We had an amazing experience on the Banyan Tree Saffron Dinner Cruise! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Jack, who was incredibly kind and attentive. He took wonderful photos of us and even surprised us with a cake to celebrate our special occasion. His thoughtful hospitality made our evening even more memorable. Everything, from the food to the service, exceeded our expectations. It was a truly special experience for my parents and me. Highly recommended! Thank you, Jack and the entire Saffron team!

My favourite hotel in the whole world. Everything to the smallest detail is just perfect here. I dream of this place every damn day 🥹💕 This is one of those hotels where everything comes together perfectly: the location, the incredible views, the beautiful rooms, the facilities, the food, and above all, the outstanding level of service. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we met was genuinely warm, friendly, professional and attentive, while still making us feel completely relaxed and welcome. The hospitality was exactly what you would expect from a world-class five-star hotel. Our room was spacious, elegant, extremely comfortable and beautifully maintained, with fantastic city views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after a busy day exploring Bangkok, it was wonderful to come back to such a peaceful and luxurious space. The hotel itself is stunning. It feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of Bangkok, despite being in such a central location. The swimming pool is a great place to relax, while the gym and the Banyan Tree Spa add another level of comfort and wellness to the experience. The massage and facial i got were otherworldly 😍 i still tell everyone it was the best spa experience of my life.. The dining options are also fantastic. Breakfast had an excellent selection and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. There are plenty of choices for dining throughout the hotel, the Saffron restaurant and the Apsara cruise ship!!!!! OMG 🤩🤩 And of course, the rooftop experience is simply unforgettable. The views from the upper floors are breathtaking, especially around sunset and in the evening when Bangkok lights up. Having a drink while looking over the entire city is an experience in itself. The location in Sathorn is also excellent — convenient for exploring Bangkok while offering a calm and luxurious escape from the energy of the city. What impressed us most, however, was the attention to detail. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt genuinely looked after. Everything was handled with professionalism and a sincere smile. Banyan Tree Bangkok is more than just a beautiful five-star hotel — it is a complete experience. Highly recommend it! I would give 10 ⭐️ if i could. We will definitely come back soon!

Absolutely loved this hotel! The team at the concierge were extremely eloquent and ensured I was well taken care of as a female traveller. Front desk were extremely empathetic and helpful with first bringing my bags up to the room while I couldn't wait to go out! They also gave me a free room upgrade and brought pillows up for the pillow buffet. Rooms were spacious and had chromecast so I could connect my personal spotify and prime accounts. The concierge was extremely helpful with grab bookings and even communicated with riders and drivers to lead them to the hotel lobby, especially Benz who helped me! Overall a pleasant, clean, and pampered stay, I would definitely stay at the banyan tree again.

Stayed at this hotel 13th to 16th October 2026. Firstly, the staff are wonderful. So attentive when you approach them. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. But we arrived in the middle of a massive amount of renovation. A lot of the hotel’s bars and restaurants were shut. This had a massive impact on our stay, we struggled to get reservations and find somewhere open to have a drink. We had a wonderful meal on the Apsara by Banyan Tree cruise, but the promoted complimentary 3km transfer to the boat from the hotel was not available. So even though dining at one of the hotel’s restaurants we were told we had to make our own way there. Hardly 5 star service. Items on the drinks and food menu were not available despite being shown on their own on-line menus. Bars were randomly closed, when supposed to be open. So all in all a hotel staffed by lovely people who are being seriously let down by their management.

We had such a wonderful stay here. First of all, a very special thank you to the Korean male staff member who took such great care of us during our stay. Thanks to his kindness and thoughtful attention, we were able to feel completely comfortable and truly enjoy our time in Bangkok. We would also like to thank all of the staff, especially the wonderful concierge team — Bam, Fame, Pat, Chin, Three, and everyone else who helped us. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You were all amazing! The room condition was excellent as well. We stayed for two nights, and the housekeeping was very thorough. Our room was always kept spotless and comfortable. Thanks to all of you, we are leaving Bangkok with so many wonderful memories. If we come back to Bangkok, we would definitely love to stay here again. 🤍
