I enjoyed my stay immensely. Unfortunately, I had to go back to the front desk 3 times after check-in because my key would not unlock my room door. After almost two hours of the back and forth, I asked them to change my room which they willingly did. My view was breathtaking with overlooking the ocean and the tropical island in the background.The service overall at Moon Palace is excellent. All staff smiled and offered assistance without me asking. The entire staff at the Sushi Bar were attentive and pleasant. Luiso, Line Cook A Kitchen and Rohan, Line Cook C Kitchen are excellent at what they do. Thank you both for turning around my dining experience at the buffet. There's a coffee bar open 24 hours with an assortment of coffees and treats. The highlight of my stay was visiting the O Spa for a treatment. Top tier service at the spa. Definitely world- class by far. I look forward to visiting again soon as I'm planning a ladies spa getaway sometime in June.

This was my first vacation ever and overall I enjoyed every bit of it! The staff was super nice overly nice they treated me like royalty I wish I can thank them all on here ( thank You Montgomery you made my last night special & thank you Andrew the bar tender for making me a special mango drink, thank you Kemarolo Belonoe for making my rare drink and washing your hands after every drink making!!) overall this is the place you want to come when you want a great relaxing vacation.!! Good food they changed the menu every day, I love how the staff made sure we had everything we needed and more. I had such a ball I haven’t even turned the tv on at all. Don’t get me started on the room and the view I was truly lucky to see such a beautiful view! The bed is sooooo comfortable I had the best sleep of my life. I will be back moon palace Jamaica!!

Overall my party and I had a good time.. The day after checkin was a little disappointing but the rest of the staff made up for it afterwards. Let me start by saying Trudy, Subrina, and Lawrence (who work for the palace members section of the resort) was extraordinary. They are great at their job and I wouldn't expect anything less. But Subrina and Lawrence's supervisor was very nasty and disrespectful for no reason. I promised Trudy 90 minutes of my time to take a tour of the members section of the resort. Subrina and Lawrence did a great job with explaining everything and the financial benefit. After one hour and forty five minutes, i decided not to move forward. They continue to try and persuade me. Because they were nice I stayed and entertained them. Two hours went by, my partner decided to leave because he wanted to start enjoying his vacation. They begged me to bring him back and I told them he wasn't coming back. The supervisor came over very nasty and preceded to tell me that my partner needed to comeback and sign something. He was so rude, I got up and went to find my party, so I could start enjoying my vacation. I was so disappointed with how he treated me. Again, to be clear Trudy, Subrina, and Lawrence were great. I didn't have any other issues after that experience. I can't remember everyones name that were extraordinary to us but I will try.. Kamena (Pier 8), Tameka (server on the beach), Tanika (server at Jerk hut), Chef Eli (Momo), Clayton, Shane, Miguel, Rashaun, and Andre (bartender/servers. These individuals made our trip the best. The kindness was something that you can't fake... I appreciate all that the majority of the staff did for my family and I. I will never forget this! Thanks Moon Palace!

I was truly amazed and impressed by the amount of exceptional service rendered in first of all, Pier 8 . We attended this restaurant on two different occasions and Dana served us the first time and we were blown away by her bright and cheerful attitude while serving us in the most profound manner. The next day we came back and were disappointed to find out that she was unfortunately not working that day. We were however served by Kadijah who was exceptional and extremely welcoming with her positive energy and delightful smile. The food on both occasions was superb! Truly a culinary delight. On another occasion we decided to pick up a snack from the snack bar near the event hall. Dadrie was so helpful and attentive even though there was so many people she was required to render optimum service to. Out of the various restaurants we decided to visit, hands down, Pier 8 is exceptional beyond measure. In service, food quality, food taste and the ambience is truly endearing. The hotel is definitely a jewel in Jamaica and I would without one iota of hesitation make this my return destination to this colorful island.

Hotel was immaculate as were the rooms. Water pressure in the shower on the 14th floor wasn't that great (which may or may not have been hurricane damage related), but the A/C worked phenomenally well. I didn't like that when I booked the room, it wasn't clear that you had to pay more to be guaranteed a King Size bed (so beware that). The food at the restaurants was delicious and the staff there were super pleasant and accommodating. Regarding the excursions... depending on what you're interested in, I highly recommend you hire OUT of the resort. I strongly recommend Omar Tours Jamaica (you can find them on TripAdvisor and Viator). Had I not been past the cancellation period with the hotel excursions I booked, I would have cancelled with the hotel and gone with Omar Tours Jamaica for our entire stay there. (Yes, they were that good of a tour.)
