We have travelled over NYE which increased the prices totally that we have landed via Booking.com to this hotel. We paid around 250€ per Night (usually it should be much more cheaper, at least half off) First day we ask to switch to the room, we were at the 2nd floor, but it were too noisy from as it was close to the lobby entrance and generally you can hear any taxi that carried tourist upon arrival or departure. The really friendly and helpful staff arranged us a one day later a room on the 3rd floor which had a more nicer view to the sea. the rooms are okay. spacey but dont expect any design element. But it was clean, bed was a large kingsize bed. But now to the biggedt problem: it is very noisy (if you are very sensitive for noise, i will not recommend to book it). Even as someone that is sleeping well, I was couple of times woke up by people who were speakinh on the floor. there is barely no noise protection. …and than even the nicest staff cannot help (if they are no other rooms are available). Location is great. 5min scooter ride to Patong if you want little bit more action. If you pay 90-120€ the price is valuable, if you are sensitive for noise, avoid this Hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Wonderful Family Stay! We stayed 4 days at Crest Resort & Pool Villas, and we absolutely loved our experience. The resort is truly beautiful — everywhere you look, there are pools, and my son enjoyed it so much that he was even upset to leave! The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options. Our room was big, clean, and very comfortable, and the room service was excellent. A special mention to the room service aunty (Bum) who attended to our room (1309) — she was incredibly kind, caring, and very helpful throughout our stay. Also, Ms. Joam from the breakfast area was very friendly and welcoming. Honestly, every staff member we met was kind, warm, and always smiling. The resort is located on a hill, but they provide a free shuttle bus to Patong Beach, which made it very convenient to go to town. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Phuket.

Literally did nit expect to stay at more 2* hotel than this. Stayed for 3 nights at their Premier Pool Villa (which apparently is their best that they offer). Lacked basic professionalism from the male staff during check in. We arrived at the hotel and the front desk girls were busy chatting and did not even acknowledge me and my wife (there was no line or anyone else at the reception area). Got escorted to our villa, and as soon as the male staff member opened the door, both me and my wife were hit with a pungent smell of rotting wood. The room felt spacious enough in the ceiling, but lacked genuine space for two check in luggage. The shower drain was clogged and when we raised the issue, the staff simply sent a young boy to fix it, only for the water to go down slowly. The breakfast was a huge letdown since their dining space was quite large compared to some other properties we’ve been to, but the selection was cold, less than edible choices. Basic boiled sausages, soups, basic omelettes, etc. flies roaming ontop of a open salad bar. Cooked and uncooked/steamed dumplings being put together with no warning for guests to know if they are ready or edible (raw pork dumplings). The location is pure torture, as they are very far away from Patong Beach, and require either taking their semi-free shuttle bus to the beach at every 2 hour intervals, or take a grab for 300 Baht one way. Overall vibe, decor and service of this resort (if you can call it that) was appalling. I noticed the general manager with a Scandinavian name, walk about the property like he’s going through a midlife crisis. With his shirt untucked, and seemingly unbothered demeanour by. My advice, there are better hotels and resorts, closer to the main hub, with better service and cleaner rooms. Don’t fall for the over priced pool villas they advertise, so clearly photoshopped to look luxurious. This property is not even worthy of bring a 3* hotel. Book at your own risk.

We had such an incredible stay at The Crest that we have come back and checked in for a final night to end our stay in Thailand. From the moment we were greeted at check in by the lovely reception staff (especially Beam) we knew we’d have a wonderful time. The hotel, rooms and facilities are beautiful but what really made our stay memorable was the amazing people that work at the Crest. Joan at breakfast was absolutely lovely. We booked a sunset dinner which was made so special by Daid, Elle and Puh. The view was incredible, the food delicious and so many nice attentions to detail made it a romantic and unforgettable evening. Literally the only thing we’d change is less crispy bacon at breastfast! Thank you so much for an incredible stay. We will be back!

A wonderful holiday destination to attend a family wedding at a location nearby. Our room service cleaner, Bum, took note of details and incorporated it into her routine for our room. Small touches like noticing that we left water beside our bed at night resulted in her leaving bottles on our bedside tables. Our breakfast server, Joan, was attentive and friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. In a deluxe room, the full view of the bathroom is awkward. A separate bathroom option would be good. The location is great, although marginally too far from Patong Beach. It’s slightly too far to walk but the shuttle is excellent.
