Nice hotel with good entertainment overall. The entertainment team had so much energy and really made the week fun. However, the music could have been better as I came to Jamaica hoping to experience more of the local culture. The rooms were not very clean on arrival, as there was hair left in the shower, which wasn’t ideal. That said, all the staff were very lovely and welcoming. We came for a birthday trip and the birthday girl was very pleased with the experience. 🎉

We had a wonderful experience at this resort, and what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. The beach was cleaned daily by the lifeguards, and they took great care to make sure all guests were comfortable. They made an effort to speak with everyone and ensure that people’s needs were met. Ryan and Rush (Rash) were especially attentive and helpful throughout our stay. During our trip, our child needed medical assistance, and the nurse on site, T. Bingham, was absolutely amazing. He showed genuine care and concern for our child. He arranged for a doctor to come to the resort, kept us fully informed about the appointment, and even ensured that the antibiotics were delivered. His professionalism and compassion meant so much to us. When you are traveling in another country, knowing that someone will truly take care of you when you are sick brings incredible peace of mind. Because of staff like Ryan, Rash, and T. Bingham, we would recommend this resort 100%. Thank you for making our stay safe, comfortable, and memorable.

Loved the pool side bars. Staff was very friendly, Camille was always so friendly and made us great drinks. Marvin was great to work with as well. Very friendly and always willing to help us when we had questions. Khrysanne, such a beautiful soul was also amazing and always responded to us in a timely matter when we had questions. Only improvement I would say is housekeeping could do better and replacing washcloths when they are low and beach towels are almost always out when you are looking for one. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Azul.

The hotel did not live up to my expectations. The bartender, Damaine, had excellent customer service and was very accommodating and pleasant. Shemar, the bell hop was excellent and made the 1st good experience at the hotel. Jada and Tio from entertainment also tried and made a valiant effort in keeping us entertained on one of the days. A part from these persons I would definitely not recommend spending your money and coming to Azul .

We had a very enjoyable stay at Azul Beach Resort Negril and would definitely consider returning. The highlight of the resort is the beach. It is one of the best beaches we’ve ever stayed at, with soft white sand, beautiful clear water, and plenty of space to relax. The beach alone makes this resort worth visiting. The food overall was good, with the Caribbean restaurant being a standout and one of our favorite dining experiences during the trip. The flavors, quality, and atmosphere were excellent. However, we found the Asian and Italian restaurants to be below average compared to the other dining options at the resort and felt they could use some improvement. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, helping create a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. Overall, between the incredible beach, good service, and enjoyable atmosphere, we had a great trip and would happily stay at Azul Beach Resort Negril again.
