We had a very enjoyable stay at Amari Bangkok. The hotel’s location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of shopping malls, street markets, restaurants, and many of Bangkok’s top attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. We were also impressed by the concierge service, which efficiently handled our requests and provided excellent recommendations. Breakfast was outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. The selection was extensive, catering to many different tastes, and despite the large number of guests, there were hardly any queues at the live cooking stations, such as for freshly prepared egg dishes. Our room was comfortable and well maintained. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a little small. The hotel also features a beautiful outdoor pool on the 8th floor. Overall, Amari Bangkok offers an excellent combination of comfort, outstanding service, and a fantastic location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

We stayed at Amari Bangkok for three nights and had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel is impressive in size and its greatest advantage is undoubtedly its location. It is within walking distance of Bangkok’s major shopping malls, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. We stayed in a Club Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. The hotel also offers two restaurants, an Executive Lounge, and a swimming pool that is open until 8:00 PM. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning to spend a few days in Bangkok. Not for couples The service in the lounge is very slow and it seemes that the waiters do not care about you We waited for coffe more than 25 minutes and for an omelette 45 minutes! A few areas could be improved: • The street noise inside the room was surprisingly loud, even on a higher floor, and affected the overall comfort. • The elevators were a major downside. They were consistently overcrowded, and waiting 5–10 minutes for an elevator was not uncommon. • Guests without Executive Lounge access should expect a very busy breakfast experience, especially during peak hours. • The Executive Lounge would benefit from having a minimum age policy (for example, 13+). At the moment there is no age restriction, and during our stay it often felt more like a family lounge, with young children, crying babies, and a level of noise that doesn’t match the premium atmosphere many guests expect when paying for Club access. Thank you to the Amari Bangkok team for your hospitality. With a few improvements, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.

First impressions counts and that is what we experienced. From the time we arrived at the hotel, it was nothing but perfect customer service from the hotel staff. We were personally checked in at the Club Siraa on the 9th Floor. I must say that the service provided by the team was excellent. A big shout out to Ms. Mook who really took care of our queries and also attended to us during the meal times. Hotel looks great. Clean and very well upkept. I also love yhe way the lift system works. Impressed!! This would definitely be my go to hotel whenever I am in Bangkok. Price wise, for the level of service provided and the facilities that there is at the hotel, it is very justifiable. No complains. Keep up the GREAT work!!

Our stay at Amari Bangkok was very good! Our flight arrived early in the morning and although check-in officially starts at 3 p.m. our room was ready after just about an hour of waiting in the beautiful lobby, which we really appreciated. The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to get around Bangkok. The staff were professional and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The service was great and a special thank you to Aom, Nicha and Nidnoi for their hospitality and kindness. We highly recommend Amari Bangkok!

Amari Bangkok truly exceeded every expectation and delivered a genuine luxury experience from start to finish. We stayed in a suite, and every detail reflected the hotel's commitment to comfort, elegance, and exceptional hospitality. The suite was beautifully designed, spacious, immaculate, and made us feel at home the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was having breakfast access to two different restaurants, each offering an excellent selection and outstanding quality. Every morning felt like a special experience rather than just breakfast. What impressed me the most was the incredible attention to detail. Nothing felt overlooked. Even the bathroom amenities were thoughtfully chosen—the delicate jasmine fragrance was absolutely beautiful, and as someone who loves jasmine, it made the experience even more memorable. The service was consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. It's rare to find a hotel where every detail comes together so perfectly. Without a doubt, Amari Bangkok has become one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly refined and memorable stay.
