This is a very low-key hotel in a great city-centre location. It’s not flashy or over the top — it just feels calm, comfortable, and quietly luxurious. The location is really convenient. You’re right in the city, but once you step inside the hotel, it feels peaceful. Honestly, the main reason I chose to stay here again is the restaurant. I genuinely love the food and the overall dining atmosphere. Every time I’ve eaten here, it’s been consistently good, and that alone makes it worth coming back. The service is friendly and professional without being too formal or intrusive, which I appreciate. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Lancaster Bangkok from start to finish. We stayed for 5 nights, and for a 5-star hotel, the price is absolutely worth it. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We did have a small issue with our room initially, but the team handled it perfectly — they took immediate action, moved us without any hassle, and even upgraded our room without us having to ask. They also checked in to see if there was anything else we needed, which really made us feel valued as guests. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was also really convenient for us, with a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel and plenty of restaurants within a 10–15 minute walk. The gym was another standout feature — very well-equipped with a wide range of machines, perfect for keeping up with workouts while travelling. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a vast selection to suit all tastes. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay here. The room was great, and the staff were all very polite and helpful. The only thing I wish they had (suggestion) for such great hotel is to please add the Japanese style toilet in the room please. That would have made the room ever better. Breakfast was pretty good too! Thank you!

Well, excellent hotel! Large room, and comfortable bed, large bath room and so clean. Everything here says 5 star. The only reason I left is because it's far from the center. But if you want to enjoy from the hotel only, this is your place to stay!

Great hotel. Very clean. Very nice big rooms. Location front door is the busiest road ever and away from any bars or restruants. Hotel missed my instructions of been on high floor and away from elevators - was put closest room to elevators on second bottom floor. Dissapointing
