⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Wonderful Family Stay! We stayed 4 days at Crest Resort & Pool Villas, and we absolutely loved our experience. The resort is truly beautiful — everywhere you look, there are pools, and my son enjoyed it so much that he was even upset to leave! The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options. Our room was big, clean, and very comfortable, and the room service was excellent. A special mention to the room service aunty (Bum) who attended to our room (1309) — she was incredibly kind, caring, and very helpful throughout our stay. Also, Ms. Joam from the breakfast area was very friendly and welcoming. Honestly, every staff member we met was kind, warm, and always smiling. The resort is located on a hill, but they provide a free shuttle bus to Patong Beach, which made it very convenient to go to town. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Phuket.

We had such an incredible stay at The Crest that we have come back and checked in for a final night to end our stay in Thailand. From the moment we were greeted at check in by the lovely reception staff (especially Beam) we knew we’d have a wonderful time. The hotel, rooms and facilities are beautiful but what really made our stay memorable was the amazing people that work at the Crest. Joan at breakfast was absolutely lovely. We booked a sunset dinner which was made so special by Daid, Elle and Puh. The view was incredible, the food delicious and so many nice attentions to detail made it a romantic and unforgettable evening. Literally the only thing we’d change is less crispy bacon at breastfast! Thank you so much for an incredible stay. We will be back!

Absolutely splendid service, All staff very helpful, always smiling and supporting anytime you ask for anything. I booked Deluxe Apartment with breakfast and later asked for 2 nights of Deluxe Pool Villa and the breakfast basket experience which I received the upgrade ofcourse at its additional cost for 2 nights. The staff on site organised all transfers of luggages after 1st 2 nights while we were away on that day. The Blue welcome drinks and warm towels are unforgettable experience. All staff speak very good and fluent english, communicate very well. On WED night we also enjoyed a roof top 5 courses dinner with beautiful and nice voice singers live music, a middle course of Atlantic smoked salmon, edible gold and caviar, main meals were very nice eye fillet steak and large prawns. We also enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool and pool bar many times in addition to swimming in our own villa pool. This trip was one of the unforgettable trips in my life and we have enjoyed so far. Indeed I recommend stay at Crest resort and pool villas Phuket for an 5 star unforgettable lovely experience.

We stayed at Crest Resort for four nights in mid December and really enjoyed it. The resort is beautiful, with stunning views and a panoramic pool that’s a real highlight. The staff were lovely, helpful, and genuinely polite throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, with a live cooking station for omelettes and eggs, always a nice touch. On my birthday, they surprised me with a cake at breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my day. We had a sea view room and absolutely loved it, the view was gorgeous. A big plus was the bathroom setup, two showers, which is surprisingly handy when you’re travelling as a couple and coming back from the pool or beach. We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to friends. The only downside is the location. Getting to Patong Beach requires either a taxi or the hotel shuttle bus. It’s only about a 10 minute drive, but it does mean a bit of planning to get there and back.

Stayed in the pool villa and it was great. Room looked like it was on the picture but is a bit dated. Still, we really like the private pool and the quiet environment. We had a view of the seas and the room was clean and well prepared. Shout out to Mad and Su at the firness centre. We went to the gym and it was nice to exercise after all the food we had 😁
