I recently stayed at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh, and honestly it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the first moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well organized. The reception team were very friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and quick. The bar team were always smiling and made great drinks — they really added to the good mood every day. Room service was excellent too — the room was always clean and tidy, and they responded quickly whenever we needed anything. The infinity pool is really amazing — the view is beautiful and it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. I also loved the tennis court and the soccer field. Everything is well prepared and great for anyone who enjoys sports activities during their stay. Big thanks to all the departments and staff for their effort and kindness. You can feel that they really care about the guests. I would definitely come back again.

Will start with the good side The location, landscape, pools and beach are wonderful On the other hand Rooms need renovations; the bathroom ventilation fan wasn't working in a lot of rooms, the shower handle was almost not working and the curtains are falling from their places The staff all over the hotel was extremely rude and not professional at all not what I'm used to in all luxury hotels in hurghada or elsewhere like they're beyond rude The food was not at all tasty or of good quality I've been travelling to hurghada at least 3 times a year since I was a kid and by far this is the worst experience of them all or second worse. You are an overrated place and I hope you can work to get things better and treat the guests with respect and professionalism or you'll fall really fast.

We had an excellent vacation at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh and it’s definitely a place we would happily return to. We chose the Adult Swim-Up Suite, and it was one of the best decisions—having direct access to the pool, along with the privacy and comfort, truly elevated the entire experience. Perfect for complete relaxation in a quiet setting. The à la carte restaurants are a big highlight of the resort—great variety, well-prepared dishes, and a different experience each evening. The food in the main restaurant was also consistently good, diverse, and suitable for all tastes. The beach is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, while the sea has a stunning color—ideal for both relaxing and swimming. The pools are spacious, well organized, and never felt overcrowded. Overall, a stylish, well-managed resort with high-quality service and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway. As a separate note, I would kindly follow up on a reservation request I previously sent to your reservations email address regarding accommodation for 3 adults. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response, and I just wanted to check if my request has been received or if there is an alternnative mail address where I can send it. I have stayed at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh three times, and each visit has been even more enjoyable than the one before. The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it an excellent destination for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. One of the highlights of every stay has been the food. The quality is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of options that cater to different tastes and preferences. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. They are all courteous and professional, dedicated to making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality create an unforgettable experience. Although we have traveled extensively and stayed at many resorts inside and outside of Egypt, the Baron Palace Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh remains our favorite destination and a place we always look forward to returning to. A special thanks to Mr. Reda, the Deputy Manager, for his attention, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Baron Palace and I can confidently say that the entire experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, elegant architecture, and breathtaking sea views. The food offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes to suit every taste. Whether dining at the buffet or the A la carte restaurants, everything was fresh & delicious. The Mexican, Asian and Egyptian restaurants were awesome. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I would especially like to highlight Mostafa at the reception. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Overall, Baron Palace delivers a luxury experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Hurghada.
