We had a wonderful dining experience at Sumptuori during our stay at the Grand Palladium Jamaica. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the service made the evening even more special. A special thank you to our waitress, Frayia Kerr, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our dinner. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel very welcome. Service like hers makes a big difference in the overall experience, and we are very grateful for the care she gave to our group. Thank you, Frayia, for making our night at Sumptuori so memorable!

From the moment we were seated, her positive attitude and professionalism stood out and set the tone for the entire meal. The waitress greeted us with a warm smile and spoke politely, making us feel welcome right away. She took the time to explain the menu and gave helpful recommendations, especially for anyone who was unsure what to order. Her knowledge of the dishes showed that she cared about her job and wanted customers to enjoy their meals. She also made sure to check if we had any questions before taking our order. Throughout the meal, the waitress consistently checked on us without being disruptive. She refilled drinks on time, cleared empty plates, and made sure everything tasted good. When a small issue came up, she handled it quickly and calmly, showing responsibility and attention to detail. This hotel is amazing...the location, food...OMG the food. And the people/staff are top notch. Everyone cares about you having good time/experience. Even the grounds staff. They all try to make it a friendly family environment. They look after your children and go out of their way to make your experience top quality. Especially my man Jeffrey Campbell...he makes the best margaritas and is full great advice and conversation. A perfect ambassador for the Grand Palladium brand.

Resort was great ! Very big. The beach is wonderful. It would be nice if there were more excursions on the resort where you don’t have to leave the resort. The fridges in the room are not cold at all and need to be colder. The shuttles were a very nice additional, however, they could have been more frequent. I enjoyed my overall stay and will be back when the adults only side is fully completed.

I had the most beautiful birthday experience at this Jamaican restaurant, and it was all thanks to our amazing waitress, Shash. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, kind, and full of genuine Caribbean warmth. She truly hooked me up for my birthday and made me feel celebrated in such a special way. The entire staff came together and sang Happy Birthday to me, and it felt authentic, joyful, and full of culture. It wasn’t just a song… it was a vibe. The food was absolutely delicious. Real traditional Jamaican food, flavors, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with love. Every bite felt like culture on a plate. Thank you, Shash, and thank you to all the servers for making my birthday so memorable. You made it special, and I’ll definitely be back.
