⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service and incredibly friendly staff! We had a wonderful experience at Avani Plus Riverside Bangkok, especially thanks to the incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive staff. Unfortunately, I accidentally lost my ring by the swimming pool. As soon as I informed the staff, they immediately came to help me search for it. They went above and beyond by even removing the wooden decking boards next to the pool to try to find my ring. Although we unfortunately never found it, I was genuinely touched by the extraordinary effort, kindness, and dedication they showed. This level of service is truly exceptional and deserves recognition. The staff made me feel that they genuinely cared and were willing to do everything they could to help. We also had a wonderful dinner at SEEN Restaurant, with stunning views of the city. Pan and Aom were incredibly friendly and attentive, and we received equally excellent service from the lovely staff at Sin Rooftop Bar, especially from Khai Mook, Jae, Gift and Dream. We had a truly lovely evening, enjoyed delicious food, and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay where excellent service and genuine hospitality are a priority. The staff truly made a lasting impression on me, and I am incredibly grateful for their efforts. A well-deserved five stars for the outstanding team at Avani Plus Riverside Bangkok! I would absolutely stay here again, knowing that I would be welcomed by such a wonderful team ⭐️

Excellent hotel and definitely a place we would be happy to return to. The location is very convenient, and one of the biggest advantages is that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall with several restaurants and dining options. This makes it very easy to find somewhere to eat or shop without having to travel anywhere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, good quality, and plenty of options for different tastes. We also used room service and were very impressed. The service was fast and professional, and the food was very good. What really made our stay special, however, was the hotel staff. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Every question or request was handled quickly and with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel in general felt pleasant and well managed. Overall, the combination of a convenient location, excellent breakfast, great room service, comfortable rooms, and especially the wonderful staff made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Incredible experience at this hotel. Staff are especially friendly here. Rooms are always left impeccable (special thanks to Khun Oh oe who left the room looking spotless with personal touches). Breakfast variety was huge - they even had an area where you can make your own juice using their juicer. The pool and gym facilities are fantastic and highly recommend a visit to Seen. Highly recommend.
