The food and pool facilities are genuinely excellent, and the children really enjoyed themselves. Unfortunately, a couple of frustrating hotel policies let the whole experience down. Firstly, after midnight, the hotel switches off the balcony lighting, effectively forcing guests indoors. As a father, once my children are asleep, I would like to be able to sit outside on the balcony I have paid for, relax and read a book. Instead, the hotel decides when your evening is over. This is particularly disappointing for a hotel charging premium prices. Secondly, the air conditioning appears to be centrally controlled by the hotel. For example, despite setting our room to 15°C, the temperature remained at 23°C. We complained three times, but nothing changed. What is the point of having individual temperature controls if guests cannot actually control the temperature? Individually, these might seem like minor issues, but when you are paying a considerable amount for a family holiday, you expect a certain level of comfort and freedom. The staff were not particularly helpful in resolving either issue, although I do not blame them personally, as these appear to be hotel policies rather than decisions made by individual employees. Despite the excellent food, pool and the children’s enjoyment, I would not return under the current circumstances. However, if the hotel addressed these issues, I would happily stay again. There is a lot to like about this hotel, which makes these unnecessary restrictions all the more frustrating. At these prices, guests should have more control over their own comfort and experience.

We loved our stay! We got a complimentary room upgrade which was Lovley. The food was overall quite good, some things were lacking a bit but as it was a buffet it didn’t really matter as you could just got more of somthing else. Breakfast and lunch were the best, the only thing breakfast was missing was fresh berries like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Our room was Lovley, had a balcony bigger than the room, the only thing is that there were quite a few tiny ants on the dressing table, they didn’t bother us tho. I would say overall it was very clean, the cold pool was very cold as we went at the start of Feb. The activities were very good and diverse, I think they need a bit more organisation though. The places to meet weren’t very apparent. I would also say the it was more of an older setting as we are a young couple we felt we were the youngest by quite a bit, we didn’t mind this tho as everyone was Lovley! Location is great, short scooter ride into the town.

We had a wonderful holiday! The food was delicious, and all the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the entertainment team! They organised great activities, lovely shows, and themed nights with professional singers. The Mini Club was the best part of our holiday. My daughter didn’t miss a single day because she loved it so much. A special mention to the girl at the Mini Club. She was always smiling and so kind. My son adored her, and every time he saw her, he would ask for a hug. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

This is our first time at the hotel and the inland and we were very impressed. Our room was very spacious and the balcony was also big, with pool and see views. The hotel itself is very big and very well presented. Yes it’s maybe a bit dated in bits, but the rooms and reception are modern and the bar and restaurant is is also clean with a very nice vibe. What we did notice was the lack of ants, which is surprising, as most hotels have this issue due to food being left around etc, but this hotel doesn’t seem to suffer from this issue. The food in all the restaurants are very nice too and a good variety with the safe options of pizza, burgers and chips for us Brits. But what makes all hotels are the staff, whom were all pleasant and well presented, but a special mention has to go to the entertainment team. They have the thankless task of keeping us all entertain and they do an ace job and all seem to enjoy their job, with a special mention to the Lion King show. This was done to a very good standard, with very good costume as and a team that clearly put a lot of effort into this show and seemed to enjoy executing it to a very good standard.cant speak highly enough of them

Great resort for a sunny holidays. Huge swimming pool and nice and comfy rooms, beautiful sea view, would give it all mark of 8/9. Quality of food and drinks are not excellent, a fair 6.5/7 mark. They do have cool activities.. special shout out to Animation team and Ale who were leading some of the activities. Also Regina and staff from the bars who are great people!! Overall experience rate is a 8.5. Really wish food and drinks were a bit better, but they do have a nice variety, and we paid for an all inclusive, but in fact, it is not really all inclusive, some things are paid. They have a secondary restaurant that you have to pay for dinner and most of the special drinks are paid too. Even though, I loved the experience and would definitely come back.
