Our stay at this resort was absolutely perfect. From the very first moment, the reception team—especially Mr. Ahmed Allan and Mr. Amr were extremely decent, professional, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The beach and pool are stunning, room service was always supportive, and the food offered great variety and quality. Everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. Stayed two nights in an overwater villa and it was truly exceptional! My hosts Geoffrey and Carine made this stay extra memorable. They created a what's app chat even before we arrived and answered every single one of our requests promptly. It felt like having our private staff to help with anything we needed. Though the property is expansive and beautiful, the room is so lavish and well-stocked that you don't feel like leaving. They provide everything you need, down to a sun hat, beach bag, pool slippers, and l'occitane products. The bed is very comfy. There are a few different areas to relax, my favorite being the overwater porch with both a large day bed as well as loungers. The stairs into the sea are an added bonus. The bathroom is definitely one of the biggest hotel bathrooms I've seen, with separate toilet and shower rooms, a closet nook and a huge bathtub overlooking the beach. The entire vibe of the place is both romantic and relaxing, exuding true luxury overall. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

We wanted a low key 5* hotel on the beach as a base. The Anantara ticks all the boxes. The Thai influence is perfect. Lagoon rooms are ideally situated with a short stroll to the beach. Food and service in every restaurant is excellent. So many staff made an impression on us. Richmond for his patience driving us around in the buggy with such a wonderful smile and Abu on concierge. The housekeeping team work so hard maintaining such high standards especially Nirajan and his towel origami each night. Highly recommended.

This hotel is exceptional! All the staff are friendly, attentive and proactive. It's a relaxing and impressive environment. The whole experience here has been wonderful. This visit was for a birthday and staff provided lovely little treats for the birthday celebrant which was a lovely touch! I would definitely recommend people to come here when staying in Dubai. I would warmly thank the hospitality staff- Nilar, Roshan and Ouda and the other staff for always welcoming us and seeing how we were when visiting the restaurant. The domestic staff, receptionists and valet staff are also welcoming and kind. 10/10.

Special thanks to our waiter, Moustafa - his service was outstanding. He was attentive, warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service, nice music and amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
