We had a great experience at the restaurant Tokyo. Our servers Danna and Lucia We’re amazing and our chef Eliob Was spectacular! We have had a great experience at Barcelo and can’t wait to return! This resort was absolutely spectacular and we had an amazing time! The only thing we could complain about where the people selling photos around the pool. They quoted us one price and when we got there to pick up our photos, it was hundreds of dollars. We were very disappointed that they wasted our time. They are a company working out of the resort and not part of the resort. Everything else was spectacular from the food to the service to the rooms.

We’ve been coming for 6 years and counting. The accommodations, staff and service are all great. Despite small mix-ups the staff goes above and beyond to correct and address any issue. Our favorite restaurants are Tokyo (try to get the show reservation), Capri, Santa Fe and if you get the chance to go definitely give Brazziere at the Palace a try! The entertainment staff are always fun and energetic and the bar and staff at the tropical pool bar and Palmera’s restaurant never fail to disappoint. I’m always looking forward to visiting.

Had such a great experience at Tokyo! Elizabeth and Aurora made the night even better with their friendly, attentive service. The show was amazing — so fun and entertaining, it had everyone laughing. The chicken was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the fried rice was delicious. Great service, delicious food, and an unforgettable show. I’ll definitely be back! 🥢🔥

We had an awesome experience at Tokyo Teppanyaki. The food was amazing and the service matched it start to finish. Our servers, Nancy and Carla, were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly the whole time. Our chef, Laura Solis, did a fantastic job. She’s newer to teppanyaki, but you honestly wouldn’t know it, she was confident, engaging, and the food came out cooked perfectly. Great flavors, great presentation, and a fun experience overall. Definitely a place we’d come back to and recommend to others.

We had a great time at La Fuente. The food was overall delicious, especially the pork cutlets and chorizos. The grillled fish was a bit salty, but it wasn’t bad. Our waitresses Noemi and Reina did an excellent job as well, they were friendly and attentive. Overall a great place for family suppers, would recommend 👍
