The food was easy and great! The service is beyond good. We stayed at the preferred side and were taken care of by Amelia and Rosie daily. They were so polite and prompt with us. The rooms were nice, the location to everything was so easy. It never was overwhelming with people, it never felt crowded or congested at anytime. I had a fantastic experience at all of the a la carte as well. Alejandro was a host with the most. I was impressed with the staff's promptness and straight forward approach dealing with allergies as well. So efficient and so personalized should you make it known to your server.

This resort is amazing! It has exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful and very well kept. ALL of the staff is extremely friendly. We loved our beach waitress Domaday, she made our experience on the beach so much fun and she always had a drink in our hands. The Sakura restaurant was very delicious, and Santa and Eury were incredible. I highly recommend this resort to all!

Antonio, our butler met us on our first day with the other valet workers at the front of the hotel ! Being greeted with such beautiful smiles, and enthusiasm was absolutely inviting and set the tone for our friend’s wedding week and so Heartwarming. Sakura staff and chefs were friendly and entertaining! the chefs - Roman and watson at the hut who prepared burgers and tacos were friendly and warm!.Francesco was an amazing server at Mare tonight! this is just day 1 of 4 days. it will be a wonderful stay here i know it!

William was amazing for us when serving us our bed n breakfast this morning. He took an interest in us, where we’re from and how our vacation has been. This has been the same with all the staff. Overall we’ve had a very experience of Dreams La Romana. All the staff are so friendly, greeting you each time you walk past them and going out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The restaurants are great also. There are several different ones, each with its own country’s theme. This helps ensure your time doesn’t become too repetitive.

This is an amazing hotel, but it's more than that. It's a full service resort. The staff is completely professional and dedicated to service and excellence. The rooms are beautiful and the ocean is as clear as can be. You can snorkel, you can swim, you can scooby dive. You can kayak, you can take out catamaran. You can have any food imaginable and catered to your taste. Buffet for every meal and plenty of restaurants to choose from. I was here for over a week and was not bored ever. There is a kids club and lively nightly entertainment. Highly highly recommend this for anyone looking to truly vacation and disconnect.
