Excellent stay at amari hotel. Great service with a smile always We had the lounge access to club Siraa and that was wonderful. All staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the drinks in the evening Thank you so much Faii, Am, plot, thip, world, Sun, KJ, Mook, Lydia, Nam. All the chefs were excellent. They all were really helpful and friendly at all times. Lovely yummy food. Thank you for a lovely experience Cheers !

We stayed at Amari Bangkok for five nights, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel's greatest strength is its excellent location. It's within walking distance of major shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it a perfect base for exploring Bangkok. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. There were, however, a couple of areas that could be improved. The lobby was consistently very busy and quite noisy throughout the day, so it didn't provide the calm and relaxing atmosphere we usually expect from a five-star hotel. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, but we felt it was mainly tailored to Indian guests. Compared with the breakfast experiences we've had at Sofitel Dubai, Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul, and Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace, it felt less international and offered fewer options for guests from different backgrounds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quality of the service. The outstanding location is definitely one of Amari Bangkok's biggest advantages.
Aciku Hara
This was our first time staying in the Pratunam area, a change from our usual stays in Sukhumvit. We wanted to be close to Pratunam and the halal food spots along Phetchaburi Road, but we didn’t realize that the area in front of the hotel was undergoing MRT construction. As a result, the traffic was quite congested, and many of the halal restaurants nearby were affected and temporarily closed. Ah well… That said, we were genuinely pleased with the hotel. Our first impression upon entering the lobby was excellent — it looked beautiful and even smelled amazing. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded from a Deluxe Twin Room to a Premier King Room, which we truly appreciated. The room was extremely comfortable, especially for me while taking care of my grandson as his parents went shopping around the area. Most importantly, the baby was comfortable and slept very well throughout the stay. The front desk staff were wonderful — always smiling, friendly, and greeting us warmly every time we passed by. Overall, it was a great experience with truly amazing hospitality. Thank you Amari Bangkok!
Eanechai Travel
I stayed at this hotel for one week on a solo trip, and honestly, I never felt lonely for a single moment. The room was very clean, modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, making the stay even more relaxing. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the warm hospitality from the entire team. The lobby was always full of staff members who were attentive, welcoming, and ready to assist guests at any time, which made me feel very cared for and safe throughout my stay. The Club Lounge experience was also wonderful — peaceful atmosphere, great service, and always welcoming. What made this stay truly special was the people. A big thank you to Thip, Ploy, World, Fai, Am, Nam, Sun, Mook, and Lydia for taking such good care of me. Every conversation, smile, and small gesture made my stay memorable and meaningful. You all turned my solo stay into such a warm and happy experience. I will definitely miss everyone and hope to come back again soon.
