We absolutely LOVED our time at Atelier!!! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt valued and at home. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. Always with a smile and so polite. The food was extraordinary!!! We were only there for 3 nights so we couldn’t eat everywhere but the 3 dinners we did have was phenomenal! What stood out as well was the little extra details. The quality of the products in all the bathrooms. The complimentary beach bag to use during your stay. The hair straightener and the robes in the room. To say that we loved our room would be an understatement. Special shout out to our remarkable butlers, Rodolfo and Yareni. They made our stay extra special and were always ready to help or assist in any way. It was my husband’s birthday and they made it extra special. They made sure we knew what was included in our stay and made sure all our dinner reservations were made. 1000% would recommend his resort.

Atelier is a MUST! Please book an inspira suite, which includes a butler service. Highly recommend requesting butlers Carolina and César, as they are THE BEST! We have been twice and can’t wait to go again! You will not be disappointed. Service and food is HANDS DOWN the best you can find! ❤️ I only wish I could remember ALL of the names of the lovely people that were amazing: Julio “by the pool” 😉, all of the staff at Takeshi (we went 3 times!), the beautiful greetings and conversations from the people at La Consentida. We went to several shows at El Deseo which were amazing! Thank you to all the staff and obvious hard work done by all. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We appreciate you! This resort is the BEST!

Our stay at Atelier was nothing short of amazing! From the food to the service to the accommodations it was all super luxurious, welcoming, and relaxing. We would definitely come back here again in the future. My family and I specifically had a great time at the tranquility pool with a special shout out to all the staff there, especially Julio our server and Unis from concierge. Both went above and beyond and were super attentive for drinks and food, as well as quick to help with towels are chair set up. The pools themselves were also very clean and refreshing which made for a great experience. For restaurants, our favourites were los abrazos and takeshi, but we did not have a bad bite at any place. Manuel at takeshi was especially great (we actually had him twice) and took the time to bring us recommendations for drinks and food outside of what we ordered. The resort also never felt crowded or cramped, it is very spacious with many options to choose from for meals. Reservations were also not hard to book with many time slots offered. Again, the service was a 10/10 at all times and every staff member would greet us and was super helpful. Overall, we had an amazing time at Atelier and are looking forward to coming back in the future!

We went to Atelier Playa Mujeres for our honeymoon and it has been fantastic! The service has been so incredible, the workers are always available and happy to help with whatever we need. Especially at the beach there is always someone available to help us find a good spot with a beautiful view of the ocean. We’ve also really enjoyed our experiences by the relaxing pool! There has never been a struggle to find comfortable spots by the pool and the service has been amazing especially from staff like Manuel at bikini azul in the restaurant and Julio at the poolside who has gone above and beyond always making sure we have drinks and snacks when needed. We would definitely love to come back and would definitely recommend to anyone considering coming to atelier playa mujeres!
