We have just returned from our holiday at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort this Thursday, and honestly… we already miss it so much. It was truly one of the best – if not the best – holidays of our lives. We were absolutely impressed by everything: the beautiful location, the cleanliness of the hotel, the amazing variety of food, and most of all – the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. I would really like to highlight the politeness and friendliness of all the employees. The level of customer service they provide is something truly special. Every single member of staff made us feel valued and cared for. In my opinion, each of them deserves a big bonus – they are simply wonderful people. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to remember everyone’s names, but I would like to mention a few who made our stay even more special: Daniel Nikodow – such a lovely person, speaking several languages fluently, always kind, helpful and positive Nattapong – a very warm and friendly receptionist, and our connection turned into a real friendship Pirawat Pitaksaputt and Nilkhame – fantastic bartenders And also two amazing lady bartenders who knew me as “1 more Margarita 😉” – I’m so sorry I didn’t remember your names! Thank you to everyone – those I mentioned and those I didn’t manage to name – you are all incredible, and we already miss you. I usually don’t return to the same place twice, but this resort completely stole our hearts. We will definitely come back – next time with our children. See you again, dear friends. We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The breakfast and food in the restaurant were delicious, with plenty of choices every day. The spa was excellent – very relaxing and professional. Our room was cleaned daily and always spotless. A special thank you to Tes at the reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. She made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

My wife’s review: A big thank you to the team at Best Western Premier Bangtao, especially to Daniel, for the professionalism and hospitality! The rooms were great, the breakfasts were delicious, and the beach was wonderful. Our whole family really enjoyed the stay. Daniel does an amazing job every day. My husband celebrated his birthday during our vacation, and Daniel helped arrange a surprise. He was also very helpful throughout the two weeks and always ready to answer our questions. See you next year! Definitely recommend this hotel. My review: We stayed here as a family at Best Western Premier Bangtao and had a great time. Special thanks to Daniel for being so helpful and always in a great mood. It’s one of the best places we’ve visited with our kids. Highly recommend it — and we’re already planning to come back next year.

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. The staff really do go above and beyond, every single day.! Gulf and the rest of the staff made the atmosphere very welcoming and enjoyable :-) the location isn’t the worst, just at least a 30 min drive minimum if wanting to go downtown (example- patong beach). Only issue with the room we had was an odd smell in our hotel room one night (propane gas) but was fixed by their maintenance right away.! Overall, our stay was great and would return here.!

The hotel is located on Bang Tao Beach, which is not overcrowded with tourists. The area feels calm, peaceful, and well maintained, making it great for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were rather slow, but the breakfast was excellent, with a very wide selection suitable for both adults and children. The Christmas dinner was absolutely delicious, with a large and varied food selection. However, the entertainment program was average and not very memorable. The cocktails at the bar were poor in quality — the bartenders should improve their skills, especially when preparing classic cocktails. The massage area was excellent, with very professional therapists. I highly recommend booking massages regularly, even every morning if possible. I accidentally left my sneakers at the hotel, and the staff organized everything and delivered them to my next hotel, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately, room cleaning was very poor and not up to a high standard. After several unsatisfactory cleanings, we placed the “do not clean” sign on the door and stopped using the service. Overall, the hotel has a great location, excellent food, and outstanding massage services, but housekeeping and bar service need significant improvement.
