rooms, food was decent with a rotating selection every day for lunch and dinner. If you're booking this with expectations it's a 5* resort that costs £250+ per day then you'll be disappointed. But at around £100 per day all inclusive it's a great deal. I would go again, my only advice would be to land into the north airport as we landed into the south and had a 1.20hr transfer + wait time at either end.

The staff make it extremely clear how much they hate the English the canteen staff constantly scream at you in Spanish when you do nothing wrong I found it extremely inappropriate the way they behaved towards guests if there was an issue we were unaware of they could have asked an English speaking colleague to speak to us but chose to scream at us in Spanish and continue screaming when we told her we couldn’t understand to make us uncomfortable and the food is extremely poor, the bar staff do not like serving you and make it out like you’re asking for the world when you want a drink while using tiny glasses filled to the brim with ice, the pool is extremely strict with no jumping in, balls, inflatables or fun allowed strictly enforced by the lifeguard, there’s also a massive amount of subbed hogging with towels sat on sunbeds all day even into the night because people reserve beds and never sit on them. The entertainment caters to only French people it is all done in French with absolutely no translation to cater to the Spanish, German or English guests, we attended during the World Cup and they did nothing for the England or German games but went all out for the France game. The cleaning team though deserve a huge amount of credit the hotel was extremely clean, towels changed everyday and beds made also the cleaners were really friendly and eager to help with a good understanding of English and the rooms themselves were modern and nice

The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options that make it easy to enjoy something different every day. The overall quality of the food is GREAT. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. The only downside was the service... The waiters and reception staff were not as friendly or attentive as one would expect from a hotel of this high standard, and at times they even came across as rude. (the reception staff doesn't speak too good english)

This is a lovely hotel with a good pool and lots of games and activities. Certain rooms are noisier than others, by the road or under the skybar. Staff are helpful and most understand English. It's a 10/15min walk from town but a taxi is €5. There is nearby parking which is often full and a further away car park. Roadside parking is almost impossible
