All-Inclusive

If you choose to go all-inclusive at Bali Mandira Beach Resort and Spa, the package generally consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times).

This is our 2nd time at the Bali Mandira beach resort. What a lovely hotel with even lovelier staff. They couldn't do more for you. The food at the Azul restaurant was wonderful. Have looked at going to the best rated restaurants in seminyak for a steak but you couldn't beat the one my husband had at the Azul. Legian could be nicer but it doesn't take long to make your way to better shops and the taxis are so cheap. It's a good base for going off on trips and most of trips include hotel pick up. Particular mention to Jessica who was great at sorting anything out that we needed. Getting a spa treatment before I go as the one I had 2 years ago was the best I've ever had.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff were exceptional and rooms very clean and resort well cared for. Amazing breakfast daily, even the squirrels enjoyed breakfast with us 😂 Whilst we were there I got very sick and my husband went to breakfast without me. The staff noticed I wasn’t there and enquired after me. When they found out I was unwell they sent a nurse to check on me. Also sent some plain bread and bananas to help get me eating again. They also wrote a note saying they wished me a speedy recovery. That service was outstanding and muchly appreciated. It was also our wedding anniversary and they made us a video which was on our TV wishing us a happy anniversary and also wrote it on our bed in rose petals. Only down side was the bed wasn’t overly comfortable and there was a lot of noise from construction next door. But apart from that it was a wonderful experience

My husband and I had our first child free holiday in 15 years and are so grateful we stayed at Bali Mandira. The resort is stunning and we felt so welcomed the minute we stepped out of our transfer. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff members. Front desk were so helpful with everything. The Celagi restaurant was sensational for breakfast and lunch. Great coffees and the fresh made omelettes have spoilt me! The pools were both amazing as were the seating areas where we relaxed each day after walking around in the mornings. The room was very comfortable and the rain shower was devine. Lovely view of the beach from the top pool. Easy location to get to things. We will miss this place and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend 🌴☀️💙

We used the beach club facilities only. Pro: decent location, close to our hotel, nice pool and facilities. Grounds are well maintained. Con: service is hit or miss. Some staff are attentive and do a good job. Others not so much and just hang around rather than being proactive. Pricing was very high and some conflicting information about the costs. We paid the equivalent of AUD$70 to access the facilities (with a AUD$30 credit for drinks and food). When the bill came, one our party had to go through the bill in detail as they were incorrect charges. Felt like we were being played a bit to extract more money. Food was poor. Small portions, basic and not very edible. Would I go back? No. Better choice nearby for far less money. Given the low season and relatively low tourist numbers, some facilités are offering no cost access as long as you spend a minimum of AUD40 per person.

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Jfree helped me plan everything from Melbourne — I truly couldn’t have done it without him. His organisation and attention to detail made the celebration absolutely perfect. Padmi from the outdoor bar was magnificent — her customer service was outstanding, and she made us feel so welcome every day. All the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. The live entertainment hosted by Jfree was incredible and added so much fun to our nights. Overall, a fantastic resort with amazing people who really care about their guests. Highly recommend!
