I initially thought it would be very difficult to retrieve it, but the hotel team provided truly exceptional assistance. They quickly confirmed the item and helped arrange an urgent delivery so I could receive it during the rest of our trip. Throughout the process, the staff responded promptly, communicated clearly, and handled everything with great care and professionalism. Their kindness and efficiency meant a lot to us, especially during such a special trip. We are truly grateful for the thoughtful support from the hotel team. This hotel is a great location for any type of traveler! They have their own ferry to take you to IconSiam and also to the BTS station. Right next to the hotel there are 2 ferry locations for the Chao Phraya express boat to take you up and down the river which was the best way to get around and beat traffic. Also super close to Talat Noi for art, food, and exploring. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and eager to help with any requests. The rooms were spacious and had great river views! If you need laundry done while here, there is a laundry business about a 5 minute walk from the property for 70 baht a kilo.
KYEONGJUN CHOI (KJ)
I stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. This is clearly a hotel with long tradition and history, yet it feels very well maintained—everything was clean, organized, and cared for. The pool area was a real highlight. There were plenty of sunbeds and space to relax, and the atmosphere felt calm and unhurried. The view is also exceptional: being right along the Chao Phraya River gives the property a beautiful riverside scenery that truly sets it apart. I’d also like to give special recognition to Ms. Suphinya (Trainee) at the lobby. She was genuinely warm, professional, and very attentive. Her clear and thoughtful support—even for small questions—made me feel truly welcomed. I will also share my compliments through Marriott Bonvoy channels and hope her great service is formally recognized. Thank you to the entire team. I would love to return for a longer stay, especially with my family.
