This was my initial experience at an all-inclusive resort. Upon arrival, the room was not adequately cleaned, but following our request for daily full housekeeping service, the cleaning improved significantly the following morning. The quality of the buffet food could have been better, although the standard provided is generally expected for an all-you-can-eat format. The resort offered nightly shows and children's activities, providing entertainment beyond the swimming pools and drinks. The Italian restaurant was particularly impressive, with superb service from Yoldi, who we highly recommend requesting. We were unable to experience the French restaurant as we were with our children. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to preferred rooms, which provided access to preferred pools, butler services, and a private lounge. Overall, we had a wonderful time with our family on our first international trip with our three children, aged 12, 7, and 3. I wish the beach water were clearer; it was quite "muddy," resembling lake water, which was attributable to the abundance of seaweed. For a future visit, I would be interested in exploring alternative resort options to establish a basis for comparison, although I was not at all disappointed with this experience.

First off, our server Rigoberto was absolutely fantastic. Extremely professional and so wonderful with my family. another recognizable employee was Stalin. He was constantly working in the activities and the shows. He was so much fun and truly good at what he does. I would definately recommend Dreams Flora Resort to others. The food was fantastic, the resort was beautiful and all of the employees were very friendly. thank you so much. Again I will be telling others to visit your resort as we loved it !!!!! Keep up the good work. Oh….another thing every show we saw in the evening was incredible. all the entertainers were great!! Everyone was so talented, we truly enjoyed all the shows.

Amazing 7-night stay at Dreams Flora We have just returned from 7 amazing days at Dreams Flora and honestly cannot fault our experience from start to finish. We stayed in a Preferred adjoining room in Block 5 with our 13- and 15-year-old, and the room was massive, cleaned every day, and perfect for our family. Every member of staff we met was brilliant, but we especially loved Jonathan and Michael in Sea Grill. This was our favourite restaurant the food and service were both fantastic. We also went to the hibachi show, which the kids absolutely loved, and the food was beautiful. We didn’t manage to try the Mexican or French restaurants, but every meal we did have was amazing quality. The drinks were great at all the bars, although we especially loved our pool bar. The beach was stunning and cleaned every day. We had read about sea grass before going, but we didn’t find it bad at all. Overall, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The whole holiday was amazing and we cannot wait to book again. Highly recommend Dreams Flora!

We spent 9 days and were taken care of so well from the waitresses Lusi Neftali and Camila showed us so much love and care every day and really made us feel like family. The entertainment team rovinson & andres kept us active & entertained our whole trip while also making sure we always had a familiar face around us. From the dancing to the activities they were truly the best. Wily made sure this entire experience was flawless from start to end. The food was great , Spa was amazing ! We did the full hydrotherapy message and facial and it was worth it. I will be coming back and recommending to anyone thinking of coming to punta cana.

Me and my husband absolutely loved this resort. Staying at this resort is like your are in a movie. It is so dreamy. The staff was some of the nicest people I have ever met. Our butler Arjenis was so friendly and on top of everything. The maids cleaned our room everyday and do a great job. Me and my husband don’t drink alcohol but whenever we ordered a non alcoholic drink the bar tenders were kind and always happy to do it. Unlike our experience in Cancun where we felt judged. We’ve traveled to Cancun and Hawaii and this was the best piña colada we’ve ever had. We love how many options there were for dinner. We love how easy it was to work with them to get us back to the airport.
