We stayed at this hotel with my family and had a great experience. The hotel is located close to the airport and has a first-line ocean location, which is very convenient. The rooms are quite outdated, which does affect the overall impression of the hotel. However, the food is excellent truly very tasty and of high quality. The staff are amazing: always helpful, willing to accommodate requests, supportive, and friendly. A huge credit goes to them 10000% positive experience with the team. We have stayed many times in different 4- and 5-star hotels in the Canary Islands, and objectively speaking, this 4-star hotel offers excellent value for the price.

After working so hard all around the year looking for a lovely holiday we landed up with this hotel once we booked it via easyJet. We were so disappointed with our Room and also the service we received. The photos and the videos are not really what the hotel offers it’s a false image. We went down to the spa to have a relaxing massage to find several things not working and also mould dripping from the ceiling Our bed very uncomfortable, the junior suites didn’t even have any pots or pans in it and after requesting several times we did eventually got a few items but they were reluctant to help us with any more. The sofa bed that we had in our room was very uncomfortable to sit and watch TV and relax. We had to ask for several blankets to be positioned underneath the cushions to support our backs and from the flimsy foam cushions. The gym was absolutely awful lots of items not working or broken. Food was very greasy tasteless and working in Catering wouldn’t recommend this as a holiday destination. Staff friendly. Noisy as it’s too close to the airport with planes flying over. We did complain to easyJet and all we got was a £50 voucher after spending £1700 for Two on a weeks holiday.

HONEST REVIEW We stayed for 2 nights and were hoping for a room with a beach view. We were given a Junior Suite on the ground floor, but unfortunately the view wasn’t great. Considering we were only there for a short stay, it would have been nice to be given a room with a better view. The dinner was also a little disappointing. There wasn’t a huge selection and the food didn’t taste the best. However, the breakfast was much better and we enjoyed that each morning. We were also disappointed that the spa was closed during our stay, as we were looking forward to using it. On top of that, we found out that the spa isn’t included in the hotel price and requires an additional charge, which was disappointing. The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location. The beach is right next to the hotel, which was fantastic, and the shopping centre is only around a 15-minute walk away along a lovely scenic route. The evening entertainment wasn’t amazing, but it was okay and gave guests something to do. If having a particular view is important to you, I would recommend contacting the hotel before your stay and letting them know your preference, as this may help avoid disappointment on arrival. Also be prepared for the wind – it is no joke! It can be much windier than expected, so pack accordingly. Overall, the location was the highlight of our stay, but the room view, dinner experience and spa situation could definitely be improved.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel I should warn anyone considering this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like a boarding house than a hotel. The lobby was dark, empty and furnished with old, uncomfortable chairs. Even the lobby bar didn’t open until 5:30 pm. Our room was disappointing too. The furniture was old, and as a couple we were given two single beds pushed together. The beds constantly moved apart, and we actually fell into the gap more than once. We asked to change rooms but were told that all rooms were the same. There were also €10 deposits for pool towels and a charge to exchange them for clean ones — something I have never experienced in a proper all-inclusive hotel. The most unpleasant experience involved the pool and a receptionist named Iliana. There were no signs indicating where smoking was prohibited, and ashtrays were placed next to the sun loungers. Yet several days into our stay, she approached us and told us smoking was not allowed in that area. When I asked why nobody had told us earlier, she said: “I’m not obliged to tell you that.” Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. What made this even worse was that we later spoke to the manager and were told that smoking actually WAS allowed in the exact area where we had been sitting. Finally, the checkout experience was unbelievable. We were on an all-inclusive package, but after checkout my plate was taken away just as I was about to eat. Apparently, even letting a guest finish a meal was too much to ask. The food was also almost identical throughout the entire week. The only real positive for us was the beautiful, clear ocean water, although it was cold. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it falls far below the standard I expect from a hotel, especially one selling itself as an all-inclusive resort.

Stunning view from the Premium Seaview room and the sun is on it until about 4pm, so great spot with the sunbeds. We had B&B, breakfast was good and only drank in there once, typical All Inclusive but staff were friendly. The hotel does need some attention, and it's a shame they don't spend a bit of money because I can't find a better location with sunbeds on the balcony anywhere else in this area! Kitchen had very limited cooking bits, this is easily fixed but it has been mentioned before, cleaners did what they should. It was a lovely quiet location with a supermarket, restaurants, chemist. We will book again as its a super location all round.
