Renovation announcements for Grand Palladium Bávaro Resort & Spa

Due to renovation works in Grand Palladium Bávaro Resort & Spa from April 1st to December 14th, 2025, some facilities will be closed during this period. The facilities that will be renovated during this period are:

  • La Lola restaurant
  • Bamboo restaurant
  • La Catedral restaurant
  • La Adelita Restaurant
  • La Paisana Restaurant
  • Pools and bars located in Grand Palladium Bávaro

Pools and bars located in Grand Palladium Bávaro. In addition, starting March 31th, the Xtra Time service will be temporarily relocated to the Hemingway cocktail bar area until the reopening of Grand Palladium Select Bávaro. Last of all, the Junior Club will be temporarily relocated to the Kids' Club area.

During this period, Grand Palladium Palace Resort, Spa & Casino will continue operating to provide services and offer alternatives to the areas under renovation.

From December 14th, 2025, Grand Palladium Palace Resort, Spa & Casino will offer different services and facilities until now. Grand Palladium Palace Resort, Spa & Casino will continue offering its current facilities and will keep sharing the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa facilities. However, guests staying at Grand Palladium Palace Resort, Spa & Casino, won't be able to access to Grand Palladium Select Bávaro and Family Selection at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro facilities.

The facilities no longer available will be:

  • Lobbies, bars, shops and pools located at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro and Family Selection at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro
  • La Lola Restaurant
  • Bamboo Restaurant
  • La Catedral Restaurant

For more detailed information, it is recommended to consult the hotel, as this configuration may have additional adjustments.

This was our third stay at Grand Palladium. You really do feel like you go from guests to family. We are bravaro travel club members, but with bravaro under renovations I wasnt sure what to expect. Our room was perfect, we had 3 girls in a loft bedroom. Plenty of room and space for the 3 of us. The entertainment this year was awesome, the palace lobby had alot of show nights as well as we did the white party and the chic cabaret. THE FOOD, I felt this year was the best out of the 3 years I have been there. Buffets had a ton of options and the a la cartes, were so good. My favorite restaurants were Sumptori, Helios, Caprichios, Bhogii. The beach was stunning. The spa was a 10/10 of course. We did a private party boat excursion that was also 10/10. This resort is truly the best of the best, from the facilities, entertainment, food, beaches to the people. We really do feel like family here. HUGE shout out to Maritza for always making sure we have everything we need, checking in on us (before, during and after our stay) we love seeing her every year. Another huge shoutout to Christopher and Julio, our drivers for the week. They were so kind, funny, and always willing to drive us around. They were also very fast to communicate with on WhatsApp on the resort. Another huge shoutout to our Palace lobby bartenders/ servers... Jyostin, Angelique, Lyuigi, John, although we just met Angelique this year, we have known the other boys for 3 years. Every time we see them they are just as happy to see us, as we are of them. They know our orders off by heart, they are kind, sweet, and funny. We go for a drink before supper every night just to see them. They all treated us so good. We love our nights at the lobby and WE LOVE YOUU!!! ❤️ can't wait to come back next year xoxo Victoria and the girls 💕

I stayed at Puna cana building 40. Room was beautiful and the private swim up was amazing. Maritiza was so kind and helpful. She always makes us feel like home away from home. She makes sure all the details are what you asked for. She planned our dinner reservations and anything and everything we needed she took care of immediately. Shes so good at her job and always greets you with a beautiful smile. She makes sure your vacation is relaxing and fun. I tried several restaurants and most were really good. David at Helios was extremely helpful to me because I have a nut allergy and he made sure I had no problems. He also told all the restaurant managers so i wouldn't have issues anywhere i went. Osias also made sure i got everything i needed and always stopped at the table to check on me. Such a wonderful young man.Stephanie and Angela are a good hostesses always trying to help everyone find a good table. Jesus i think is his name manager at La Boheme made sure we were taken care of and that we got whatever we wanted both times we went. He even helped get me a special dessert. Angel from travel club always makes sure to greet me and see if he can do anything to help me. Estarlin is one of the nicest guys there he always greets you with a big smile and he doesn't forget you. Humburto at travel club lobby is the best bar tender around. He will find a drink you like even if he makes it up on the go.The travel club drivers. Ovandy Christopher Felix Jhan Carlos Edwaurdo Caleb Jouquin have all been there a while abd take excellent care of me anytime I am there. They are all so much much fun and always make the best of it. Im sure I forgot some people. there are many great employss that go above and beyond. Only think I would improve is POP . Used to be a fun time dancing with them but something has changed. Shaggy, Cappuccino used to really make things fun and get people dancing and party going. Lately just not same. Bring back Shaggy and Cappuccino or someone that bring that energy please. Thank you

The bathrooms in the rooms really need upgrading. I was put in a room with a loft which had mold and the front desk manager didnt want to move us. After insisting, i was finally helped and even upgraded. Overall the service is great but Ambar in customer service should not be customer facing as she is nasty and clearly has a chip on her shoulder. Indry, a trainee, was fantastic! Food is good. They are properly staffed and most staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would revisit but hope Ambar has been moved by then.

I had a wonderful holiday at the Grand Palladium. The resort was beautiful, clean, and offered everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to Estiven from the entertainment team — he was absolutely excellent! His energy, professionalism, and ability to get everyone involved made every activity fun and memorable. The entertainment overall was very good, but Estiven truly stood out. I would definitely return and recommend the Grand Palladium to anyone looking for a great vacation with top-notch entertainment.

What a wonderful experience! The entertainment staff were attentive, the activities were excellent, the food was top-notch, and Mara Villa Julio was so cheerful, with his unique charisma and enthusiasm. He was so active with us—how could we not return? And Yojanci, the bartender, was also very active and an excellent employee; you should definitely consider him more often.
