Not long returned from a 9 night stay. We had a good holiday over all and the biggest reason for this was because of some of the amazing staff at the resort with some going above and beyond. I do feel like the rooms are not 5 star standard and this was probably the biggest dissapoint of our stay although we we upgraded to a swim up room. We experienced issues with the water pressure, on some evenings and early mornings we had no running water from the taps at all. There was also a noticeable damp smell in our room which worsened after the AC was turned off and on, which did take away from the overall experience. However, what made up for these issues were fantastic staff. A speaking mention to our housekeeper Cheryl who was so kind and caring. She made us feel well look aftered. The entertainment staff particularly Desmond, Kevin, Rayon, Kimmy, TT and Dejonay were fantastic and would make an effort in getting people involved. Joshua (lifeguard) , cyinthe (omlette station), fabian (dining room attendant), Tyrone & Kemar (lifeguards) were all amazing and made the holiday enjoyable. Overall, I do not feel the hotel rooms meet a 5 star standard however, the staff are truly wjat makes the hotel special and they deserve a huge amount of credit! You are a credit to the hotel!!!

It was a goos experience, thw hotel ia very great pools and spectacular sea views. Staff were all friendly. always smelling and very approachable. I had two spa sessions which was amazing- thanks Michelle you donw a fantastic job trying to solve my neck ache, thw hot stone message was really good. The entertainment was really very good each night the guys put on a different show which is so good. Just want to say TT is one of the best entertainer I've met - she goes above and beyond so the wuest can have a good time. Unfortunately there a few improvement that would made this experience much more enjoyable, the room service is very poor had to wait a long time for food, so my advice is to order before you get hungry, quality of food needs to be reviewed. Overall I had a great time. Thanks to all the staff at Azure that contributed to make my holiday enjoyable.

This hotel was hit and miss to be honest. Food wasn’t great. Rooms were clean. Beach was beautiful though. Some staff was good, some kind of rude. One standout was Kimona from entertainment team was amazing! She was always so bubbly and sweet, and very helpful. She made us feel very welcome and was so nice to our entire group. You need more people like her working here!

Had a lovely week at Azul. Negril is exceptionally beautiful. Crystal Blue Beach well maintained, safe and clean. Most of the stuff are welcoming, and always smiley. The food is good but could be better. Rooms are clean and tidy. TT from the entertainment team are super friendly and sweet. I will definitely come back soon

My husband and I had such a wonderful time at the Sip & Paint experience with Marvin Entertainment! 🎨🍷 Our concierge, Marvin and Kimona were absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. This was our first time doing a Sip & Paint, and we truly enjoyed every moment of it. The best part for me was watching my husband’s face light up as he painted. ❤️ It was such a fun and memorable experience for both of us. We laughed, relaxed, and created something special together. Thank you, Marvin Entertainment, Marin, and Kimona, for making our first Sip & Paint and other entertainment experience so enjoyable and unforgettable!!!! Non We would definitely come back to the hotel do it again! 🎨✨
