Lovely river view with good transportation options (shuttle boats to a magnificent mall across the river and to the train station). The hotel has seen her good days back in the old days and renovation is overdue. Nevertheless I still like her for her location and old-day vibe. Service quality varies. I would rate the service in Sheraton Club in Singapore higher than here (surprise surprise). Lobby bar here gets a higher score though. Thanks to the staff, particularly Khun Penguin (? sorry if i spell your name incorrectly) for the pleasant and efficient service. By the way … generous happy hour for almost the whole afternoon!

excellent hotel. they took great care of us. they upgraded our room to an Executive Suite overlooking the river with floor to ceiling windows! Great neighborhood to explore with good restaurants. Good gym and great breakfast. They also left a special dessert in our room!! So nice, amazing service. Also THE SPA IS AMAZING. We got a couples massage at Mandara Spa on floor 3 and it was absolutely amazing — top 3 massages in our life (Royal Thai Massage).

Exceptionally attentive service and energy from every person who works in the hotel. Room with view of the river was pretty nice. Big room and nice hotel with every amenity you can imagine to have a wonderful stay. Feels very slightly dated but still very pleasant experience with the service and amenities really pushing it to a 5 star stay.

Vacation visit to Bangkok with family is a very special occasion and this place makes it very special too. Most of the rooms have excellent views, amazing food, and awesome staff which makes your family stay very special. The food is ordinary but the yatch club with a beautiful pier attached to the hotel is very enjoyable. It’s a great place to have dinner. However on weekends there is a crazy crowd and a reservation is necessary. The location is excellent and many massage centres and utility centres are close by. The prices are a bit higher but I felt it is worth it.

This hotel is nice because of the location and the amenities. They have restaurants and bars within the hotel that are very nice. The hotel also has many shops inside the building. The rooms are older, and some of the rooms are musty and humid. They could use an upgrade. The views from each room is amazing. I didn't get a chance to use the pools, but they looked nice and relaxing. The fitness room is decent for a quick workout. The area around the hotel is great for tourists, but traffic can get very bad during rush hour so be prepared. The shuttle service at the hotel for the river is convenient. Service at the front desk and concierge were above average. The executive lounge is nice, but they should extend the evening hours to at least 11pm. In summary, this is a nice hotel for many occasions and I would stay here again.
