Second time in this hotel and everything is wonderful 😊 Rooms are spacious and clean, quiet for sleeping. Food is good and various, something for everyone. The best part is the fun- activities like volleyball, vaterpolo, darts, aqua gym, dancing etc. Animation team is great, keep it up guys!! You're all super fun,always smiling and find time for every guest to chat and offer information if needed ❤️ 😘

This was my 11th visit to Egypt, and I can honestly say that Continental Hotel Hurghada gave me one of the best holiday experiences I have ever had. The hotel has a beautiful sandy beach, crystal-clear sea, delicious food with a great variety, and everything is exceptionally clean. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful holiday. However, what truly makes this hotel special is its people. Every member of the staff we met was genuinely kind, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment, and their hospitality was simply outstanding. It is the little things, the attention to detail, and the genuine care for their guests that make Continental Hotel Hurghada stand out from so many other hotels. Over the years, I have stayed in many hotels in Egypt, from smaller hotels to luxury resorts, but I have honestly never experienced hospitality like this before. The greatest compliment I can give is this: we had only just returned home when we booked another 14-day holiday at Continental Hotel Hurghada for this August. So yes... my next trip will be my 12th visit to Egypt, and without any hesitation, we chose Continental Hotel Hurghada again. I simply can't wait to come back! Thank you to the entire Continental Hotel Hurghada team for making our holiday so special and unforgettable. You truly deserve every 5-star review. See you again very soon! ❤️

Overall I rate my stay in the hotel as very good, despite minor shortcomings. The biggest advantage of the hotel was food, which was delicious with a plenty of choice (although there should be a 2nd coffee machine as there were queues during the breakfast). Italian and Marina restaurants were perfect. The staff is very nice. The pool area is cool, although too loud music may be disturbing. Rooms are spacious and clean, but definitely need renovations. If someone wants to do some sports, then this hotel doesn’t have much to offer. The gym is small, with very dated equipment. Tennis courts are in terrible condition due to poorly maintained surface (a lot of holes) - definitely not usable. Nevertheless, had a great vacation in Continental and will come back again.

I would like to especially recommend Mahmoud for his outstanding service. During my stay, I noticed that most guests were from the older European generation, and as a traveler from Taiwan, I sometimes felt a subtle difference in how service was given by some staff. It wasn’t very obvious, but I could feel that European guests were treated more like the “default” customers. Mahmoud, however, was completely different. He treated everyone equally, with genuine kindness and friendliness, regardless of background. As an LGBTQ traveler, I truly appreciated that he treated me simply as a normal guest, with respect and warmth, without any sense of judgment or difference. His attitude made my stay much more comfortable and welcoming. Mahmoud represents what true hospitality should be, and he is a real asset to this hotel. Thank you, Mahmoud, for making my experience better.

I really love it. The people are so nice and communicative. The animation team is honestly the best. We also love the waiters. People overall are very open etc. I REALLY recommend. Each day you have actives that you can do (volleyball,waterpolo...). Please go it is really worth coming here!!
