Anyuli has been the best! We came here to celebrate our first anniversary and enjoyed it but it was even more special with just a simple mention of the date of the anniversary… Anyuli took it into his own hands to take care of my husband and us. He set up the most special anniversary dinner for us when we honestly were not expecting anything. He is very kind, attentive and fun! He deserves a raise because his hospitality is out of this world. My husband and I have enjoyed all the staff but he is a stand out employee!

Leonel and Ashly at Margaritas beach bar were amazing servers and very professional,kind and caring. They always made sure we were taken care of and they were always so quick to do so. Thanks again amigos for your great,awesome and quick service! Anyuli was the most amazing server at the Thalassa restaurant. He went well above and beyond, catering to my husband and I while we were on vacation here. He was excellent, I've never had such great service in my life, even where I'm from. Recommend him 1000000 times over. His manager Jose Luis was also so awesome. They all went well above and beyond for us. Keep up the great work!!! We will be back!

Hansel is a breath of fresh air who provides excellent entertainment. We look forward to his games/events every afternoon so much that I’ve memorised his 4pm dance! Sandra in Tao Cat was a great host. She ensured we always had a full glass of water, bought over another cocktail when ours were low and asked to take our photos. She is a fantastic member of staff. - the whole resort is pretty incredible. Great restaurants, clean facilities, attentive staff, and an overall amazing place.

After a lot of research and looking at dozens of resorts we decided to book here. We got the swim out room, on the adults only side. the resort is extremely clean, staff is amazing!!! They are attentive friendly and very responsive to requests. We had access to both sides of the resorts so we had plenty of food options. I’ve been to other all inclusive resorts where they water down alcohol drinks definitely did not seem to be the case here. Food overall was decent and the choices were definitely not lacking if you can’t find something you like here you are definitely the problem. Room service was included as well which was a plus but room service food was nearly as good as the restaurant food. Pools were clean and well attended and I’m sure if it’s just when we came but was not over crowded which was lovely. Negatives: the mattress is extremely firm. And not really a negative but be aware you need to make reservations for dinner so you just kinda have to plan or figure out what time you want to eat every night and what kind of food and make sure you plan accordingly. The spa was 10/10 experience as well. I wish I could give 10 stars for the staff some of the best I’ve encountered at a resort.

Don’t listen to any bad reviews! We had an exceptional trip, lovely grounds, clean rooms, food was obviously not amazing but as expected. Special thanks to Nathaniel at the beach bar he was extremely friendly and gave us such great service! Small and quiet resort in the best way possible! If you are looking to relax on beautiful grounds and be treated very well for a great price then look no further!
