This resort made our entire vacation unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, their staff, especially my favorite person Miss America, she went above and beyond. I was in a wheelchair due to a broken leg, and they upgraded our room and ensured every need was handled with care. The entire team (experience, xhale club and lidia the bartender, Daniel, Gamboa, Jorge Garcia,) treated my sister and me with genuine warmth. The food was phenomenal, the drinks were fantastic, and the overall vibe was perfect. Plus, the rooms were spotless. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

This resort was exactly what we were looking for. Food was great. Service was impeccable all week and the party atmosphere is there. Pablo/Uriel at the Xcelerate pool were fantastic. If you are looking for a quiet resort, absolutely do not go here. If you are looking for high energy pool life, this resort is the place. The nightly activities usually take place outside on their terrace, they start around 9 and end around 11pm. We were in an Xhale swim up that was close to the terrace. We are not night owls and turned in around 10, and it was quite loud in the room still. There is also rooms directly above this terrace, so I can't imagine the nose they experienced. When we go back, we will simply ask to be away from that side.

Came here on vacation with a group of friends. We enjoyed our stay but wasnt fully up to our expectations. The resort is gorgeous. Pools are nice. Beaches are amazing. Rooms are very nice and comfortable with everything youd need & expect. Shower is absolutely incredible. Entertainment is great. Food is a 6 out of 10. Some is good, some is bad. Didn't know disgusting lasagna was even possible but they have it here. Food service is OK. Other service seems good. Staff is all friendly. The cleanliness of this resort is top notch. Extremely clean. Housekeeping deserves an A+ and could not be better. Room service took 2 hours for food delivery when stated 30min estimated time. App doesnt work well. Our elevator quit working with us staying on the fourth floor but was fixed after a day. The slips & falls here are absolutely crazy. 8 out of the 10 people in our group of people all slipped and fell during our stay. The tile & concrete floors and walking surfaces are all very smooth, slippery (very often wet) & uneven with sharp drop off edges to fall. Witnessed other people too slipping & falling while here. You likely will be slipping & falling during your stay here (get ready). The excursions are not what they are presented and promoted to be. They are misrepresented, not as expected, and use sales pushed tactics. The brochures do not resemble your experience for these excursions. There is a catch or sales push for every avenue of your time outside of the resort for an excursions or event. We had a good time and very much enjoyed our time here but was not fully up to what we had expected. I would try another resort next time visiting Cancun.

The spa was great! Highly recommend getting a massage with the hydrotherapy circuit! They even returned my valuable thag I forgot in my robe!! Staff are incredibly nice. The food I think was just okay. The rooms were good, though, and the gym was bigger than I expected. And even though it's all inclusive, you can't get shots at the bar close to the pool (you have to go to the further bar pool) and they won't give u more beer in your room at 5am; prolly not a bad idea but our big party was there for a bday and were not happy w that and trying to watch the sunrise together. We also wanted to chug beers all at the same time, and they gave us a hard time getting too many beers/drinks at one time like that. The property is not too large. The formal Saturday pool party was great because they had bubbles and people dressed up and those their too help people party, but Sunday was more normal.

The rooms are top notch and the service is excellent and the food was very good. Be careful with the buffet, because a few people got ill. The beach is public and okay and you can't swim too far out because of all of the boats and jet skis - it is not safe. All in all, I found the beach small and underwhelming. They will try and upsell you to the Xhale club and it isn't worth it - you get the rooftop pool, not much else However, if you book a laguna view room on a package holiday, if you upgrade at the resort to Xhale club - you can get an ocean view room for far less than pre booking. The hotel zone is very safe and heavily police patrolled, so you're safe to walk around day and night and night. Downtown Cancun is safe during the day and pretty safe during the night. If you venture outside of downtown it is not safe for tourists. However, I have swarthy skin and could pass for a local, so I ventured everywhere with no problems by only speaking Spanish and not dressing like a tourist. I loved Cancun and I will be back. The Breathless was great, but very expensive. I may book cheaper resort next time, but I did have a great time at the Breathless.
