We had an incredible experience at the Grand Palladium buffet restaurant thanks to our server, Amanda. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, checking in at the perfect moments and making sure we always had everything we needed. Amanda’s professionalism, kindness, and upbeat energy really stood out. She remembered our preferences, offered great suggestions, and made the whole meal feel special. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly elevated our dining experience. If you’re visiting the buffet, definitely hope you get Amanda — she’s exceptional!

Just wrapped up our Friday night dinner, and we absolutely ate our belly full at Portofino. Big up to chef Joseph for bringing the amazing flavours in our meals! Appreciate both you and Rayan going above and beyond to make sure my wife and my meals were over the top. Thank you!! Our Thursday night we had a great meal and experience tonight at Sumptori with chef Jason! He did a great job accommodating everyone's dietary restrictions and was extremely entertaining. HAD A BRILLANT STAY We were a family of 5 and had 2 different suites. The service we had was great. Food we had at the various restaurants was lovely. Special mention to Rochelle who was a server at a few of the places we had a meal she went out of her way to ensure we had a good experience. Also massive thanks to Eunice and Daneil in Mo' bay restaurant who were always friendly and helpful. The housekeeping who I didn't even see kept our room clean everyday and the staff would stock up our fridge everyday. The whole experience was great and I would happily stay at this resort again. Almost forgot to mention Andre a Gardner who would say Hi and check on us making sure we were enjoying our stay.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Xayamaica. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the service truly made our visit unforgettable. Our host, Damien, was an absolute gem—genuine, kind, and exceptionally attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and guided us with fantastic recommendations throughout our visit. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing dinner at La Adelita. The server Thriston was so professional, hard working and kind. The overall stay was great with amazing staff - everyone at The Grand Palladium. The food here is better than any other resorts I’ve been to. I would definitely come back here.
