We loved our stay here. They are great with kids, the facility is clean, some of the cleanest public bathrooms in any resort or hotel, the drinks are good quality not watered down or cheap brands. The food was the best. We loved each restaurant and the buffet. The Spa was incredible. Very impressed by all aspects of this resort.

My wife and I stayed at Dreams Macao the first week of February and despite a little bit of rain the weather was fantastic. The waves on the beach were too rough for swimming, but I feel they enhanced the quality of the scenery. It truly is a beautiful beach. The pool with the swim-up bar and the lazy river was where we spent most of our time. Both areas can get busy, but if you choose your spot early, say after breakfast, you are sure to have a good time. The best part about our stay was the friendly, efficient, and quality service provided by all of the staff at the resort. The dancers and entertainment team do an amazing job of bringing the fun. The bar and waitstaff were all attentive and prompt. Kenny, Cookie, Cristy, Babyface, and many others made us feel welcome and want to visit again. Would recommend.

e just returned from an amazing stay at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana, and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. First off, the staff truly make this resort special. Miguel, our Unlimited Vacation Club rep, was fantastic. Even though we chose not to purchase a package, he remained friendly, professional, and made a point to say hello to us every day — no pressure, just great service. Elbierto, our waiter/butler, was incredibly attentive and checked in with us daily to make sure everything was perfect. That level of service goes a long way on vacation. We booked snorkeling and surf lessons with Rocky at Sea Pro and had a great experience — professional, easy to deal with, and well organized. The food and bar service were excellent throughout the resort. A special shoutout to: Julio at the Preferred breakfast bar and patio — absolutely amazing service. Anderson, who was a great server. Nixon at the water park bar — biggest smile on the resort and always made you feel welcome. Luis at the taco truck — awesome spot for a quick bite. The Coco Arena team was also fantastic. We bowled and played pool almost nightly, and Deury and Dalian were great hosts who kept the energy up and made it fun every time. The entertainment genuinely surprised us — the shows are very well done, and the cast and crew are outgoing and talented. And keep in mind, this is coming from a blue-collar guy who doesn’t usually rave about resort shows. They were impressive. The bars are great overall, but do yourself a favor and hit up the beach bar, grab a swing seat, and just enjoy the view. The beach was the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a resort — absolutely spotless. Honestly, it feels like the best-kept secret of the property. As for comments about the resort being “worn,” I’d say it’s normal wear from use and climate. From what we saw, the building upkeep and grounds maintenance are top notch. This is definitely a family-friendly resort, but it doesn’t feel like a “kid resort” if you’re traveling as adults. We came with our 16- and 13-year-olds, and they never once said they were bored or complained — which says a lot. There’s plenty for teens to do. Overall, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Great service, clean beach, strong entertainment, and lots to do. We’d absolutely return

The staff make this resort extra special. My sons especially loved entertainer Babyface IYKYK. The resort is clean & has plenty to do for every age. Food was nothing special but we always found something for everyone. The beach is great! We brought our two kids, 7 & 10, and they had a blast! Great family resort. Chairs by pools can be hard to come by on busy days. Beds were comfortable.
