What sets this hotel apart is the incredible animation team at the hotel who work so hard and keep everyone entertained and having a good time. From day one, they built such genuine, kind relationships with our children. They encouraged everyone to join in, and created such a warm, fun atmosphere that our kids felt comfortable immediately. It was actually the first time our children have ever asked to go to the mini club — which says everything! Each day was filled with activities, games, and fun and the evening shows were fantastic — hilarious, energetic, and so entertaining for both kids. Their dedication really makes this hotel special. As parents, it meant we could truly relax!! A huge thank you to the animation team for working so hard and making our family holiday memorable.

We loved our stay! We got a complimentary room upgrade which was Lovley. The food was overall quite good, some things were lacking a bit but as it was a buffet it didn’t really matter as you could just got more of somthing else. Breakfast and lunch were the best, the only thing breakfast was missing was fresh berries like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Our room was Lovley, had a balcony bigger than the room, the only thing is that there were quite a few tiny ants on the dressing table, they didn’t bother us tho. I would say overall it was very clean, the cold pool was very cold as we went at the start of Feb. The activities were very good and diverse, I think they need a bit more organisation though. The places to meet weren’t very apparent. I would also say the it was more of an older setting as we are a young couple we felt we were the youngest by quite a bit, we didn’t mind this tho as everyone was Lovley! Location is great, short scooter ride into the town.

The hotel and grounds are well maintained. Ruben in the entertainment team is great! Very lively and engaging with the entire family, ensured kids club was an enjoyable place and kids were happy, always smiling and welcoming when you see him! Definitely the stand out member of the team, the evening mini club would be better if Pepe was out longer for the kids. Location of the hotel is okay, on the beach and near the airport - not much to do around the hotel. Food is okay, fresh cooking stations and plenty of choice.

Excellent customer service, staff were friendly and polite, and really made us welcome. Location is a short 20m from the airport, near the beach and a short walk from the town. It is worth noting that the hotel is directly under the flight path, so you will see and hear planes overhead. The food was as expected for an all inclusive, some of the nights were better than others. Lunch and breakfast were reliable. The main area for improvement is the service to the rooms, they should provide bottled water daily. We consistently found ourselves thirsty and having to plan evening trips to the bars to get water. Some of the towels provided had holes and tears to them and were not clean enough - the attention to detail isn't there. The free roaming cats were lovely, and it was nice to see the local wildlife in the hotel grounds, such as hedgehogs.

We stayed in Feb 2026, for 7 nights HB. A very mixed experience overall. The hotel is grand on its entrance with a welcoming Prosecco upon check-in. The entertainment team are amazing! Shout out to Ruben for the amazing Sangria and Gulia too! They really entertain the kids with care and compassion. The shows they put on every night are great and entertaining. The food is okay, above average with a themed night each day. Waiting staff can be rude on occasion but largely friendly and happy to help. Our biggest disappointment was the fact we had ants in the room intermittently throughout our stay. Naturally in a hot climate it was to be expected a little, (not our first time in the Canaries) but they were in every corner of every room including on the toilet seat. By the 2nd day we spoke to reception manager who refused to move us to a new room on two occasions. It felt our voices certainly were not heard. We asked for cleaning every day given the fact they wouldn’t move rooms, this didn’t happen, so we had to keep on top of this ourselves. Unfortunately the ants got all over the kids tablets and suitcases so we spent some hours cleaning these rather than enjoying the facilities. We were asked for anonymous feedback on day 1 of our stay( but I purposely left my details) to which I mentioned ants in our room. No body got back to us, none of the management team followed this up, nor did anyone keep in touch with our regarding this issue. That was very disappointing considering they advertise themselves as a 4 star hotel. I had/have pictures and videos to prove to hotel management, but the fact they didn’t follow this up is upsetting and makes me think twice of staying here again. Location is great and close to the beach front. The entertainment team is by far the the best part of this hotel, if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have enjoyed our stay. I think hotel management need to take into account customers feelings and experience in the future. No point offering Prosecco when you arrive when you can’t keep simple hygiene up to scratch and follow up with customers on their complaints.
