I had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet at Amari Watergate Bangkok. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. I really enjoyed the generous spread from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes that were flavorful and satisfying. It was a great way to start the day. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. I would especially like to thank X and Ryan, who went out of their way to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Eventhough I was alone, they kept me a good company. Overall, the breakfast buffet was delightful, and the excellent service made the experience even more memorable. I would happily recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. And, I wish to go back here! For sure! ❤️❤️❤️

Amari Bangkok is a really high quality hotel. The service is outstanding and always ready to help. Our room was also excellent and it had nice view to Bangkok. Only downside about the room was that we were able to hear the noise coming from the traffic at night. In lively city like Bangkok noise is part of the life which is why I didn’t find it too big of a problem. The breakfast had a vast selection of different foods and drinks which was great. The pool area was nice but there could have been bit more beach chairs. Location is great. There are couple malls next to the hotel and lot of tuk tuk taxis nearby ready to transport you. Only minus is that there’s no train or metro station really close. The nearest station is about 15 minute walk away. Despite the lack of public transport next to the hotel, I would recommend it to the people travelling to Bangkok. Overall it has everything you need.

My recent stay and business event experience at Amari Bangkok was below expectations. While the hotel has a strong reputation, service delivery did not consistently match the commitments made during the planning phase. Several requirements that were confirmed in advance were not executed as agreed, which impacted the overall event experience. For a property catering to corporate and business clients, stronger coordination and follow-through would significantly improve reliability. Consistency in service execution is critical for professional engagements. Guests should also be aware that the connecting route near the hotel is currently affected by metro construction, which may influence convenience and travel time. I hope the management addresses these gaps to better align guest expectations with actual experience.

We have been visiting Bangkok about every six months over the past few years, and Amari Bangkok has always been our hotel of choice. As Amari Platinum members who have stayed at several Amari properties, we can confidently say that Amari Bangkok consistently offers the highest level of overall satisfaction. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The Siraa Club in particular makes us feel truly well looked after. A special mention goes to Ms. Mook, whose kindness and warmth left a lasting impression. She once asked about our experiences at other Amari hotels and took note of the foods we enjoy. To our surprise, those very items appeared during the evening cocktail time later that day (perhaps a coincidence, but a lovely one). We also appreciated the room amenities, especially the towels, which were exceptionally soft and comfortable. The only minor issue during this stay was the initial room, which had a noticeable residual smell of smoke. After we raised the concern, the team responded promptly and upgraded us to a more comfortable room. We truly appreciate their professionalism and care in resolving the situation. Thank you for consistently providing such a comfortable and welcoming stay. We look forward to returning again on our next visit to Bangkok.

This was my first time in Bangkok, visiting for conference along with vacation, and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The reception and call service staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made communication easy throughout my stay. The hotel breakfast was very good with a nice variety. I would especially like to highlight the Indian breakfast selection — the dosa prepared by the Indian male chef on Level 4 was excellent. I enjoyed it daily and it was truly a highlight of my stay. However, the hotel’s Thai restaurant was quite disappointing compared to the otherwise positive experience. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff, including the ladies assisting at the elevators, housekeeping team, luggage assistance staff, and all other team members who made my stay welcoming and smooth. Thank you to the entire hotel team for the hospitality during my first visit to Bangkok.
