We had a wonderful dining experience at the Xaymaica Restaurant at Grand Palladium Jamaica! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was delicious with great authentic Jamaican flavors. It was the perfect place to celebrate during our birthday trip. A huge shoutout to our server, Keneil, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made our evening even more enjoyable. The only small areas for improvement would be that the restaurant was a bit warm inside, and the fruit cake wasn’t quite what we expected. We were hoping for a traditional Jamaican fruit cake, but it didn’t have that authentic taste. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we’d definitely recommend Xaymaica to anyone visiting Grand Palladium Jamaica. Thank you again, Keneil, for your outstanding service!

My wife and I stayed in a Signature Level bungalow for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, and the Signature Level pool, beach, and bar were absolutely worth it. The live entertainment was 🔥🔥 shoutout POP. The food honestly exceeded our expectations. Every meal was great, but our favorites were Portofino and Bhogali. The jerk chicken was the best I’ve ever had, and somehow every chicken dish we tried was incredibly juicy and flavorful. One of the chefs even surprised us with fresh jerk chicken wraps one afternoon, and they ended up being one of our favorite things we ate all week. We did have one issue with our air conditioning one night, but the staff responded quickly and got it resolved. After that, we had no further problems. Overall, we were blown away by the hospitality, food, and overall experience. We had an incredible honeymoon and would definitely come back.

We ate at the Xyjamaica Restaurant and it was nothing short of amazing. Our server Jerome was the best and I cant say enough good thongs about him!! He was so attentive and thoughtful (sung and brought cake for our baby boy's birthday). He kept our glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed and more. By far some of the best service we received while at the resort!! 10/10

Room number 3510 where we stayed had so many cockroaches. From the bathroom to the refrigerator had roaches. Some even were in my friend hand bag. Good morning: I don’t understand why you are not addressing the the cockroach infestation room that caused so much uneasiness. We are paying customers and we expect to get our money worth which did not happen in this case. I don’t think I will recommend this place my review was strictly for the restaurant. With regards to the dining experience, it was great the food was good. Our server Ramona was superb. This lady paid attention to details. In all a great worker. Very thoughtful.

Very hospitable from the first point of contact with the hostess right down to Chef Brown’s entertaining show. The Chef took the time to introduce himself and make quick connections with the guests around the table. We experienced an amazing fire show towards the end of our dining. The adults and children within the group were thoroughly impressed and engaged. I would recommend this experience to any food lover with a sense of adventure.
