Dreams Macao Beach Resort was absolutely amazing and such a beautiful property from start to finish. The beach was gorgeous, and with no seaweed, the ocean was so enjoyable and perfect! The nightly entertainment was fantastic, and the staff made the experience even better with how friendly and welcoming they were. A special shout out to Little Dancer, who was truly exceptional and brought so much fun and energy to the resort. We especially LOVED the Preferred Club adults-only pool. Moises and Rosy went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They took the time to get to know us and made sure every little detail was taken care of, from where we wanted to lounge every day and what drinks we preferred, which made us feel so well cared for and appreciated. If we had any issue at all, the staff handled it quickly and kindly, always making things right. Their level of service really stood out and made this one of the most enjoyable stays we have had.

Our stay at Dreams Macao Punta Cana was absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single employee we encountered was so lovely, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The level of service here is beyond exceptional. A special shoutout to Francheska at the beach bar, Willy Wonka, and Tairie for going above and beyond to make our trip so memorable. Their energy, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel so special throughout our stay. One of the best things about this resort is how much there is to do internally — there’s truly no reason to leave the property because they offer so many activities, entertainment options, and amenities. It made the entire vacation feel relaxing and effortless. Although our group didn’t have kids with us, we couldn’t help but notice how incredible the staff was with children. You could tell they genuinely cared about the families staying there — we even saw kids running up to hug staff members later in the day after recognizing them. It was such a sweet thing to witness and really speaks to the warmth and friendliness of the team. We also appreciated that most, if not all, employees spoke English, which made communication very easy and comfortable. We are already planning our next trip back. Thank you to the entire Dreams Macao team for such an incredible experience!

The staff make this resort extra special. My sons especially loved entertainer Babyface IYKYK. The resort is clean & has plenty to do for every age. Food was nothing special but we always found something for everyone. The beach is great! We brought our two kids, 7 & 10, and they had a blast! Great family resort. Chairs by pools can be hard to come by on busy days. Beds were comfortable.

Recently stayed at Dreams Macao Beach for a week stay with 9 family members. The overall trip was fantastic. The facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. The resort was large enough to feel grand, yet not too overwhelming in size. Meal options were better than expected. Our favorite part of the trip was the staff. So many key staff truly made this a memorable experience, especially for our 11 year old daughter. Victor, Baby Face and especially Diana (from the entertainment team) took to my daughter with a level of genuine care and excitement. These three really made the trip special for her! Another shout out to Omar, our butler. He took exceptional care of us too. Overall, the staff throughout the resort were incredible. The only bummer (for those who haven't visited the resort) is that the ocean was a bit rough which seems to be the reason why on-site water sports weren't an option. We did miss the ability for kayaking, pedal boats, snorkeling, and paddle boarding that we do enough at other resorts. The pools were great, but we didn't get much ocean time in.
