I spent almost a month in Cancun, staying at several hotels, including Dreams Sands Cancun. It was my first hotel upon arrival, and after experiencing other resorts, I was so impressed that I decided to return for another stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A staff member opened my taxi door, assisted with my luggage, provided a luggage receipt, and ensured my belongings were taken care of while I checked in. I was also welcomed with a glass of wine, which was a lovely touch. Although my room wasn’t ready until the official 3 p.m. check-in time, I was allowed to enjoy the resort’s facilities, food, and drinks while waiting. I spent the afternoon relaxing on the beautiful beach, which made the wait worthwhile. What truly sets Dreams Sands apart is its outstanding service and attention to detail. The complimentary 24-hour room service was a major highlight. Unlike other all-inclusive hotels I visited, where in-room dining attracted additional charges, Dreams Sands included it at no extra cost. I also appreciated having access to food throughout the day and night, with dining options available at virtually any hour. Another feature I particularly appreciated was having a Smart TV in the room, for those moments when I simply wanted to unwind in the comfort of my room. Surprisingly, several other hotels I visited in Cancun didn’t have Smart TVs, so this was a welcome bonus. Housekeeping was equally impressive. The team was consistently attentive, and reception would even call to check whether I needed cleaning services or anything else if my room hadn’t been serviced. The food was delicious and good most days, restaurant staff were generally wonderful, and the resort offered a great variety of activities. A couple of areas could benefit from improvement: The designated beach areas for vacation club members and regular guests could be more clearly marked to prevent accidental misunderstandings. While I completely understand that different membership categories come with different privileges, clearer signage and a gentler approach when redirecting guests would make the experience more comfortable for everyone. Another thoughtful gesture came just 24 hours before checkout, when reception called to confirm whether I needed an airport transfer after noticing that I wasn’t on their schedule. I was genuinely impressed by their attention to detail and proactive approach to guest care. They also offered assistance with my luggage, and true to their word, a staff member arrived promptly at our agreed time to collect my bags directly from my room. This thoughtful service made the entire checkout process seamless and completely stress-free. It’s these little touches that truly set Dreams Sands apart! Overall, Dreams Sands Cancun was one of the best hotels I experienced during my month in Cancun. The warm welcome, exceptional room service, attentive housekeeping, excellent dining flexibility, and thoughtful staff made my stay truly memorable. The few areas for improvement were minor compared with the overwhelmingly positive experience. I enjoyed my stay so much that I returned after visiting other hotels, and I would happily do so again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality, comfort, and excellent all-inclusive service in Cancun!

During my recent visit to Cancun, from May 29th to June 2nd, I consistently experienced exceptional service and remarkable culinary offerings at your establishment. The staff consistently demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and respect towards all guests. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the individuals who contributed to making our vacation truly outstanding. Specifically, I commend Lisiadro and Pascual from the Olea restaurant by the pool for their excellent assistance, and supervisors Andy and Federico, also from Olea, for their diligent oversight of our dining experience. Furthermore, I extend my gratitude to Guadalupe at the buffet area, who promptly and effectively resolved a dietary request for my child, ensuring a satisfactory outcome. Thank you.

The rooms and the hotel were beautiful. The time we spent there was awesome. Great views the water was clear and lots of activities to do. We ate at all the restaurants, and the best was the buffet. The app runs on military time so a bit confusing but you get the hang of it. The pools were great and the service next to the pools were great. Shout out to Elvin at the pool side bar he was great. I want to say im glad we stayed there and we will return and do recommended this resort.

We spent our honeymoon at Dreams Sands Cancun, and it was such a wonderful experience! 🌴🤍 From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed and could truly relax and enjoy our time together. The staff deserves a special mention, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The service was excellent without ever feeling intrusive, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food. There was a great variety at the buffet, and the à la carte restaurants offered delicious options as well. We never ran out of things to try! There’s always something happening around the resort, with activities throughout the day, but you can just as easily find a quiet spot by the pool or beach and completely switch off. And a big "chapeau bas" to the entertainment team! They brought so much energy and fun to the resort and really know how to keep everyone smiling and involved. 🎉 Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation, good food, entertainment, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful people. We made beautiful memories here and are leaving with nothing but great things to say about our honeymoon at Dreams Sands Cancun. Highly recommended! 🌊☀️

This may be one of the loveliest beaches for families with small children. The water is wonderfully calm, making it an easy and relaxing place to spend the day with little ones. Our room was not quite the same as the one shown in the promotional materials, which was somewhat disappointing, but it was nevertheless very comfortable. The staff was consistently warm and attentive and made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. The food, however, could certainly be improved. It was perhaps the weakest part of an otherwise pleasant experience. Overall, we had a lovely time here. The calm, beautiful beach is the real highlight and, especially when traveling with young children, a very good reason to visit.
