This was the most beautiful trip we have ever taken. The resort is absolutely amazing and the location is perfect: direct access to the sea, the stunning white beach of Negril, excellent beach facilities, beautiful rooms, great food, and fantastic entertainment. At first, the price may seem expensive, but it is absolutely worth it because the resort offers an incredible all-inclusive experience. Food, international alcohol and drinks, and especially entertainment and sports activities are all included, making the overall value exceptional. We also want to give a very special mention to Andrea Bruce at the reception desk. She helped us enormously during our stay. Since the resort is mainly frequented by English-speaking guests from the United States, Canada, and the UK, the local Jamaican staff naturally speak English very quickly and fluently. Even though we speak English regularly, as non-native speakers we sometimes had some difficulties. Andrea was incredibly kind, patient, welcoming, and always available to help us. We are truly grateful to her for making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return!

Overall a great stay. Very relaxing and enjoyable vacation with only minor complaints. Lots of repeat guests and very friendly atmosphere. Pros: - The room was wonderful, huge balconies/patios on all rooms, with big open patio doors. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Room was cleaned twice per day. - Long stretch of beautiful beach with clear blue water and minimal waves - Great variety of included activities, like snorkeling, catamaran and kayaking. Snorkeling was excellent- saw lots of fish and sea life. - The grounds are lovely, no bugs or pests. Cons: - So many beach vendors aggressively trying to sell weed, jewelry, etc. I get that they need to make a living but it is impossible to enjoy a walk down the beach without being approached at least a dozen times - Food was a mixed bag. For a tropical country, they had almost no fresh fruit (besides pale looking melon), and the “fine dining” restaurant we were able to get into was just ok. We couldn’t get a reservation at one of the two nicer restaurants despite being there 4 nights, which was a bummer. That being said, the buffet restaurant had excellent fish dishes and a wide variety of choices.

If you are looking for an opulent shiny new resort, you’re looking in the wrong place. No giant high rise buildings, no fancy shmancy ballrooms, no Japanese chef with a blowtorch. Numerous low-rise dated but decently maintained buildings. Nice accommodations but nothing special. So why have we been there 9 times? And why have countless others returned 20+ times? In short, activities and food. Multiple tennis and pickleball courts with included clinics and private lessons. An olympic sized pool, scuba dives included, great beach with numerous water sports. Obviously, food is a matter taste, but it lines up with our taste buds perfectly. We love it. Going back next week.

Let me start by saying that I walked in with a negative attitude, because we have been let down by so many (supposed) 5 star resorts that had cost a lot more money. Within 15 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised. I will be returning! First, let me say, were there issues? Yes, but you are on an island with tropical surroundings and an ocean in front. But, the issues were small and mostly we never even mentioned, because they were small. So small, they did not even matter to us. There were a few small issues that we mentioned (not looking for results) and they were immediately addressed. Mostly to our surprise. The tropical surrounding were beautiful and well maintained. The beach was awesome and well maintained. The food was above average to yummy, with NO complaints. The room was cold, orderly and well kept. The activities were more than we had time to enjoy, but enjoyed the ones we participated. The staff was above wonderful. Always smiling and never complaining. They went above and beyond to ensure you were happy, comfortable and having a good time. No complaints and only compliments. They actually had real top shelf liquors. We spoke to many guests and NONE complained about the resort and most to many were returned guests with many of those with multiple returns. Keep doin what you are doing and you will out last all the big name, big money, no return resorts. Great job! (The sunset photos were from our back porch.
