My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The location is superb (right next to Lumpini Park), and the rooms exceeded our expectations. Our king size room was incredibly spacious, modern, and decorated impeccably. We loved that different rooms had different decor themes! We arrived early due to our flight time, and although our room wasn’t ready, we were able to use the showers and changing area which was very appreciated after our long travel day. We also visited the spa during our stay and had nothing but positive things to say. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Bangkok.

I recently joined the chocolate workshop at Chocolap SO/ Bangkok as a birthday gift for my niece, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. We were lucky that it ended up being just the two of us, making the session feel cosy and almost like a private class. The workshop was both educational and fun, and we loved learning how those beautiful fancy chocolates are made. Even though our skills were far from perfect, Chef Da guided us calmly with helpful tips, and Ice was incredibly patient—capturing lovely moments for us and making the whole session smooth and enjoyable. It was truly memorable, and I’m already planning to bring my other niece so she can enjoy this special experience just like her sister. Highly recommended!

I stayed at SO/ Bangkok for two nights with a colleague. The hotel has a beautiful, modern, art-focused design, and the staff were truly outstanding — very welcoming and professional. As an Accor Platinum member, I was recognized immediately, received welcome drinks, and was upgraded to a higher-floor room with a great skyline view. The only downside was the lighting in the room and bathroom — extremely dim and inconvenient, especially with the glass and curtain setup. The bathtub also took up a lot of space without much use. Breakfast was good, the location is convenient, and overall the stay offers fair value. With better lighting, it would be an excellent experience.

This was our first accommodation we stayed in Thailand. The view from the rooftop is awesome. Reminds me of NYC. The bathroom in the king room with a view is nice plus. About 20 minutes walking distancer from the closest train station. Not many restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Hotel bar has a nice view but its all indoor. Pool with 360 views of Bangkok is pretty cool

First time at So Bangkok and fell in love! The service at this hotel is truly outstanding. I absolutely love it! Every staff member I met was attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful, from the entrance to the lobby. I especially want to thank Teddy who helped me check-in, he made the whole experience feel so welcoming. He’s not only professional but also has such a warm guy and kind personality that really stands out. It’s always nice to see someone who clearly loves what they do. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!
