This was truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect — the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and made my stay very special. Since it was my birthday, I will never forget the beautiful surprise during breakfast. I am so grateful to Khing, Thiwanee, Aom, Run, and Tee for being the first ones to celebrate with me. They made me laugh, feel special, and start my day in the best way possible. Later, I was surprised again when I returned to my room and found another birthday cake waiting for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The cocktails by the pool were also amazing and made the day even more enjoyable. In the evening, I had dinner at Seen and I would also like to thank Roj, Ying, and Aom for bringing me another little birthday cake and making the night even more memorable. This holiday and the kindness of the people here will always stay in my heart. Thank you for making my birthday so unforgettable.

This Hotel sets a new standard. The hotel is gorgeous and very comfortable, the breakfast buffet is in a league of its own and the customer service is phenomenal. Our housekeeper Ket may have been the sweetest woman I have ever met. Everytime we saw her she greeted us and she was always smiling and seemingly excited to see us. Our room was also spotless both times we stayed here. Started our trip here before heading down south and liked it so much we rebooked to end our trip here. Thank you Avani and Thank you Ket for taking such good care of us!

Stayed at the Avani for 4 nights and the hotel is simply amazing. The room is clean with a massive king zise bed fit for a king. The view from the room is second to none and leave you with one of those once in a life time feelings when you first see it. Advice always book a riverview room. The roof top pool, wow wow wow. The views of bangkok and the river is out of the world. Limited amount of sun beds thou but one was always available if we went after 14h00. Staff gets top marks , especially, Birth, very friendly and helpful guy. Breakfast is adequate but not the best that have have experienced for a 5 star hotel. I have travelled asia a lot and for the live of me why do you boil the chicken and pork sausages lol. Note however this hotel is not cheap , the cost of its restaurants , bars and that of its sister hotel the Anantara are ski high and not affordable for the average traveller , but it is a 5 star hotel so it understood. It is Bangkok thou and you can find amazing food and drinks at a reasonable price across the best city in the world. I was also informed that hotel guest and GHA members get discounts , it however appeared that staff are not always, aware of same. I also used grab to get around bangkok and it worked well.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Avani Riverside Hotel Bangkok, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the customer service was exceptional—easily one of the best we’ve experienced in all our travels. The room was amazing, with stunning river views, a very comfortable bed, and excellent cleanliness throughout our stay. Every detail made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had across all the hotels and countries we’ve traveled to. The variety, quality, and overall experience were outstanding. A big thank you as well to Win at the concierge, who was fantastic. He was very helpful and recommended excellent tour packages that made our Bangkok experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay at Avani Riverside Bangkok was exceptional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or highly recommend this hotel to others.

This is an amazing hotel with a real five-star feel, which doesn't always come with many other hotels. The view is spectacular from the room and from the breakfast area and especially from the rooftop bars. The service is also great with almost immediate care and attention to any potential issue you could have. My room safe wasn't working and the cold water wasn't working in the sink and they were taken care of very quickly. The breakfast is also fantastic where everything tastes really good and you can even make your own juice which I've never seen anywhere else. That is so healthy to be able to do that.
