We stayed here for our babymoon, and everything was amazing from the moment we walked in. We ended up upgrading to Inspira, and it was absolutely worth it. Our butlers, Brandon and Pingting, made the whole experience so much easier and memorable. They handled all our dinner reservations and even surprised us with a rose-petal bubble bath for my wife after dinner. All of the restaurants were amazing Kopai, Cala Di Luna, Takeshi, Mercado 19, El Suspiro, Cilento, Alba, and Los Abrazos. The food at all of the restaurants was amazing and left me wanting more. I cannot emphasize how great the service was everywhere. Everyone seemed genuinely wanting to contribute to making your stay there absolutely perfect. Housekeeping was amazing. Everything seemed perfectly set every time we made it back to our room. Atelier was truly an amazing experience and hope to return in the future. Special thanks to everyone that made our stay memorable: Roman (Maria Dolores) Sommelier (Maria Dolores) Carlos Rojas (Inspria beach/El Cielo) Eduardo (Kopai) Sergio (Inspira Beach) Sergio (Tequila Master Class) Itzel (Cilento) XiaDani (Maria Dolores) Emily (Cala Di Luna) Brandon (Butler) Pingting (Butler) Miguel (Helped us with Maria Dolores reservation) Lupita (Housekeeping) Jaime (Los Abrazos) Christian (Mercado 19) Jacinto (Mercado 19)

We went to Atelier for honeymoon and booked the undying package that came with a romantic dinner on the beach. One of the resort’s representatives, Luis picked us up from our room before our dinner and walked us to our dinner location. During this time we had our own mini photoshoot. When we arrived our waiter Julio took very good care of us from start to finish. He always made sure our glasses and belly’s were always full. He also took numerous videos and pictures. They made our experience amazing. One of the most romantic nights of our lives.

First time here the resort has been amazing. Julio was absolutely outstanding at the pool at Atelier Playa Mujeres. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed. His attention to detail, friendly personality, and genuine enthusiasm made our pool days even more enjoyable. Julio was always quick with drink service, remembered our preferences, and regularly checked in to ensure we were having a great experience without ever being intrusive. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly stood out and helped make our vacation memorable. If you’re spending time at the pool, you’re in great hands with Julio

Our stay at Atelier was incredible! The property is stunning, and the staff are so incredibly friendly. We were lucky enough to stay 7 nights, so we got to try every single restaurant, and it’s hard to pick one over another because they were all so good. Our butlers Yatzy and Suyin were super helpful and made our stay very memorable. Miguel at the pool was the best server for our pool days. The activities team at the pool made everything so fun during our stay too. We could not have picked a better place to honeymoon. Highly recommend!!

I loved my visit here and I would return! Every corner of the hotel is absolutely stunning and clean! So many amazing pieces of artwork! All the staff members were so friendly, hardworking, and helpful! The food was great! The cocktails were delicious and so were the mocktails! I enjoyed every restaurant except for one (the Asian food didn’t taste bad but did not taste like your typical orange chicken, for example). I received an upgraded room through the Amex Travel program and got to enjoy a swim out suite! It was truly an amazing experience! But don’t make the same mistake I did… Use the bug spray starting on your first day there! The gym met all my workout needs! Good equipment and free weights! The spa was also an amazing experience! Make sure you show up early for the hydrotherapy experience! My massage was 10/10! The only pieces of feedback are: -I was there solo to celebrate my birthday and let the front desk know, but aside from the upgrade which was from Amex, there were no surprises throughout my stay like you see in other reviews and recap videos. -After check-in, they pair you with someone who orients you to the resort map and then will try to invite you to the membership presentation but I was able to avoid it. Unfortunately, I also avoided the lobby for the rest of my stay just in case she tried to pull me aside. -The main pool does get crowded and I noticed a lot of people with their belongings in cabanas going back-and-forth to use pool chairs as well. It was hard to find a spot near the pool, but there are plenty of spaces by the beach. The entertainment crew member tried to invite me to some of the activities, but they didn’t feel very inclusive. I laughed about the electric guitar show and other events not really being for Black guests. Also, don’t forget to bring the towels from your room! -The hallways leading to your rooms are partially outdoors, which makes it very humid. Just be careful when walking through the halls since it tended to be slippery in some spots. The staff did a really good job at always mopping though!
