My wife and I just wrapped up a 5-day stay at Breathless Punta Cana, and I can honestly say it was world-class. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff; I’ve rarely encountered such a dedicated group of professionals. A massive thank you to Emely, Giovanni, Miguel, and Karen for making us feel so welcome. A special shout-out goes to Yeral at the Wink Bar—absolute legend! I also want to recognize Marcos and Deivi; we were lucky enough to have them take care of us at the buffet and again later at the Italian restaurant. Their service was flawless. And of course, big love to the homie Franklin "El Sazón" at the Barefoot Grill—best vibes on the beach! The grounds and facilities are stunning and meticulously kept. If you’re looking for a party, the nightly pool bashes are electric. It does get loud, but that’s exactly what you sign up for here! If you need a breather, the water park at the sister resort next door is a great escape for some peace and quiet. Funnily enough, even though it’s a family-friendly area, the kids were often better behaved than the adults! Don't hesitate to book your trip here. We had an amazing time and are already missing it!

Absolutely incredible experience!! Already been twice in August 2025 and January 2026 and can't wait to go back again soon! We received amazing hospitality and now plan to return every year! The staff is so friendly and truly cares about you having a wonderful experience! We made so many new friends and memories!! If you want the best drinks, look for our favorite bartenders: Robert, Jose, Luis, Julio, and Melvis!!

Food was on par to other resorts, bed was comfortable. There were a couple cosmetic things here and there that seemed like they need from repair to full out renovation. The best part hands down was the warm, friendly, and very attentive service. Nori at the Freestyle Pool and Ezekiel at the Strip each day knew us by name and were the absolute best.

We had an amazing stay at Breathless Punta Cana! The service was truly exceptional — there were always plenty of staff around, and everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The property is extremely clean and very well maintained, which really stood out throughout our stay. The landscaping alone is lush and beautiful, creating such a relaxing and tropical atmosphere. We loved that the resort, offers a great balance — adults-only areas for relaxation, while still being family-friendly with a lazy river and fun water slides. The entertainment was enjoyable and added to the overall experience. We would highly recommend Breathless Punta Cana and would absolutely return again!

The quality of this resort for the cost is 10/10. We accidentally ended up here after being stuck in a winter storm and having to extend our trip 3 days. We were really unhappy at Royalton Chic next door (Staff was rude, stuff was breaking, and food was bad) so we randomly moved resorts. BEST decision we made on the trip. The staff was incredibly nice, respectful, and funny. Even at the buffet lunch they went out of their way to bring extra drinks and carry our food. The resort was spotless clean and they thought of all the little extras - umbrella in the room, extra toiletries waiting, etc. The food was fantastic, we suggest the steak at the French restaurant and hibachi was tasty. Even the sea salt steak at the lunch buffet was great. There were a lot of staff to bring you drinks on the beach and they do a good job clearing the seaweed from the sand. There is a really good coffee cafe. Beds were comfortable. One of the pools played more dance music and one was more calm country music. There were places to relax but also lots of people ready to party. You can go next door to the lazy river (with swim up bar) and water slides at the Dreams. Even as adults we had fun over there. We normally book a luxury room but there were no xhale rooms left so we booked the normal room. Other than missing better brand liquors we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything. The xhale pools were small and looked boring. We have been to a ton of resorts so I have a lot to compare to and I literally can't think of anything I didn't like about this resort.
