My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Couples Sans Souci in Ocho Rios. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The environment was clean, relaxing, and pleasant, making it the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. My wife thoroughly enjoyed spending her birthday there, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and beautiful atmosphere. Couples Sans Souci provided us with unforgettable memories, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Jamaica.

Couples San Souci has it all! And to be honest, I would disregard any comments about lack of service. I pre registered as the resort requested and let them know it was my partner’s and my anniversary and we had a lovely note and bottle of champagne in the room upon arrival. Our room was spotless and Jacquline, our housekeeper, kept it that way our whole stay. Turndown service at night was a nice touch and welcome after we came back every evening exhausted from enjoying the superb entertainment the resort put on nightly. Jamaican night was an experience we will not forget. Shanae was amazing and engaged everyone! She was actually the reason we went to all the entertainment nights. Her fun energy made us want to check everything out! All bars and restaurants provided quick service with a smile. The pools were clean and rarely packed. It was always easy to find a spot on the beach or by a pool. The vibe of this resort is total relaxation in a fun and flirty atmosphere surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna. We had no issues with the daily mini fridge restock and were able to get all items requested through the site provided by scanning the QR code on the screen. We did the snorkeling excursion which was part of the activities included in the price of the resort. It was really cool to snorkel a shipwreck and the coral reef. We swam in the ocean, the main pool and the mineral pool. The mineral grotto is an experience in and of itself. The water was so cold and welcome after sunning ourselves by the mineral pool. We did it all for food from room service to beach bar to reservations and all the food was incredible. Did we like some more than others, yes. But I would be lying if I said that I had a bad meal at any time. I did get a deep tissue massage from a therapist also named Jacqueline. She was pleasant, professional and gave me one of the best massages I have ever had in my life. The property is stunning and while there is a lot of stairs, it is not unmanageable. Overall, this resort is beautiful, the staff are all friendly, the food/drinks are fanstastic, and the vibe is relaxing.

Simply gorgeous, we had a penthouse with the ocean view. Lots of stairs. Food was great. Drinks great. The staff was very nice. Only thing that was bothering. The palazzo….. restaurant takes entirely too long to get your dinner. Even with a couple of tables full.

Stayed a week at San Souci & what an incredible hotel. Unreal jungle like grounds, food was great & staff were the absolute best I’ve encountered at a resort. You wouldn’t even need to completely finish your drink before being asked if you wanted another. Loved the resort grounds & everything is so well maintained and spaced out. The complimentary diving and water activities were perfect Great location for excursions to dunns river & blue hole. Me & my fiancée are in our late 20s so weren’t sure if we booked the right place before going but there’s a great mix of people & the entertainment was pretty good.
