Original room was 4/5 due to a leak but we got moved promptly to a suite and this was 5/5. I would make a small suggestion about having snacks in the room like chips/ crisps. Also with all the drinking that is done by the bar peanuts and chips would’ve been a nice touch. The experience here was top tier had a great time and the staff were so accommodating across the board. The bar staff were amazing along with the water sports team. Rajay, Tahjay, Sanjay, Christopher, javaine, Shane and last but not least Bryan. Ariel, Andrew x2, Roger, Zeus, Dave, captain Catamaran. Sorry if I forgot anyone but THANK YOU. Shantae & Amazing Grace will surely be back!! I cannot complain about the food because it was amazing and there was an option for all diets. I will complain about the size of my belly which has definitely grown, due to the food which was spectacular!! Even though this is a couples hotel, as a couple of people we felt most welcomed!! Keep up the great work all of you your attention to visitors is noted!!

There's not even enough room on this platform for me to tell you how amazing this place is. From the amazing food to the beautiful sunrise. The excursions are unbeatable... I did my first real ocean dives with the scuba team there and they're amazing! Pretty sure I made some life long friends! Service was top tier... All the way from the airport to the hotel and back. The only negative things that I have to say it all is that the air conditioner in the room didn't ever really cool the room off. But even with that being said it was unseasonably hot. The pool was a lil bit warm... But I am definitely going back in a few months. You should definitely book with them. You'll love it

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Amazing Experience at Couples Tower Isle! We had an absolutely amazing time at Couples Tower Isle! Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay. Five days simply wasn’t enough! Although the resort is a little older, that’s part of its charm. It has a quaint, nostalgic feel that makes it unique, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. The stunning ocean views are breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere is perfect for a romantic getaway. The highlight of our experience, beyond the beautiful scenery, was the STAFF! The hospitality, friendliness, and attentiveness truly made our stay special. You can tell that the people here play a huge role in creating such a wonderful experience for guests. There are so many included amenities and activities to enjoy, and the food was absolutely amazing! From the restaurants to room service, everything added to an experience that exceeded our expectations. There was always something to enjoy, yet the resort still offered that relaxing, intimate atmosphere we were looking for. We genuinely cannot say enough good things about our stay. Couples Tower Isle delivered an unforgettable experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic couples getaway in Jamaica. Do yourself a favor and book more than five days! We left wishing we could stay longer, and we would absolutely return. ❤️🇯🇲

I'm not one to write reviews but seriously Couples Tower Isle exceeded my expectations. My vacation at CTI was incredibly relaxing, there was so much to do at the resort that is included with your stay, or you can kick back and relax if you want as well! The views are incredible, the beach and the property is very clean and well kept. The food and drinks were amazing! Lots of dining options from the buffet to the pool grill or reservations to one of the restaurants on the resort as well, all very delicious with great options. The minibar was a great touch as well! My favorite place to go was the coffee shop where they had wonderful cafe lattes, frappes & even matcha. Lastly, the part that blew me away the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone, from the front desk, restaurants, housekeeping, watersports, and entertainment had the most positive, upbeat, and welcoming attitude I've ever experienced. I am so happy that I chose to stay at Couples Tower Isle for my vacation, and I hope to come back soon for another visit. Thank you so much for having me here, it was a pleasure. And seriously if you are considering Couples Tower Isle, DO IT you will not regret it!!

My husband and I stayed at this resort for his birthday weekend, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, which really added to the overall experience. The rooms are a little dated, but they were clean and well-maintained, and honestly, the cleanliness more than made up for the outdated decor. The food was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The breakfast and lunch buffets in particular were top-tier, with a great variety of options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The resort also has a small beach area, which I absolutely loved. I spent most of my days soaking up the sun, relaxing by the water, and sipping on freshly cut coconut water. It was exactly the kind of relaxation I needed! There were a few small hiccups during our stay, including an issue with the AC. However, what stood out to me was how the team handled the situation. They responded to the issue and took care of it, so it certainly wasn't something that would warrant a bad review in my opinion. No resort experience is perfect, but how a property responds when something goes wrong says a lot about its team. Overall, this was by far one of the best all-inclusive experiences I've had. The combination of great service, delicious food, a relaxing beach, and a welcoming team made our birthday weekend truly enjoyable. They've definitely gained a repeat client! I would happily return.
