To begin with, we were welcomed very warmly. The reception staff were very kind, polite, always smiling, and ready to help no matter what the hour. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was very clean, too. Housekeeping also comprised a polite team that was very prompt and attentive. Free breakfast was included during our stay and it was delicious! The hotel has a nice pool and free Wi-Fi, too. Ao Yon Beach is easily accessible from the resort, and there are umpteen number of restaurants, eateries, and a 7-Eleven available nearby. It is the perfect destination for couples and families because it’s on the quiet, secluded side of Phuket, making the whole stay very relaxing. We hope to visit again some day soon!

I expected more 'resort' and less 'hotel', however it was nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable enough, they provide beach towels without needing tokens or deposits. there are a couple of restaurants nearby and a 7eleven just down the street. the location is great if you want to just stay in the hotel but there isnt much around. the beach is lovely and there is direct access from the hotel, its a great swimming beach. the restaurant has sunbeds but you have to rent them so the lounges by the pool are a much better option (especially for happy hour!)

I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful sea view. It is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The only downside is that the breakfast selection is quite limited. Also, the hotel is a bit far from shops and halal restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a quiet place to unwind.

I would like to give a special mention to Bew, who took care of the housekeeping during our stay at Bandara. She is absolutely amazing! The villa is always spotlessly clean, perfectly organized and beautifully maintained. Every detail is taken care of with great attention, and you can immediately see how serious and professional she is in her work. Beyond the excellent cleaning, Bew is also very kind, respectful, friendly and always smiling. She truly does everything she can to make sure the villa is comfortable and immaculate for our family. Her professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail are outstanding. We are extremely happy with her service and she deserves 5 stars and a very special recognition from the hotel management. Thank you so much, Bew, for taking such great care of our villa and making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is our fourth night here and I so like this place. It’s rainy season but this hotel feels like best place to stay in. Between rainfalls can fast go to the beach just in 2 minutes from your room. Good breakfast every morning, wide range of food. Rooms are clean and nice. You also have two brand orange umbrellas and beach bag with towels. Hotel has schedule of activities, bookshelf and rooftop pool with bar and amazing view. Also fast access from the room. Nearby have plenty of massage salons, 7/11, fruit vendors and local cafes and banana roti places.
