This hotel is fantastic in every way. Beautiful clean rooms. Our check in was superb. It was made especially pleasant by the superb service we receive from Nomarie. She explained everything thoroughly. She could not have been more thorough. Her pleasant personality was exceptional. We were treated to gifts upon arrival. We have been traveling for more than 50 years and never had a better welcome / check in anywhere else. We have stayed at some of the finest hotels in New York City and the check-in service that we received from Nomarie was simply the best. It must be said that everyone that works here does an excellent job. I highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed at this Hotel just last week, from May 3rd to May 10th, and we are still talking about how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we checked in, we received such a warm and personalized welcome that immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable throughout our stay. We also absolutely loved the breakfast offered at the hotel. The restaurant staff was always kind, friendly, and welcoming, and their excellent service truly made our mornings even more enjoyable. This was actually our second time staying at this hotel, and without a doubt, we will return again in the future. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We simply loved it.

My family and I stayed for 3 days the hotel reservation agent failed to inform me of the incidentals that would be charged upon arriving so be prepared for that. I checked out and the next day I was still receiving charges I called and was told they had a new system in place and it had charges that were not processed lucky me. There is a restaurant right in the front lobby of the hotel literally in the check in area people were sitting at tables eating next to the elevator it’s not a comfortable environment. The hotel is listed as a resort there are no resort amenities at all just resort fees. Our room was loud and noisy from ongoing construction one day we had windows the next they were covered with plastic no one mentioned it. I was told when I booked the breakfast was complimentary when I arrived I found out it was $25 per person so be prepared for that. Parking is $35 a night with very few handicap spaces available so if you need accommodations as we did be prepared to suffer. Hotel staff was not friendly the first day we arrived this being our first time in Florida visiting with Hilton you just expect a better experience. The a/c is not positioned well so it blows directly on you at night it leaves you freezing, but turn it off you will melt. Bring your own pillows the ones provided offer zero neck support. The microwave in our room burned the cups I was told were microwaveable, it smelled like fire for the rest of the trip. I’m not chasing any response because Hilton is absolutely not going to do anything and I mean nothing about any complaints you have just leaving this to inform anyone who may be reading reviews prepare yourself for overcharges, outrageous prices, and mediocre customer service.

Orlando locals and Hilton members, we stayed here while attending the Bananaball games at ESPN. One of the more established hotels on the Boulevard, I was blown away at how clean, modern and well kept this hotel was. The rooms were large and updated. They have a market with groceries and sundries and my favorite, enjoy coffee in the morning, either freshly brewed or from this awesome machine that made great cappuccino-for $5! The hotel has a bar open till midnight and a breakfast buffet; we had no time to eat, but I walked in and the food looked great. They also have a nice pool area and pool bar. I really have to give kudos to the staff who always had a smile, but to Roy the front valet, I have to give extra kudos. He was so generous when we were getting ready to leave; there were no carts and we had quite a few packages and he offered to come up and help us bring them down. He is a huge asset to this hotel, and everyone I saw him connect with he was always smiling. We will definitely consider this hotel again instead of on-site Disney properties for staycations in the future!

We have stayed at the Doubletree at Disney Springs twice and have three more stays booked here because we have had excellent experiences both on-site and ahead of time with customer service. Our last stay was in December, 2025 so this is long overdue, but that was the first trip we utilized the walking path to Disney Springs, and it is a huge perk of staying here. While it is the farthest from Disney Springs of the Disney Springs area hotels, the walk to the gate is around 15 minutes and easily bypasses the heavy traffic that can be found in the area, especially during the holidays. We love the spacious one-bedroom suites and we love that they are both dog and cat-friendly -- something that cannot be said about the Disney resorts collection. And while we sometimes miss the Disney theming at on-site resorts, the reasonable prices, huge quiet rooms, and compact footprint of DoubleTree make it our go-to spot to stay when visiting Disney. While you do incur some additional charges like resort fees and parking, the Hilton website is very open with the charges and even allows you to add on parking and pet fees in advance so you have an accurate idea of the total cost when booking. It also often still works out to be less than Disney's moderate resorts, which is what I would compare this to. The pool is nice and well-kept for the size of the resort, and there is both a restaurant and pool bar on site in case you don't want to leave the hotel. And in addition to being within walking distance from Disney Springs, it's also only a few minutes drive from other great restaurants in the area. And while the rooms and amenities are definitely a big reason we come back, I have also had nothing but exceptional customer service from everyone I have spoken with at the hotel -- from helping with bookings to chatting about room assignments and preferences through the Hilton app pre-arrival, our experience has been excellent.
