We had a wonderful dining experience at Sumptuori during our stay at the Grand Palladium Jamaica. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the service made the evening even more special. A special thank you to our waitress, Frayia Kerr, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our dinner. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel very welcome. Service like hers makes a big difference in the overall experience, and we are very grateful for the care she gave to our group. Thank you, Frayia, for making our night at Sumptuori so memorable!

The waitress greeted us with a warm smile and spoke politely, making us feel welcome right away. She took the time to explain the menu and gave helpful recommendations, especially for anyone who was unsure what to order. Her knowledge of the dishes showed that she cared about her job and wanted customers to enjoy their meals. She also made sure to check if we had any questions before taking our order. Throughout the meal, the waitress consistently checked on us without being disruptive. She refilled drinks on time, cleared empty plates, and made sure everything tasted good. When a small issue came up, she handled it quickly and calmly, showing responsibility and attention to detail. This hotel is amazing...the location, food...OMG the food. And the people/staff are top notch. Everyone cares about you having good time/experience. Even the grounds staff. They all try to make it a friendly family environment. They look after your children and go out of their way to make your experience top quality. I had the most beautiful birthday experience at this Jamaican restaurant, and it was all thanks to our amazing waitress, Shash. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, kind, and full of genuine Caribbean warmth. She truly hooked me up for my birthday and made me feel celebrated in such a special way. The entire staff came together and sang Happy Birthday to me, and it felt authentic, joyful, and full of culture. It wasn’t just a song… it was a vibe. The food was absolutely delicious. Real traditional Jamaican food, flavors, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with love. Every bite felt like culture on a plate. The restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious. Eunice always has a smile as she makes the kiddos crepes. Malcom was so fun and kind. All the servers were great. I highly recommend this resort. Been to Jamaica 5 times and this is my favourite resort by far.
