I have stayed in this hotel over 5 times, and every time my stay is a pleasant stay. I am particularly impressed by the cleanliness, warmth of the staff, and quality of the service. The breakfast spread is huge, and the sitting area is very spacious. The gym is also very well stacked. A special mention must go to Ms. Chompoo, who was exceptionally helpful with my room arrangements. She was extremely accommodating, patient, and attentive to my requests, always handling everything with a genuine smile. It is people like her who truly make a difference to a guest’s experience. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!

We had 3nights at Grand Mercure Atrium Bangkok. We stayed mainly the price factor. Room We had looked down to pool area and to the back of the construction of a new hospital being built. We were offered if we wanted to move to other side of hotel but decided not to as couldn't really hear the noise. Was a bit noisy trying to relax down at the pool though but remembering not hotels fault. Restaurant buffet breakfast a bit of a let down as mainly aimed towards the Indian market. Staff around the hotel were all very nice and helpful. Big thank you to reception Mr Tuan you were very helpful during our stay. Also to the barmen at pool bar Mr Kan & Mr Bear did a great job looking after us while at the pool area.. Thank you. The Executive Lounge staff were great and what was on offer was nice. An unforgettable stay at Grand Mercure BKK! From start to finish, our experience at Geand Mercure Bangkok was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the location is perfect, and the service is truly exceptional. A special thank you to the wonderful housekeeping her name is Noona, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness and heart. We were always greeted with warm smiles and came back to a spotless room every day. Their kindness and attention to detail made our trip extra special. I’ve stayed at the Grand Mercure on number of occasions recently. In my experience, the rooms are really comfortable and have always been very clean. I’ve never been disturbed by any noise. The location is excellent… 5min walk to Phetchaburi MRT, 25min walk to Sukhumvit Road (there is a nice canal walk behind the hotel to get there, away from busy roads). I find it is always the hotel staff that make a stay better and more memorable. All have been excellent so far. Special thanks to Ying (for being so welcoming and helpful during check-in) and Freeze (for making the dining experience such a delight).

A Warm and Convenient Stay I was very impressed by the warm and welcoming staff throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel genuinely comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, making it easy to get around. The nearest MRT station, Phetchaburi, is around a 500-metre walk, which is still quite manageable while keeping the hotel in a relatively convenient location. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of international choices, including Indian vegetarian options, which I particularly appreciated. The pool bar area was also a lovely, cozy spot to relax. The overall experience was very smooth, from booking to check-in and check-out. As an Accor ALL member, I also naturally preferred staying here, and the hotel delivered a pleasant experience that made me happy with that choice. Overall, a welcoming, comfortable, and convenient hotel that I would be happy to stay at again.
