I recently stayed 15 nights at Landmark Bangkok which is in a fantastic location. The property itself was impressive — elegant design, spotless common areas, and excellent amenities. The bedroom was especially outstanding: spacious, comfortable with beautiful view from 23rd floor. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport links, which made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable. Unfortunately, despite all the positive aspects of the hotel itself, my overall experience was seriously affected by a very concerning issue. During my stay, I was robbed twice, and the theft involved members of the hotel staff as on first occasion there were several staff entry my room however on second occasion there was only one housekeeping entering the room. It was reported to the hotel management and to police. This was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel operating at a five-star standard where guests should feel safe and secure at all times. While I can genuinely praise the hotel’s facilities, comfort, and location, management urgently needs to address guest security and staff accountability. A luxury experience should include peace of mind, and sadly that was missing from my whole stay.

The hotel may have been operating for nearly four decades, but it is still popular and convenient for staying and parking your car. Its steakhouse is also still one of the best in town. Sadly, long time Fitness First is gone from the hotel floor chart. They left.

I had a wonderful stay at The Landmark Hotel Bangkok as a solo traveler. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. A special thanks to the hotel team for accommodating a complimentary late check-out until 3:00 PM, which made my departure much more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers and would happily stay here again.

Excellent and fantastic: My stay at the Landmark Bangkok was wonderful once again. My room and the entire hotel complex were impeccably clean and tidy, and the pool area is absolutely the best! From the moment I entered the Landmark Bangkok until my departure, I received consistently professional and incredibly friendly service. I stayed one night at the The Landmark Bangkok and it turned out to be a genuinely memorable experience. I arrived quite tense after dealing with heavy traffic around the Ratchada Asok area and was close to missing a meeting, so I was not in the best state when I walked in. The check in experience completely turned that around. I was attended to by Carol, who I believe is European but spoke very fluent Thai, which was honestly quite impressive to watch. I had booked through Trip.com, and there were a few complications with documentation and the process was not entirely straightforward. On top of that, there was also a deposit required, which initially made things a little uncomfortable for me. Carol handled everything with remarkable patience and professionalism. She took the time to explain every step clearly, including the rationale behind the deposit, and by the end of it I felt completely at ease and understood why everything was necessary. The whole process was smooth, well managed, and done with genuine warmth. The room itself was excellent. It felt spacious, well designed, and thoughtfully laid out. The lighting was just right, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were great. One thing I am usually quite particular about in hotels is the air conditioning, because it is very common to either feel too warm or wake up in the middle of the night freezing like an ice cube. Here, it was perfectly balanced throughout the night, which made a big difference to the overall comfort. There was also a small moment when I first entered the room and was not quite sure how to use the card holder system. I contacted room service and they showed up within about two minutes, which I found incredibly efficient and impressive. Another part that really stood out was what happened after I checked out. I had a late evening flight and wanted to spend a bit more time exploring Bangkok, but I really did not want to drag my luggage around the city. The team made this effortless for me by safely holding onto my bags after checkout, which gave me the freedom to move around comfortably and actually enjoy the rest of my day without that burden. It is a small detail, but the way it was handled made a big difference to my experience. Even beyond that, the service remained consistently warm. The staff in the foyer were all very welcoming, and the gentleman managing the traffic at the entrance deserves a special mention. Every single time I stepped out of the hotel, he greeted me with a salute and a smile. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made me feel genuinely welcomed each time. Overall, while the rooms and facilities were very good, what really stood out to me was the people. The team at the hotel are warm, patient, and genuinely kind, and that makes all the difference, especially when you arrive stressed from travel. I walked in tense and left feeling relaxed and well taken care of. This is a hotel with a truly strong service culture, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
