This is an amazing hotel with a real five-star feel, which doesn't always come with many other hotels. The view is spectacular from the room and from the breakfast area and especially from the rooftop bars. The service is also great with almost immediate care and attention to any potential issue you could have. My room safe wasn't working and the cold water wasn't working in the sink and they were taken care of very quickly. The breakfast is also fantastic where everything tastes really good and you can even make your own juice which I've never seen anywhere else. That is so healthy to be able to do that.

We just finished an amazing stay at bangkok and spent our nights at avani. Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was beautiful, but the people truly made it special. The concierge, Top, was incredibly warm, kind, and helpful. Would definitely stay again. We got some really great rooms overlooking the river and our window itself was like an HD TV

The check-in staff were so kind! Especially at check-out as well. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of foods. I loved the fresh juice and fruit stations. The gym is well-kept and overlooks the river. There is a 7-11 attached to the first floor of the entrance. You can go to the neighbor hotel/resort and utilize the ferry service FOR FREE! It will take you to different areas around the river, the most famous being the ICON SIAM mall! This resort gets 4/5 stars because it is incredibly far from everything - massages, food, bars, etc. In other parts of Bangkok, you can literally walk to get a 300 baht massage. Avani+ is so far, you need to take the ferry or call a Grab to take you somewhere. Side note: The rooftop bar here, called Sin, charges USD prices for their cocktails! INSANE! I am not paying 700-800 baht for a cocktail. I am from Las Vegas and those are definitely comparable in price ($24 USD).

Fantastic hotel! From check-in to check-out, it was a great experience. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with big smiles. I booked a river-view room with panoramic views and it didn’t disappoint. Absolutely picturesque! The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, though a little dated for the price. Still, nothing to complain about. Tried the breakfast one morning…wow! Huge variety, everything fresh and well presented. A nice touch is the little egg menu they hand you when seated freshly made eggs delivered right to your table. 🍳 The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning, with spectacular views of the city and the Chao Phraya River. I could’ve sat there for hours! Great cocktails too. 🍹 The location is perfect for river views, though a little out of the way if you’re looking to get around Bangkok easily. Personally, I prefer staying in Sukhumvit as it has a better transport network but that’s just my preference. I’d definitely stay here again for a couple of nights to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Beautiful infinity pool with sprawling view of the river and bangkok. Truly stunning. Make sure to spend some time enjoying that. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Breakfast buffet was solid. Incredibly friendly bellboys at the front. The hotel seemed a bit obsessed with playing music at every turn and some quiet would benefit the atmosphere and make it more peaceful. The gym was so so, but certainly above average, and adequate for a short stay. Location is a bit isolated and glad we only stayed one night. Very strange that they kept the hold on our credit card for up to two weeks post checkout? I've never experienced that before. Mediocre overpriced pad kra pow in the 11th floor bar-restaurant was definitely a disappointment. For a 5 star hotel, I would recommend so/ bangkok over this place, as it matched everything we liked about Avani+ but didnt have any of the negatives.
