    We had 3nights at Grand Mercure Atrium Bangkok. We stayed mainly the price factor. Room We had looked down to pool area and to the back of the construction of a new hospital being built. We were offered if we wanted to move to other side of hotel but decided not to as couldn't really hear the noise. Was a bit noisy trying to relax down at the pool though but remembering not hotels fault. Restaurant buffet breakfast a bit of a let down as mainly aimed towards the Indian market. Staff around the hotel were all very nice and helpful. Big thank you to reception Mr Tuan you were very helpful during our stay. Also to the barmen at pool bar Mr Kan & Mr Bear did a great job looking after us while at the pool area.. Thank you. The Executive Lounge staff were great and what was on offer was nice.     An unforgettable stay at Grand Mercure BKK! From start to finish, our experience at Geand Mercure Bangkok was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the location is perfect, and the service is truly exceptional.     I had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure. The room was beautiful, and the service was exceptional throughout my stay. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, with excellent quality and wonderful service.     I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Atrium Bangkok, and it was such a special experience for us. We came to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and the hotel really surprised us in the best way. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and they helped make the celebration feel memorable and warm. Everything was well-prepared, and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable.
