We spent 6 wonderful nights in this beautiful hotel, and from the very first moment everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed by a great administrator who offered us welcome drinks, which immediately made us feel comfortable and appreciated as guests. The room and all the hotel areas were very clean and had a pleasant fresh smell, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every member of the staff was amazing — always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxing, and you can truly feel that the team truly cares about their guests and the quality of their service. It made our stay feel special and memorable. Honestly, we couldn’t find any negatives during our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Me and my sister had a wonderful stay at Desert Rose Resort in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Also, the gentleman at the reception who handled our check-in and check-out was very kind and professional, making the process smooth and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The cleanliness throughout the resort was outstanding — the rooms, restaurants, and common areas were all spotless and very well maintained. We would also like to give a special thanks to Wael and the staff at the breakfast/dinner area — they were absolutely amazing. A big appreciation as well to the security staff at the front of our building; they were always kind, welcoming, and made us feel safe and comfortable. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this resort to families looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful setting in Hurghada. We would definitely love to come back again!

Very good hotel. Not to busy at around half full, which is perfect for us. Not sure how it would feel at the height of the season. Lovely reception and helpful staff. Lots of pools, sunbeds and quiet areas. 1 pool heated. Food is good with lots of choice. We drank cocktails most of the time, made with local spirits but quiet tasty. Beach area is good. Shallow at the edge for kids, deep further out for swimming. Some building work taking place, but not very intrusive. Wifi not brilliant, some areas better than others. Lots of people trying to sell you trips and treatments. Outside the hotel there are lots of shops, but as always its hard just to walk around without getting pestered. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel grounds are huge and beautifully maintained. It’s a very nice hotel with clean rooms and stunning views from the balcony. We had a garden view, but there are also sea-view rooms available. There are a couple of restaurants on site, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the sellers on the beach who approached us every five minutes offering trips and services, which became a bit annoying. Overall, a great stay!

We glad that we have been in Desert Rose Resort. It was our first time in THIS hotel and to be honest - we don't want to change it in the future. The location might be a bit different from what you expect ( if to compare with busy Sheraton street). But on the other hand you will have cozy , calm and attractive area inside the Resort. Food is tasty, swimming pools are many and on each taste. But what is more important - staff and people inside. A special care and attention. They are all good and nice. They are all hard working and friendly. But oh my God , I wish I could remember the names of exactly and concrete ones. There is even Egyptian Superman on the beach - who knows exactly when to bring you new , fresh and cold beer!!!
