Stayed for 2 nights and would not return. The first day after checking in and at the Bucaneers buffet a roach was running around on the counter where the food is being served at the pasta station. The manager once it was brought to his attention just used his hand to hit it off to the floor and went on like normal business. I did report it to the PR office as well. The staff was very friendly I must say shout out to Raynor, Nicky, the lady that checked me in and all the bellmen. Rooms are not the best but not the worst. For the price I expected away better. The Saturday night was unbearable to sleep music from either a club close by or the party boat went on until early morning. It was so loud in the room. Food from the room service was the best. The steakhouse food was cold and bland. This resort is a big no for me, not at the rate being charged.

I enjoyed my vacation with my family of 11 for 5 days 4 nights. 5 adults and 6 children. The food was good, we enjoyed the jerk Hut and the sundeck pizza was fresh and amazing. Icecream and cake everyday 🤤. I do have some suggestions, the culture show should be at the family pool since their is a stage over there and more adults would pay attention to it while the kids play in the pool. I do understand it may be nosy but it would help the children learn about the Jamaican culture. We talked to the activity team about foam parties and other themes and fun activities as a group. The white and neon party should be for the whole resort not just the club. I want to say Thank you to the staff because they were awesome and deserve recognition. Nicole at the front desk, OBrain was a sweetheart for breakfast, Ms.Lorraine was the best she waited on us the whole trip until her day off. Kevin in the Piano bar, Andre by the snackbar and pool. Their hardwork did not go unnoticed. We will be coming back, I just hope fun activities will be more on the weekend then during the week. Michael Jackson was a great show wish it was Friday or Saturday. The magic show could been on a Wednesday.

Absolutely fantastic resort. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The food was great across the board, and there was more than enough variety to keep things interesting throughout the stay. The amenities were excellent. Between the 5 pools, 5 bars, and 5 restaurants, there was always something to do or somewhere new to try. The surfing wave pool was an unexpected highlight and ended up being one of my favorite parts of the resort. The nightclub was nothing spectacular, but it was still fun and kept me entertained in the evenings. The real stars of the show were the beaches. The white sand and crystal-clear water looked like something out of a postcard. Waking up to that view every morning from the hotel room was pretty incredible. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica.

**Watch out first thing when you enter the resort your welcomed with a pushy time share scheme** First, I want to say that the staff members themselves were friendly and did their best to help. The real problem is the management. Almost every issue we experienced came down to poor management, lack of communication, and poor organization. We checked in and immediately noticed our room smelled like cigarette smoke and chemical fumes. We were told the room would be changed and to watch for an email within a few hours. Three hours later, we still hadn’t received anything, so we walked back to the front desk only to be told the room change request had never even been submitted. To make matters worse, the on-duty supervisor was on lunch, so we were told we’d have to wait even longer. Eventually, another employee helped us find a different room—but only if we paid an additional $450. With a newborn and a toddler, we felt we had no choice but to pay so we could finally get settled. The rooms are also much smaller than expected. If you’re traveling as a family of four, good luck. The beds advertised as doubles are actually full-size beds, making it very cramped for two adults and two children. The food was another major disappointment. At breakfast, the buffet repeatedly ran out of basic items. There were no plates available, no cereal for my son, and we waited about 15 minutes for it to be restocked. They also ran out of bread, bacon, regular eggs, and sausage. For a resort that advertises luxury, this was unacceptable. The lobby bar advertises top-shelf liquor, but many of the bottles appeared to be reused and filled with different alcohol. At the pool bar, the mojitos were great until a bartender came on shift and started making them with tequila instead of rum. When I asked about it, even the waitress told me not to order mojitos when that bartender was working. The Gondola restaurant had decent food, but the ceiling was leaking. Instead of fixing it, they simply placed towels on the floor and told guests to walk around them. The snack bar was average—burgers, hot dogs, and chips—but nothing memorable. We were excited to watch the World Cup in the entertainment area, but the screens and sound system stopped working during the event, which completely ruined the experience. If you’re expecting a quality steakhouse, lower your expectations. I’ve honestly had better steaks at Applebee’s. The so-called resort credits are misleading because they can barely be used for anything worthwhile. Also, don’t waste your vacation attending the timeshare presentation—they push it hard, and it’s simply not worth your time. The lobby has so much potential, but it feels lifeless. There are speakers everywhere, yet they rarely play music. It lacks the fun, upbeat atmosphere you’d expect from a resort. Our room’s air conditioning constantly shut off because the system kept saying the balcony door was open, even though it was completely closed. It made sleeping uncomfortable and was never properly resolved. I’ve stayed at other Moon Palace resorts and had great experiences, which makes this one even more disappointing. The staff deserves credit because they genuinely tried to help, but the poor management lets them down at every turn. Save your money and stay somewhere else. There are far better resorts in Jamaica. This resort is advertised as a five-star hotel, but based on our experience, it’s nowhere close. If I could give it negative five stars, I would. Since we were here during the World Cup, I’ll put it this way—this hotel deserves a straight red card. Between the poor management, constant maintenance issues, misleading resort credits, tiny rooms, undersized beds for families, and overall lack of organization, this resort simply doesn’t live up to the Moon

Overall my party and I had a good time.. The day after checkin was a little disappointing but the rest of the staff made up for it afterwards. Let me start by saying Trudy, Subrina, and Lawrence (who work for the palace members section of the resort) was extraordinary. They are great at their job and I wouldn't expect anything less. But Subrina and Lawrence's supervisor was very nasty and disrespectful for no reason. I promised Trudy 90 minutes of my time to take a tour of the members section of the resort. Subrina and Lawrence did a great job with explaining everything and the financial benefit. After one hour and forty five minutes, i decided not to move forward. They continue to try and persuade me. Because they were nice I stayed and entertained them. Two hours went by, my partner decided to leave because he wanted to start enjoying his vacation. They begged me to bring him back and I told them he wasn't coming back. The supervisor came over very nasty and preceded to tell me that my partner needed to comeback and sign something. He was so rude, I got up and went to find my party, so I could start enjoying my vacation. I was so disappointed with how he treated me. Again, to be clear Trudy, Subrina, and Lawrence were great. I didn't have any other issues after that experience. I can't remember everyones name that were extraordinary to us but I will try.. Kamena (Pier 8), Tameka (server on the beach), Tanika (server at Jerk hut), Chef Eli (Momo), Clayton, Shane, Miguel, Rashaun, and Andre (bartender/servers. These individuals made our trip the best. The kindness was something that you can't fake... I appreciate all that the majority of the staff did for my family and I. I will never forget this! Thanks Moon Palace!
