The resort was beautiful! There were multiple pools, some with swim up bars, and the beach was great! The rooms were clean, there was a nice variety of food and restaurants. The staff was exceptional! Eddy, bartender at Rendezvous, was great! Always welcoming us with high fives and making us delicious drinks! We had a fabulous waitress, Patria, who was so friendly and felt like an addition to our friend group! This is definitely a resort I would visit again!

This resort is truly one of the best I’ve ever visited. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. The food exceeded my expectations—everything was fresh and delicious, especially the à la carte restaurants. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Kids Club. My children had an amazing time! A very special thank you to Laurys, Leonela, Yonersy, Saulina, and Yuleisy—they are absolutely wonderful and caring. The activities were fun and engaging, the space was spotless, and they went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday truly memorable. They made our entire experience unforgettable, and I will definitely be returning with my kids. Thank you to all the staff for making our vacation so special and enjoyable!

Dreams Flora is a beautiful resort. The service and staff were truly amazing, and our concierge, Oliver Dominguez was outstanding!!! We extend our gratitude to Oliver for taking such great care of my family and our needs. Honestly, "Preferred" was a total rip-off at this resort. It was no different from the regular service. What's worse, one particular day my family was the only one singled out and asked if we were "Preferred" when we entered that section during our stay. They should really have wristbands, like other resorts, so anyone can't just go into the Preferred areas. And get this, the liquor in the Preferred sections was the exact same as the regular sections. So, yeah, Preferred is a complete waste of money until they upgrade their liquor selection and start using wristbands. Only place you can get top shelf is in the Preferred lounge check in. The swim-out feature was disappointing, as some lacked proper steps for water access, and the cabana was continously affected by bird droppings making not safe to lay on especially up under the trees. Finally, the culinary offerings were a huge disappointment The Himitsu restaurant, however, stood out as the highlight of our dining experiences.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish! The service truly made our vacation unforgettable. A special thank you to Jose, our butler, who constantly checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that our rooms were always comfortable and taken care of. His attention to detail and kindness did not go unnoticed. Jose and Rauly at the Preferred Club swim-up bar were absolutely incredible — so friendly, welcoming, and always making sure we had drinks in hand and were having a great time. They brought such a fun and positive energy every day! And Morphy was the absolute best when it came to towel service. Always friendly, helpful, and on top of everything with a smile. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make you feel special and relaxed. We had such a memorable experience and can’t wait to come back. We’ll definitely be back next year!

I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in my life, but this one is by far superior. Extremely clean, amazing food, and incredibly warm and happy staff. Every day, there are special little events, and you can truly feel the effort and care that goes into making everything special. The resort is the perfect size — not too small, not too big. What stood out the most to me was the lush greenery everywhere. The name really fits the place 🌿 The resort was recently renovated, so everything feels modern and up to date. A special thank you to Kelvin (pool), Jonathan (buffet), Raouly (bar) and his crew, Jeffry (buffet), and the beautiful buffet hostess, who always has a smile. Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we will definitely be back next year. Thank you!!
