We arrived at the hotel based on a recommendation we found on Booking.com. It was me, my wife, and our 13-year-old son. We arrived at the hotel very early, and at the reception we were warmly welcomed by Marbella, who treated us with great kindness and professionalism. While we were waiting for our room to be ready, the staff offered us complimentary cold soft drinks, which was very much appreciated after our journey. They even asked whether we would like to take a shower and freshen up after our flight of more than 12 hours before the room was available. Marbella also offered us an upgrade to a larger room with a river view for a small additional fee, and of course, we accepted. She personally accompanied us to the room and explained all of its facilities. The room included a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchenette, making it very comfortable for our family. The hotel is within walking distance of Asiatique and the Hop-On Hop-Off tourist boat service, which we used throughout the day and found to be much more convenient than other forms of transportation. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful, featuring fountains and a jacuzzi. The level of service we received from the moment we arrived until we checked out was exceptional. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I have stayed in countless hotels around the world, and this is truly one of the best. The hotel design is stunning, and it smells wonderful, the moment u walk into the lobby, u get such a great feeling. Throughout our entire stay, we felt truly seen n cared for, whenever we needed anything, the staff was there to help. We decided to extend our stay for an extra night, n they surprised us by upgrading our room. Since this was our honeymoon, they also thoughtfully wrote us a note and provided a delicious dessert. Our entire vacation felt like a fairytale. The hotel staff r incredibly professional and kind always smiling n making us feel so welcome. We will never forget this amazing vacation.

This is my first time reviews hotel because of best experience during me and my wife stayed 2 nights in Bangkok. First impression matter, when we arrive bellboy/staff at lobby is really helpful and welcome. Overall check in process is very good due to staff initiative. Room feels premium, all surrrounding hotel is really good ambience. Beyond content and instagramable spot, they really did good job. I also recommend to brunch at Brix Breakfast/Cafe, really nice staff, good food, and good ambience. Shoutout to Ton (Bell Captain in lobby) initiative to help my wife taking picture, coordinating our luggage from and to room. I definetly recommend to stay here

I had a really nice stay at The Salil Hotel Riverside Bangkok. The hotel has a chill, relaxing vibe and the riverside location makes it feel like a little escape from the busy city. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything felt easy and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and tasted nice, but I found that some of hot food were a bit cold by the time I got them. It would be perfect if the food was kept warmer.
