Not a fan of this hotel, the first room was dark, 2 beds pushed together to make a double, not comfortable. Booked a seaview but the trees completely covered the view, full of old and dated furniture, no fan in the bathroom, no elevator in the hotel, the balcony constantly smelling of smoke from next door. The second room was the same except it had a double bed. Beach is lovely, not too busy, has its own area sectioned off for hotel guests to swim, plenty sun loungers by pool and beach but most are under shade. Breakfast was ok. Staff weren’t friendly. Even the guy giving out the towels was quite smart when I asked him a question. Wouldn’t return here.

Certainly we will come back! This place is excellent for both families (like us) and solo travellers.It has great location, a lot of local street food, restaurants, ATM, Pharmacy and SevenEleven within walking distance. We absolutely enjoyed breakfasts wich were served in the hotel restaurant.Wide range of choice and most important, everything was fresh! For lunch and dinner we recommend going to the second hotel restaurant located on the beach.It has great prices, kind staff and beautiful view. Speaking more about the staff, all of them are friendly.Specially helpful was Mr.Daniel. He is able to solve every problem within minutes, in addition he fluently speaks a few languages including polish!

Just been for three week stay. Has an amazing time….new years eve celebrations first class….Joanna was an amazing master of ceremonies. The staff in the hotel all fantastic… from being greeted when we arrived by Golf who throughout the stay was always courteous and helpful. The staff in restaurants were always very helpful, but especially Phet, who we became very fond of. I stayed with my family in this hotel from 02.01.26 to 15.01.26. We were astonished with top excellence we faced here. The hotel is very well located on the sea shore, views are amazing! Rooms are spacious, tidy, comfortable, well organized, with A/C, cleaned every day. Common areas are arranged in really nice way, swimming pools are big and clean, sun beads are available for everyone. Breakfast is delicious, full of food of many kinds, fresh fruits and variety of drinks. The stuff is extremelly kind and helpful. Everybody, starting from gardeners and maintenance, housekeeping through restaurant service personel to reception desk stuff and front door stuff are absolutely wonderful. I do not know names of all of them but I will remember their kindness and joyful smiles. Special thanks to staff member Daniel who was very supportive during our stay, explained organization of the hotel at our arrival and was checking from time to time if we need anything. Once our 7-years old son got sick Daniel expressed his compassion and readiness to provide any help. It was wanderful to communicate with him in our mother toungue so far from home. Addional advantage of the hotel is massage service available in the hotel. We leave Phuket and Thailand with beautiful memories from BWP Bangtao, with the experience of excellent customer service we received here. We recommend stay in this hotel to everyone travelling to this area and we hope to come back here in the nearest future. Thank you very much!

The hotel has a great place, very close to the beach. It has several pools for ones who doesn't like salty water. The food here is fresh, tasty and well cooked. Both breakfast and supper have a variety of meals daily so it will suit everyone. The service is great, rooms are great equipped and carefully cleaned daily, towels were always fresh. Tes, the reception manager is amazing, kindly helped with smooth check-out. I can recommend visiting the hotel!
