We stayed at Cinnamon Bentota Beach for just one night, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. Our room faced the beach with a beautiful lawn right in front, creating the perfect view to wake up to. The food and the service were exceptional. Everything, from the staff to the cleanliness to the ambience was truly 5 star. It was an amazing stay, and we can’t wait to return!

Stayed here for two nights. Not a single thing that went wrong. The staff is amazing, the room was super clean with an excellent bathroom. Its right next to the beach where you can easily walk and its swimmable. The beach is super clean as well. Breakfast was really nice as well with a pretty varied menu. Highly recommended for a nice getaway.

This hotel is faultless. The rooms are fantastic, the view is unbeatable, but the thing that makes this place a five star hotel is the staff. They are so professional, attentive and kind. Nandana from the Housekeeping team was particularly great and treats his work like an art. Everyday we come back to our room that is pristine with fresh towels arranged in an artistic way - we had towels modelled as an elephant and towels modelled as a turtle! Cannot recommend enough!

I had a one night stay and i loved it. The food was really good especially the srilankan at the buffet. The rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly and checked on us time to time. I did do a 60 min swedish massage with a head massage for my mum. Gimhani and Nayomi made us feel rekaxed and gave us a good experience. Overall I had a good staycation at Cinnamon Bentota Signature.

Stay: 17th to 19th November 2025 – 4th Wedding Anniversary We stayed at Cinnamon Bentota to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special and welcomed. The hotel is very beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. Both my wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The meals were delicious with a great variety, and the overall service was excellent. It was a memorable stay and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Cinnamon Bentota for making our anniversary so special. We would definitely love to visit again!
