We had an overall excellent 8 night stay in this hotel. As a VIP member, we were treated very well and was given a nice upgrade as well as access to the superb executive lounge. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and had a very nice view. The service from all the staff was amazing and location of the hotel near Asok BTS was very convenient. There were lots of malls and eateries near us. There was initially an issue with the first room assigned to us but that was resolved by the manager Jan very quickly the next day which we very much appreciated. If I have some minor feedback, it would be to lift restrictions on the number of WiFi devices connected per room and upgrade the slightly aging gym equipment.

July 2026 I stayed here for 3 weeks in July 2026. The location of this hotel is excellent. You are within a 10 minute walking distance to the Terminal 21 Mall and the Emsphere Mall; 15 minutes to the Emporium and the Emsquare Malls. Likewise, you are within 10 minutes of the Green BTS and the Blue MRT rapid transit systems. The personnel in this hotel were outstanding and anything that is not right is corrected immediately. My room refrigerator did not work properly and within 15 minutes of my reporting it a new refrigerator was brought to my room, a chair that was broken was replaced within minutes. However, this hotel needs an IT renovation. It seems that rooms on one edge of the hotel 2315, 2115 and probably other rooms on that side experience bad internet reception. The hotel did send 2 IT technicians who provided a temporary solution. Newer IT infrastructure equipment is probably needed. The reception personnel, Gin, Ni, Mia - who helped me move, and Eve were excellent. Gin arranged my room changes and my future reservations. At the breakfast room Dino at the pancakes, and Nita, Mark, Baifem, and Remi kept things running very smoothly. The breakfast choices were excellent and very varied. A concierge named Room was very helpful also. The IT technicians Fee and Ray provided some much-needed temporary solutions to my room IT problems. All in all, I was very satisfied with the speed in which my room's small problems were handled. Kudos to the services department. I will highly recommend this hotel to tourists or business people. It has an excellent lobby with a great bar for chatting and resting from the omnipresent outside heat. A couple of knocks though. One is that there is a dearth of drinking glasses in the rooms. Only two glasses are provided and they are in the bathroom. There are no glasses for drinking water or beer and when requested from room service it takes some time for them to be brought . The other thing that I found a bit annoying were the chairs at the outdoors Brewski rooftop bar. Neither the cushioned chairs nor the wooden ones have any significant back support. The wooden seats on the highchairs are designed for torture. The whole set-up is not conducive to a second drink.

Every stay at Radisson Blu has been an amazing experience. The hotel is comfortable and well run, but it is the warmth and consistency of the service that keep me coming back. Nina always welcomes me with genuine warmth, which immediately makes the hotel feel like home. Ni handles my check-in quickly and efficiently, allowing me to settle in and rest without delay after a long trip. These small touches make a real difference, especially when arriving tired after travelling. Jan and Nano are equally thoughtful and attentive. They regularly check in to ensure that every aspect of my stay is going smoothly and that I have everything I need. Their service is attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and it is reassuring to know that I am always being so well looked after. A memorable hotel stay is about far more than the room or facilities—it is the people who truly define the experience. I am incredibly grateful to have Nano, Jan, Nina and Ni around during my stays. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine care are an essential part of the five-star experience at Radisson Blu.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok for seven nights in August, traveling alone, and overall I had a very good experience. The room was spacious enough and had pretty much everything I needed. The air conditioning worked very well, the view from the room was beautiful, and there was very little noise coming from neighboring rooms. I did have some issues with my room key two or three times, but the staff were always very helpful and resolved the problem quickly. The only real downside regarding the room was that it occasionally had a noticeable damp or musty smell. For me, the location was excellent. I enjoy walking and exploring cities, and both the BTS and MRT are only a few hundred meters away. Terminal 21 is also nearby, and in the opposite direction there is Emquartier and plenty of restaurants, shops and places to eat around the hotel. The only thing to keep in mind is Bangkok traffic: if you are planning to go somewhere farther away by taxi or Grab, you really need to allow plenty of extra time. My biggest disappointment was the early check-in. I had purchased it online, but when I arrived they could not initially find it in their system and ultimately could not provide a room early. Based on my experience, I would not recommend paying for early check-in, as the process did not seem to work particularly well. Breakfast offers a very wide selection, although it is not especially focused on a traditional European or continental-style breakfast. The selection leans more toward Asian and Indian tastes. If you are neither Asian nor Indian and enjoy a large Western-style breakfast, you might find the choices a little repetitive after several days. That said, the breakfast area itself is very nice and the service is extremely well organized. There is a small-to-medium-sized pool on the 6th floor, which I found very relaxing. I would have preferred more shade or umbrellas around the seating area and a clearer, more accessible poolside bar service. The rooftop bar and restaurant on the top floor is definitely worth visiting. Prices are naturally higher than at regular places around the city, but I really enjoyed spending time there around sunset. The view and atmosphere made it worthwhile. Most importantly, the service throughout my stay was genuinely very good. Apart from the relatively minor issues mentioned above, I had no problems at all and found the staff consistently helpful. I would happily stay here again, although since this was my first visit to Bangkok, I would also be interested in trying some other hotels in the city next time. Overall, a very good hotel with an excellent location, comfortable rooms and strong service.
