This resort made our entire vacation unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, their staff, especially my favorite person Miss America, she went above and beyond. I was in a wheelchair due to a broken leg, and they upgraded our room and ensured every need was handled with care. The entire team (experience, xhale club and lidia the bartender, Daniel, Gamboa, Jorge Garcia,) treated my sister and me with genuine warmth. The food was phenomenal, the drinks were fantastic, and the overall vibe was perfect. Plus, the rooms were spotless. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

All the staff are extremely friendly and made our experience very fun. Christian at the poolside bar is the best bartender, possibly of all time. Heyder at Bite provided an amazing dining experience. The entertainment team was great, especially Sofia and Angel. The poolside waitstaff made the pool experience incredible, Edwin and Roger were fantastic. All in all a great experience and I will be recommending it to friends and family.

We had a great four days here! We enjoyed alot of activities. We took dance classes, painted hats, learned about tequila, and did some water exercise classes. During the day, there was a lot of music and energy. The evenings were filled with shows, live music, and dancing. My biggest complaints are the food selection and the room advertising. There was a great range of food with the different restaurants, but very limited options for vegetarians. You definitely need to ask servers for assistance at times. And in terms of rooms, they were all very public spaces and we did not have the layout specifically listed on the website. Music is loud and unless our shades were drawn, our room was very visible from the pool.

This resort was an absolute blast. The rooms are beautiful. The resturants all had excellent food. The staff were so friendly and helpful (shout out to our favorite Abi from the party pool). I would definately recommend this resort if you are looking for a vibrant vibe. If you are looking for a quiet resort, this is not the right place for you (try Secrets). But if you are looking for awesome pool parties, fun night club, and lots of friendly people, then this is a great resort for you. I would say the age range was 30s to 60s. Our favorite night was the Drag Show and our favorite day was the Friday Pink Pool Party - great DJ, acrobatics, some dance performers ect. There wasnt usually too much trouble getting a pool chair but they did fill up early on busy days. We treated ourselves to a cabana (which was great but it is an extra charge). The spa was lovely (and quite honestly an amazing therapeutic massage). We went with friends and have no complaints. Truly wonderful place. If you are a big beach person there was a lot of nice soft white sand (but there is also sea weed on the beach and in the water...they do what they can to keep it under control but that seems to be all of the carribean coast in mexico these days).

I did a girls trip in January at breathless and honestly, I would give it a 10 out of 10. This is an all-inclusive resort that did not disappoint. The only complaint that I had was the servers seem to be more attentive when you tip them. Although we were tipping them five dollars, so it really wasn’t that much. We had a swim out pool and that made the experience so much more fun. The food was really good, especially the food at the buffet. The breakfast was so bomb at the buffet and the dinner at the restaurants were really good as well. I will definitely be coming back.
