Wow lovely hotel, the small entrance opens up into a very lovely foyer, Our room was lovely and big, lovely view over the pool, breakfast great everything you could need. Dinner was good for me 5 out of 7 nights, just these night the themes did not take my fancy, but enjoyed the salads and cold meat and cheese. Swimming pool lovely and clean and no rush for sun beds even when they say you can’t put towels down and leave them empty for a period of time, some couples / groups went missing for hours after putting towels down. Pool staff lovely and friendly and great service, food also very nice at pool bar. Entertainment was hot and miss, a couple nights very good. The entertainment staff around pool with water aerobats was not for the faint hearted, Very intense but very enjoyable watch people trying to keep up, the only downside to the pool area is the location of toilets. Very friendly staff, good gym and no noise from the outside area. Rooms service ok, had to ask for towels due to non left also did not top coffee and milk up every day, 4 little milk for 2 people, one cup each and gone, wonder why people were picking up a few coffee and tea items at breakfast. No charge on safe great to see and hotel do this.

Had a wonderful holiday in Tenerife. The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions or requests. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here and felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Our stay at Alua Soul was genuinely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after throughout our entire stay. The service across the hotel was outstanding—whether at reception, in the restaurant, or around the facilities, everyone was attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was a real highlight: great variety, excellent quality, and consistently delicious. It’s clear a lot of care goes into both preparation and presentation. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel overall felt clean, modern, and relaxing—exactly what you want for a getaway. While I unfortunately don’t remember everyone’s names, I do want to give a special mention to Khalifa, Alberto, Jose Alberto, Narea, Theo, and Ismael, who all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, welcoming experience.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this hotel and hope to go back. The foyer area is stunning, the food was lovely and the pool area with pool bar was just busy enough to have a lovely atmosphere. The staff, including the young lady who was the waitress at the pool bar were just so friendly. All Inclusive was fabulous and we tried the VIP experience as we were celebrating birthdays- it made the stay even more special. The bay itself was lovely with a huge variety of bars and restaurants. We will definitely be going back!

Stayed here for 5 nights March/April. The hotel itself is great and we would come back. We stayed in a “my favourite club” room, it was really lovely and SO clean. Our balcony looked onto the sea. The breakfast had lots of choice. Lunch for all inclusive is off an À la carte menu at the pool bar, this was super. The choice was great, burgers, pizza, salads etc an all freshly prepared in an open kitchen. We only ate in the buffet for dinner on one night, it was fine - plenty of choice just not our style. Lots of choice for all inclusive drinks and heavily discounted for some drinks not on offer (Irish coffees , espresso martinis etc) The cava was nice and part of the all inclusive. The VIP area was nice, cakes / sandwiches throughout the day and plenty of drinks - alcohol and bottled coke zero etc. The service was mostly good, shout out the receptionist and bellboy (Monica and Javier). Some of the bartenders were abit grumpy but it didnt bother us. The entertainment during the day at the pool was class, we are in our 30s and love the Aqua sports , the entertainer was a laugh and got everyone going. We didn’t see any of the nighttime stuff as we were out but I think people seemed to enjoy it.
