Absolutely amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The customer service was truly A1 across the board. Special shoutout to Matt — he was an incredible server with such a positive attitude and outstanding attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. As a family of 5 we stayed for 12 days and had 2 rooms with pools which joined the main swimming pool, unfortunately they do not have interconnecting doors within the rooms but we got used to this after a while. The views from the rooms are amazing and the hotel is very pretty with lights at night. There is a free shuttle to and from paying beach but it is only every 2 hours. Our room was cleaned daily by Bella, she was a real joy to see every morning, so friendly and polite even to the kids, we had all taken turns to get poorly and she went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were cleaned and tidy and smelling lovely. I would recommend this hotel, it is high up so get a lovely view of patong, the staff are also friendly, breakfast was okay lots of lovely fresh fruit, I would stay here again.

Definitely want to go back. Such a beautiful place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a shuttle service to take you to patong beach as the resort is up on top of a hill with great views. You could stay at the resort and not even leave as the food was great. Room service and eating by the pool. Little activities you could join each day as well as in the evenings they have different dinner plans. Facilities were well looked after. Our room was stunning and had a great view.

We had a wonderful stay at Crest Resort in Phuket. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the main busy areas, we actually found this to be a big advantage. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful, quiet surroundings made the experience much more relaxing and special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The food at the dining room was delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. What really made our stay stand out was the hotel staff – everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The pool area was also beautiful and very relaxing, and the pool bar definitely added to the overall experience and enjoyment. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Phuket!

We just got here yesterday and we were a little disappointed. By far not the 5 star hotels we are used to. I guess we happen to have the room that is not as nice as some of the other rooms here. The view from our room is obscured and the room itself is a bit beat up. Shower glass was dirty, we needed to have it cleaned again as soon as we checked in. The hotel is on the hill for the view but the surroundings are pretty rough. The entrance was not like a typical 5 star resort. The food we had at the restaurant was good but breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary and many hot dishes are geared more towards middle eastern(?) fare. The assistant manager was nice enough to offer a different room the next day so we will see if our opinion changes. Edit: After we expressed our dissatisfaction with our room, they gave us another room in the main building. The room was much more spacious and had an ocean view. The special touches in the room were over the top. My husband and I ended up liking this hotel specially the staff here is excellent. They are very friendly and accommodating. The meals in the restaurants were delicious, well presented, and reasonably priced. From the front desk to restaurant servers, everyone working at this hotel is very nice. Special thanks to Ms Kukkik and Ms Teh for making our vacation more memorable.
