The Amada Colossos Resort Gold Ultra All-Inclusive programme includes the following:

Very high-quality hotel and excellent staff service! I spent a week here and I have to say that the hotel is at a very high standard. What I appreciated the most was the food within the all-inclusive package — the selection and quality were truly excellent. What made the hotel especially wonderful was the staff, who created such a warm and pleasant atmosphere. From the bartenders to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly kind and professional. I would especially like to highlight the service in the main restaurant, particularly the waiter Vassilis, who provided outstanding service and shared such positive energy with the guests. A fantastic hotel that I highly recommend, and I truly hope I’ll be able to return in the future. Thank you!

It’s our last day today as this hotel. Bring the first time we’ve visited. I was slightly apprehensive, despite the good reviews that I’d read. However, we’ve been so pleased - it’s a fantastic hotel; immaculately clean everywhere. The food is excellent (especially the à la carte restaurants but the buffet is really good too) and the service from the staff is second to none. A special thanks to Vassilis for looking after us every day at breakfast - he was there with our pot of tea before we had to ask and is so friendly.

Overall, we had a nice holiday but I am giving this hotel 3 stars because some of the staff were very rude to both guests and other employees. Instead of giving warnings in a calm manner, they addressed customers in an angry tone, using loud voices and aggressive hand gestures. The cleanliness was also not sufficient in my opinion. When we requested daily room service, they only emptied the trash and tidied the bed. There was no additional cleaning. Our soap ran out and it was not refilled. We even left the soap lid open so they could see it, but it was left untouched. We had to wash our hands with shampoo instead. Used tissues were not replaced either. We had to find a staff member ourselves and ask for them. We placed the bathrobe and slippers on the floor to indicate they should be changed, but they took the same bathrobe, hung it back up, and left the same slippers in the room. The carpets in the hotel corridors were also not clean; they looked very dusty. Breakfast was the same every day. We were expecting a more varied open buffet. There were no toothpaste or toothbrushes in the rooms, and no cotton swabs. The minibar only had two bottles of water, which were not replaced when half-used. The location was good. I would recommend renting a car. Overall, it did not feel like a 5-star hotel. This was disappointing.

3.5 star quality/value/service in a 5 star skin. Hotel looks great but not all that under the skin. Service mostly poor except for a few staff. Food like the hotel...looks great but often cold and poor quality. Not enough sunbeds. Al a carte restaurants, Greek was very good, Italian was incredible but the Asian was terrible. Without going on about it, the Asian tried to pass on a chicken bao bun with a chicken nugget in the middle....A CHICKEN NUGGET! Reviews from 2025 look better than what we experienced. Evening entertainment like caboret from the 80's at best. Sorry, will never go back.

What can I say about this resort? Well here goes, it’s amazing. Staff are so friendly, helpful and really make you feel at home that’s it’s really hard to leave the island to come home to the uk. Food is amazing and such a big varitity. Beds and room very comfortable. Views are amazing. This is the second time we have visited the resort and it has had an amazing up grade. They only downer is the push to buy photos which I believe is not something the resort can control. Life guards at the people are amazing and friendly and work hard under the heat. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday we will be back next year.
