Amazing hotel. Still see some damage that occurred from storm Melissa. Everyone was so friendly, polite and helpful. The 2 a la Cart restaurants that we visited were really good. The choice of food was exceptionally. One was Portafina, an Italian restaurant and Eldorado was a steak restaurant. The servers were friendly, polite and always checking to make sure we were okay. The other restaurants had a good selection of food so there was always something to eat. Again, the servers were polite, helpful, friendly and always made sure you had coffees ☕️ and water. The location was an hour away minimum from most places to visit which was a great shame as people didn't want to do the excursions as it meant being in reception for 6 am and getting back between 7.30 - 8.30 pm. The pool was amazing and a pleasant way to cool down. Well worth the visit.

Resort was great ! Very big. The beach is wonderful. It would be nice if there were more excursions on the resort where you don’t have to leave the resort. The fridges in the room are not cold at all and need to be colder. The shuttles were a very nice additional, however, they could have been more frequent. I enjoyed my overall stay and will be back when the adults only side is fully completed.

One of the best vacation experiences we had! Such a beautiful place, and the resort we stayed at was lovely. We chose this resort because it was a little more secluded and a lot less people then other resorts and they definitely delivered! The people here are incredibly nice and hospitality literally everyone we ran into was just so upbeat and happy. The service was incredible, from our server renesha Williams, to our concierge Ronae. Ronae made sure we were taking care of every step of the way from giving us rides where we needed to go, to giving us information about how we can make the most of our time. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to Jamaica!!!

I had the most beautiful birthday experience at this Jamaican restaurant, and it was all thanks to our amazing waitress, Shash. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, kind, and full of genuine Caribbean warmth. She truly hooked me up for my birthday and made me feel celebrated in such a special way. The entire staff came together and sang Happy Birthday to me, and it felt authentic, joyful, and full of culture. It wasn’t just a song… it was a vibe. The food was absolutely delicious. Real traditional Jamaican food, flavors, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with love. Every bite felt like culture on a plate. Thank you, Shash, and thank you to all the servers for making my birthday so memorable. You made it special, and I’ll definitely be back.

The restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious. Eunice always has a smile as she makes the kiddos crepes. Malcom was so fun and kind. All the servers were great. I highly recommend this resort. Been to Jamaica 5 times and this is my favourite resort by far.
