We arrived at the hotel and we where checked in within minutes, our room was only on the first floor so wasnt to much of a journey up in the lift with the suitcase, there is 3 lifts but apart from using them going up to our room with our suitcase after checking in and then again when checking out we never used them as we used the stairs to the side of the lifts as we where only on the first floor. The room was spotless and had 2 double beds in it and still had room in it for our family of 3... we had a street view and as much as it was busy with people passing you very rarely heard alot of noise plus great if your a people watcher... rooms where cleaned daily and even had a small fridge in it with some complementary drinks in there on arrival so nice touch. Pool area was busy at times but still had empty sun beds stacked up every day we where there so could get some no problem... the restaurant is a decent size with an outdoor area aswell... food wasnt the best on first couple of nights but we still found stuff to eat so still left full.. but following 5 nights food was brilliant.. they had theme nights so every night was different... still had your usual pizza, spaghetti bol etc for kids every night aswell... they had couple of chefs making stuff like stir frys and beef steak etc so was decent.. your breakfast was your usual breakfast stuff and there was a variety of stuff at lunch but we mostly eat at the snack bar as it was easier to just grab something quickly and there was a large seating area with umbrellas ... we didn't see much of the entertainment but what we seen was your usual entertainment on holiday... Mr and Mrs games and singer etc.. my son loved the kids entertainment team during the day they were great with the kids and they had daily activities for kids and adults throughout the day. The hotels in such a good location.. 5 minute walk to golden mile and less the 10 minutes walk right down to the beach so everything on your doorstep plus a supermarket right beside the entrance to the hotel and also has a shop and games room area on lower level of hotel.. would definitely recommend this hotel and would return 100%

We stayed here in September 2025 and this is such a great hotel. We can’t fault anything! The staff were super friendly, food constantly being replenished through service with plenty of choice and themed nights and it was all delicious. I especially enjoyed the dessert table! Housekeeping was good with the room having a freshen up most days. Massive beds and modern decor in the rooms. The location is ideal with being so close to the strip with bars, restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach. We also used a company called panda excursions which is just down the side of the hotel to book Siam park and quad bikes. Ray who runs it was very helpful. The pool area was clean and relaxing. This was our first holiday as a couple and we absolutely loved it! Would definitely return when we’re next in Tenerife :)

Great place for families but if you are expecting to get around the pool then get there early The roof top terrace is a pleasure but you need too be in a premium room or it is €10 a day The rooms are super clean and and well presented. When you leave the hotel you have to book the shower room so again be early. The lifts are a pain at times as there's only 3 and they are in constant use. The food is good and the verity is good.

“Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not very clean, with stones and debris visible in the water. The slabs around the pool area crack definitely needed renovation, and the overall service was quite poor.”tower exchange area always but suppose to work 9-14.00,food always same. All good drinks have to pay for it ,in pool area in one of the toilet not existed door im shocking, traveling every year around wold but not seen like this. Would not recommend this hotel. All inclusive said mini bar in the room you have to pay extra,make sure you read everything.

Excellent Hotel was our family's first time abroad and everything was perfect for us. Rooms were cleaned and spotless when they were cleaned each day. Location was great just a 10/15 minutes walk down to the Beach too. Food at the hotel was Amazing would have loads of options every morning, lunchtime and dinnertime from Waffles, Pancakes, Yoghurt, Fresh Fruit & Juice, various meats, cheese, chips, chicken, sausage's loads and loads of stuff, even had Curry night, Asian night & Italian nights too. We paid extra to get the food and booze included as part of the Room and glad we did, first time in a while I'd actually been able to have an alcoholic drink and enjoy it watching various shows in the performance rooms too. Can't rate it high enough and all the staff went above and beyond to help with anything, we will definitely be going again!. I've attached some pictures below 🙂
